        최적 연료주입 모델 추종형 ${\mu}-$합성 제어기의 설계에 관한 연구

        In this paper, we design an optimal model following ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection of diesel engine which has robust performance and satisfactory command tracking performance in spite of uncertainties of the system. To do this, we give gain and dynamics parameters to the weighting functions and apply genetic algorithm with reference model to the optimal determination of the weighting functions that are given by the D-K iteration method which can design ${\mu}-$synthesis controller in the state space. These weighting functions are optimized simultaneously in the search domain which guarantees the robust performance of the system. The ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection designed by the above method has not only the robust performance but also a better command tracking performance than those of the ${\mu}-$synthesis control system designed by trial-and-error method. The effectiveness of this ${\mu}-$synthesis control system for fuel-injection is verified by computer simulation.

        In order to find out the percentage of success or failure according to the types of attacks in women's and men's high-school volleyball players, the high-school volleyball teams participated in two tournaments became the subject of this study. One tournament was held in the spring of 1998. It was the national men's and women's volleyball divisions held under the auspices of the Korean junior high-school and high-school volleyball associations at the Jang Chung Stadium from March 28, to April 3, 1998. The men's high-school division included KyungGi Physical Education high-school, SooSung high-school, InHa University affiliated high-school, Chonnam University affiliated high school, and Women's high-school division included KangNeung women's high-school, ChungAng women's high school, SeHwa women's high-school, SinMyong women's high school. The other tournament was the 25th national men's and women's volleyball divisions held under the auspices of the Korean junior high-school and high-school volleyball associations in Pusan from June 5, to June 10, 1998. The men's high-school division included SungJi Technical high-school, MaSan JungAng high-school, Kyung buk Physical Education high-school, SooSung high-school, and Women's high -school division included DukMyong women's high-school, SeoMoon women's high-school, Masan Jeil women's high-school, Kyong buk women's business school. The result of the percentage of success or failure according to the types of attacks of men's and women's high-school volleyball players was as follows. 1. The analysis of the percentage of success or failure depends on all types of attacks. (1) Open spike : (M) Percentage of s or f 24.97%. (W) Percentage of s or f 26.94%. (2) Delayed spiking : (M) Percentage of s or f 15.86%. (W) Percentage of s or f 17. 82% (3) A quick : (M) Percentage of s or f 12.18%. (W) Percentage of s or f 6.30%. (4) Back open spike : (m) Percentage of s or f 9.20%. (w) Percentage of s or f 12.46%. (5) Feint : (m) Percentage of s or f 8.23%. (w) Percentage of s or f 8.84%. (6) C quick : (m) Percentage of s or f 7.09%. (w) Percentage of s or f 12.73%. (7) Back delayed spiking : (m) Percentage of s or f 6.13%. (w) Percentage 10.05%. (8) Back A quick : (m) Percentage of s or f 5.52%. (w) Percentage of s or f 1.07%. (9) Back Attack : (m) Percentage of s or f 5.25%. (w) Percentage of s or f 1.47%. Women's high-school teams applied various types of attacks 1349 times, whereas men's high-school teams applied attacks 1711 times. The men's teams applied attacks more frequently than women's teams. The attack methods of the open spike took the highest percentage place. The men's high school teams applied it 426 times and women's teams applied it 367 times. The percentage of success or failure was 24.97% for men and 26.94% for women. The open spike showed the greatest amount of application. On the other hand, Setup Play showed the least attack, and was applied 89 times at men's high school teams and 5 times at women's. Moreover, it showed the least percentage of success or failure among all the types of attacks. 3. Men's high school teams showed a higher percentage of success or failure at attacks such as A quick, Back A quick, Setup Play, Back Attack, B quick more than women's high school teams. But, women's high school teams showed a higher percentage of success or failure at attacks such as the open spike, C quick, Delayed spiking, Back Delayed spiking, Back open spike Feint more than men's teams. I think it is necessary to train the stabilized and accurate service receive and the offensive ball receive. Also it is necessary to build up the power of players wrists and their quick swing. Men's high school teams should increase the percentage of success or failure at the types of attacks. The training of toss men requires improvement. Even though women's high school teams showed a higher percentage of success or failure at C quick and Back Delayed spiking than men's high school teams, women's high school teams did not have as many attack times as attack as men's high school teams. Because there were differences in the percentage of success or failure, women's high school teams were perceived to require cultivated training in improved response for quick offense. Moreover, women's high school teams had the lowest percentage of success or failure in Back attack due to physical condition, that is, height and physical strength problems. In conclusion, the highest percentage of success was attributed to intensive training of strong players who are both tall and have excellent jumping skills.

        This paper describes how computer simulation can assist power electronics education at the undergraduate level. Using PSPICE as an instructional tool for an introductory-level power electronics course has increased students abilities to comprehend the behavior of several power electronics circuits. The graphics5 post-processor Probe, which accompanies PSPICE, is used to display voltage and current waveforms. Probe's capability of doing numerical computations reduces the effort needed to determine power-rerated quantities in nonlinear circuits. Fourier analysis capabilities of PSPICE enable harmonics to be investigated. Examples of PSPICE simulations are included.

      • 볼엔드밀 가공에서 형상정밀도에 관한 실험적 연구

        In manufacturing process, the. free-formed surface machining using a ball end mill of CNC machining center is important and the geometric accuracy of a 3D workpiece is effected by the cutting characteristics. Machining error is defined the normal distance between designed surface and actual tool path with tool deflection. This is inevitably caused by the tool deflection, tool wear, thermal effect and machine tool errors and so forth. In this study, the geometric accuracies such as roundness in semi-cylinder, free-formed profile and surface roughness were measured using a Coordinate Measurement Machine(CMM) and a contact type surface roughness measuring device. The results will be useful as a guidance for cutting condition to improve the geometrical accuracy of free-formed surface in ball end milling.

        고 Mn-Cr 강의 조사손상에 미치는 전자선 조사 온도의 영향

        The effect of electron-beam irradiation temperature on irradiation damage of 12%Cr-15%Mn austenitic steel for structural material of nuclear and/or fusion reactors from the point of view of the reduced activation was investigated by using the 1,250 keV HVEM and an energy dispersed X-ray analyzer(EDX) in a 200 keV FE-TEM with beam diameter of about 0.5 nm. Void formation was not observed in irradiated specimen. The dislocation loop growth was observed and the density and size of dislocation loop were increased with irradiation dose. Irradiation-induced segregations of Cr and Mn at grain boundary were also observed by electron-beam irradiation condition. The amount of Mn segregation was increased with irradiation temperature, however, segregation phenomenon was disappeared in the case of Cr.

        실험과 관찰의 보편적인 의미

        The Purpose of this paper is to study the standards of experiment and observation and to grasp pedagogic points which science curriculum involves. Observation is visual for capturing meaning with concentrations in which category influence, assumption influence, the theory of cycle, neutralization language and public language have something to do with the establishment of observation standards which needs both the first recognition(unconsciousness) and the second recognition(consciousness),experiment is the behavior which reproduces the phenomenon of nature and interpret the meaning of it. This includes several methods such as method of agreement, method of difference, joint method of agreement and difference, method of residence and method of concomitant variation. The experiment in philosophy of science means making of meaning, in which the logical positivistic analysis of experiment results is more important. This is different from the points of the philosophy of analysis which plans experiment with logical analysis before experimenting. The effects of observation and experiment standards on the general science education is important for the critical image of man and good manner. This is because the observation and experiment function as verification and disproof.

        The employee stock ownership has been encouraged by many leading corporations in Korea recently. But there remain varieties of problem to be solved in coming into operation of the employee stock ownership, especially in the field of law. So in this paper the solutions of legal problem to prevent corporations in Korea from putting the employee stock purchase plan into a smooth practice are to be proposed as follows. 1. The provisions on the employee stock ownership ought to be prescribed not in “ The Law of Rasing Capital Market,” but in the section of issuance of new shares of the commercial law which is one of the fundamental laws. Because the system is closely connected with the preemptive rights of shares. It is desirable that the provision should contain the terms and procedure of the employee stock purchase plane and the relief measure to the shareholders who have the pre-emptive rights put disapprove the plan. 2. It is required through revising the existing law that is called “employee” in an employee stock purchase plane includes not only the employees of a corporation but also the employees of subsidiary corporation. 3. In order to attain the aim of the employee stock purchase plan perfectly, it is required to be provided in the existing commercial law so that a certain restriction on the transfer of the shares acquired by the plan may be imposed by charter or directors. It may be one of the restrictions on the transfer of employee's shares for a corporation to repurchase the employee's shares in the termination of employment. But a corporation cannot acquire its own shares in our commercial law. Therefore, it is necessary to revise the provision of Article 341 of the existing commercial code that a corporation may legally repurchase the employee's a stocks in the termination of employment. 4. From the view-point of continual stability of employee's interests, it is more effective that a corporation's economical support to employees in the practice of the plan will be done on the ground of a fixed provision of law rather than at the discretion of directors.

        2004년 부동산 보유세제 개편논의

        Der koreanische Gesetzgeber versucht eine umfangreiche Gesetzesanderung zur Bildung des neuen Grundbesitzsteuersystems im Jahr 2004. Zum Kern der Anderung kommen die neue Gestaltung der bisherigen Grundbesitzsteuern und die Einfuhrung einer neuen Steuerart, also die synthetische Grundbesitzsteuer. Diese Steuer ist anders als die jetzigen Grundbesitzsteuer keine Kommunalsteuer, sondern eine einheitliche Steuer("national tax"). Durch dieses neue System wollte die Regierung die Senkung des Grundpreises und Korrigieren der jetzigen ungleichen Steuerlasten im Bereich der Grundbesitzsteuer ezielen. Die Autoren erlautern den einzelnen Inhalt der Gesetzesanderung und uben einige Kritik am neuen System.

        Biodiesel was produced from soybean oil and methanol using fermentation broth or lipase. Production yield was 62% and 53.5% with purified Rhizopus oryzae lipase and Rhizopus oryzae broth respectively. This yield of biodiesel was highest in case of water content of 20%
