        15세기 조선온실건축의 기능 및 실내환경 특성에 관한 연구

        Choson Greenhouse consisted of three sidewalls using yellow soil except the south side, the window with oiled Hanji to transmit sunlight that is sloped to the south And Goodle was raised on the floor level, the soil of 40cm thickness was stored up, and the soil of 45cm thickness was finally spread to set vegetables in Choson Greenhouse A kitchen range that was attached in the internal wall between the greenhouse and the kitchen was installed to control the temperature & humidity The heated-air flow goes through fire passageway under Doodle, and exhausts through the smokestack When the water in the kettle boils up on the kitchen range, steam flows to the inside of greenhouse through a pipeline The latent heat of steam can make the temperature and humidity control in the greenhouse To find whether Choson Greenhouse provides functions and thermal environment for planting or not, the thermal performance was measured and analyzed in the greenhouse As measurement results, sunlight entered in the greenhouse, passing through the oiled Hanji cover As it reached the soli of floor and wall surfaces, and it absorbed the sunlight's energy Once absorbed, some of the energy passed back into the atmosphere, but much of it remained trapped in indoor space by the greenhouse effect We found that Choson Greenhouse keeps warm to grow plants with the rise in temperature, and the oiled Hanji is distinctly suitable for a role of thermal insulation, sunlight transmittance Also, the thermal performance was compared a Hangi-covered greenhouse model with a vinyl-covered greenhouse model The Hangi-covered greenhouse model was better for ventilation, thermal insulation and humidity control than the vinyl-covered greenhouse model Therefore, Greenhouse m early Choson dynasty can be fairly evaluated as the extraordinary farming facility compared to nowadays greenhouses

        Levosulpiride is the levo-enantiomer form of racemic sulpiride, a benzamide derivative selectively inhibiting dopaminergic D_2 receptors at the trigger zone both in the central nervous system and in the gastrointestinal tract. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequivalence of two levousulpiride tablets. Levopride (SK Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.) and Levopid (Dae Won Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The levosulpiride release from the two levosulpiride tablets in vitro was tested using KP Ⅶ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various different kinds of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty eight normal male volunteers, 23.82 ±3.26 years in age and 69.13 ±8.58 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one tablet containing 2.5 ㎎ of levousulpiride was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of lovosulpiride in serum were determined using HPLC method with fluorescence detector. The dissolution profiles of two levosulpiride tablets were very similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the pharmacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_t, and C_max and untransformed T_max. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two tablets based in the Levopride were -1.17%, 1.20% and -1.09%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two tablets in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.93)∼log(1.07) and log(0.90)∼log(1.14) for AUC_t and C_max, respectively). The 90% confidence interval using untransformed data was within ±20% (e.g., -19.47 ∼16.20 for T_max). All parameters met the criteria of KFDA guideline for bioequivalence, indicating that Levopid tablet is bioequivalent to Levopride tablet.

        Cepharadine is a first generation cephalosporin and has broad spectrum antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative microorganisms, through inhibition of bacterial cell wall synthesis. Cephradine is useful for treatment of infections of the urinary and respiratory tract, skin and soft tissues. The purpose of the present study was to evaluate the bioequinalence of two cepharadine capsules, Cefradine Yuhan (Yuhan Corporation) and Broadcef (Ilsung Pharmaceuticals Co. Ltd.), according to the guidelines of Korea Food and Drug Administration (KFDA). The cephradine release from the two cephradine capsules ?? was tested using KP Ⅶ Apparatus Ⅱ method with various different kinds of dissolution media (pH 1.2, 4.0, 6.8 buffer solution and water). Twenty normal male volunteers, 23.10±2.90 years in age and 67.69±8.04 ㎏ in body weight, were divided into two groups and a randomized 2×2 cross-over study was employed. After one capsule containing 500 ㎎ as cephradine was orally administered, blood was taken at predetermined time intervals and the concentrations of cepharadine in serum were determined using HPLC method with UV detector. The dissolution profiles of two cephradine capsules were very similar at all dissolution media. Besides, the phaemacokinetic parameters such as AUC_t, C_max and T_max were calculated and ANOVA test was utilized for the statistical analysis of the parameters using logarithmically transformed AUC_t and C_max and untransformed T_max. The results showed that the differences in AUC_t, C_max and T_max between two capsules based on the Cefradine Yuhan were -2.87%, -0.96% and -4.85%, respectively. There were no sequence effects between two capsules in these parameters. The 90% confidence intervals using logarithmically transformed data were within the acceptance range of log(0.8) to log(1.25) (e.g., log(0.93)∼log(1.02) and log(0.88)∼log(1.13) for AUC_t, and C_max, respectively). the 90% confidence interval using untransformed data was within ±20% (e.g., -17.54∼7.78 for T_max). All parameters met the criteria of KFDA guideline for bioequivalence, indicating that Broadcef capsule is bioequivalent to Cefradine Yuhan capsule.

      • 종합병원 응급실 내원환자 특성 조사

        In order to enhance the efficiency of Emergency care ana to provide the basic knowledge necessary for EMT students, this study conducted a survey for 761 emergency care outpatients visiting at emergency medical center of the general hospital in pusan city. The distribution of the patients is as follows: There were more male visitors than female. The age distribution shows that over 60years old patient is 19.4%. An average of 28.8 people had visited for emergency care on Sundays and on average of 27 people had visited on saterdays. It was observed that more patients visited the hospital in the afternoon. Medical patients covers the most with 31%, surgery department covers 26.3%. 41.3% of the patients stay less than 3 hours at the hospital. The elder patients are stayed longer in the hospital. 49.8% at the patients were hospitalized and 48 % of the patients were returned home

        제지용 도공안료의 표면개질에 의한 도공지 물성과 인쇄적성에 관한 연구(Ⅱ)

        도공지의 품질향상을 위하여 도공용 무기안료의 제법개선, 도공액 특성 변화, 도공안료의 설계, 도공지 제조의 조업성 등 다양한 측면에서의 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구는 표면개질한 도공안료와 혼합처리한 도공안료를 용하여 도공지의 물성 및 인쇄적성을 비교하였다. 도공액 배합 시도공액의 유동특성과 인쇄특성에 영향을 줄 수 있는 여러 인자들을 일정하게 고정하였고 도공안료의 표면개질 유무에 따른 인쇄특성 변화를 조사하였다. 도공지의 표면은 SEM으로 측정하여 표면개질 효율을 조사하였다. 도공액의 물성뿐만 아니라 도공지의 물성 및 인쇄적성에 대한 비교ㆍ평가를 실시하였다. 또한 배합조건을 달리하여 인쇄적성의 효율성을 평가하였다. To improve the quality of coating paper, many areas, such as the manufacturing process of inorganic pigment for the coating, the property change of coating color. the surface design of coating pigment and the productivity of coated paper, were studied. In this study the physical properties and printability of coated paper were compared with the coating pigment to modify the surface of large particle and the coating pigment to mix together the large and small particles. After the coating color was mixed under the same conditions in order that the coating color has the same rheological property printability, the printability change caused by the surface modification of coating color was investigated. With the surface SEM of coated paper. the efficiency of the surface modification of coating pigment was investigated. The physical property and printability of coating paper, in addition to the physical properties of coating color. were compared and evaluated. Also. the efficiency of printability was evaluated, changing the mixing condition

        The purpose research is activating of computer assisted accounting education according as I analyze the questions about the computer assisted accounting subject. This study is based on the research of students who are studying accounting information system in business high school. The result of this study suggests that the accounting study of note will have to be changed by accounting information system study. And the research on the actual condition indicates that the study of accounting calculate is more useful than theoretical study interest. Also it says that continuous development is weeded for accounting programs.

      • TiO₂가 코팅된 Polyethylene 입자를 이용한 페놀과 톨루엔의 광분해

        The photodegradation of phenol and toluene with the Ti0₂-coated polyethylene (PE) particles were investigated in the slurry type photocatalytic reactor, changing the Ti0₂ particle sizes, initial phenol and toluene concentrations, and the oxygen flow rate. The nano-sized Ti0₂ photocatalyst particles were prepared by the diffusion flame reactor and they were coated onto PE particles by using the hybridization system for the efficient recollection of Ti0₂- coated particles after photodegradation experiments. The degradation efficiencies of phenol and toluene with the Ti0₂-coated PE particles were more than 90% after photodegradation of 80 minutes for most cases. The efficiencies of photodegradation with the Ti0₂-coated PE particles were found to be lower than those by the pure Ti0₂ particles by 50%, because of the decrease in specific surface area of Ti0₂ particles in PE particles.

      • Baculovirus Vector System에 의해 발현된 재조합 Pseudorabies Virus Major Capsid Protein의 면역원성

        The recombinant pseudorabies virus major capsid protein (rMCP) was produced by expression of the MCP gene in Sf-9 cell using baculovirus transfer vector system. Following evaluation of the immunochemical properties of the rMCP, the immunogenicity of the recombinant subunit protiens were investigated in guinea pig and swine to obtain the preliminary guide line for the subunit vaccine using rMCP and gP50. It was proved that ultrasonication and 30% ammonium sulfate was most efficient to concentrate and purify the protein. The rMCP was safe in mice, guinea pigs and piglets. In guinea pigs, rMCP mixed with various adjuvants induced substantial degree of serum neutralizing antibody titers, but revealed incomplete protecivity against challenge. In swine, the combination of rMCP and gP50 showed the higher serum neutralizing antibody titers and cellular immune responses than rMCP alone. However, the protectivity was lower in comparison with the commercial gI-deleted inactivated vaccine. We expect these results to contribute to characterization of MCP gene of Korean isolate of PRV and to ultilize as preliminary information for prodution and evaluation of PRV recombinant subunit vaccines.

        바닥공조시스템과 천장공조시스템의 실내환경 비교 평가

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the indoor environment of office building with underfloor air distribution system and ceiling based air conditioning system. The underfloor air distribution system was introduced to use access floor and aim to economical motive such as reducing floor to height level. Researches were not sufficient to preserve the characteristics between ceiling based air conditioning system and underfloor air distribution system. Experiments have been carried out to indoor environment in the summer and winter. As the result, thermal environment of the underfloor air distribution system is better than ceiling based air conditioning system in the winter. Ventilation effectiveness of the underfloor air distribution system is bigger than ceiling based air conditioning system.
