      • CNN과 Kibana를 활용한 호스트 기반 침입 탐지 연구

        사이버 공격이 더욱 지능화됨에 따라 기존의 침입 탐지 시스템(Intrusion Detection System)은 기존의 저장된 패턴에서 벗어난 지능형 공격을 탐지하기에 적절하지 않다. 딥러닝(Deep Learning) 기반 침입 탐지는 새로운 탐지 규칙을 생성하는데 적절하다. 그 이유는 딥러닝은 데이터 학습을 통해 새로운 침입 규칙을 자체적으로 생성하기 때문이다. 침입 탐지 시스템 데이터 세트는 가장 널리 사용되는 KDD99 데이터와 LID-DS(Leipzig Intrusion Detection-Data Set)를 사용했다. 본 논문에서는 1차원 벡터를 이미지로 변환하고 CNN(Convolutional Neural Network)을 적용하여 두 데이터 세트에 대한 성능을 실험했다. 평가를 위해 Accuracy, Precision, Recall 및 F1-Score 지표를 측정했다. 그 결과 LID-DS 데이터 세트의 Accuracy가 KDD99 데이터 세트의 Accuracy 보다 약 8% 높은 것을 확인했다. 또한, 1차원 벡터에 대한 데이터를 Kibana를 사용하여 데이터를 시각화하여 대용량 데이터를 한눈에 보기 어려운 단점을 해결하는 방법을 제안한다.

        The Function of Dimeric Structure of Soluble Intercellular Adhesion Molecule-1 (sICAM-1): Inhibition of Leukocyte Function Associated Antigen-1 (LFA-1) Binding to ICAM-3

        Intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) is a membrane protein, exists as a dimer on the cell surface, and interacts with leukocyte function associated antigen-1 (LFA-1), a member of ${\beta}_2$-integrin family. A soluble circulating form of ICAM-1 (sICAM-1) is also detected in human serum, and has been implicated as a regulator for LFA-1-dependent cell-cell interaction in vivo. However, previous reports demonstrated that sICAM-1 shows little inhibitory effect on LFA-1 binding to ICAM-1, indicating that sICAM-1 is unlikely to antagonize LFA-1/ICAM-1-mediated cellular events in vivo. Here, we investigated the property of the dimeric sICAM-1 as an inhibitor of LFA-1 interaction with ICAM-3, since the lower avidity of LFA-1 for ICAM-3 compared with ICAM-1 or ICAM-2 had been speculated. Using recently constructed heterodimeric sICAM-1 joined at the C terminus via an ${\alpha}$-helical coiled coil (ACID-BASE) (Jun, CD. et al., 2001, Proc Natl Acad Sci 98, 6830-6835), we also tested whether the structural integrity in dimer could affect the inhibitory action of sICAM-1. Engineered sICAM-1 dimer that contained intact ectodomain (E34/E34) significantly blocked SKW3 cell (LFA-$1^+$) binding to ICAM-3, but not to ICAM-1 and ICAM-2, indicating the lower avidity of LFA-1 to ICAM-3 than that of both ICAM-1 and ICAM-2. A one binding site knock out mutant (E34/K34) showed ${\sim}2$-fold reduction in efficiency compared with E34/E34 to inhibit cell binding. Interestingly, a one binding domain deletion mutant (E34/${\Delta}D1$-D2) showed significant reduction (${\sim}5$-fold) compare with E34/K34, suggesting that structural integrity, which is precluded in E34/${\Delta}D1$-D2, is necessary for optimal binding of dimeric sICAM-1 to LFA-1, thereby inhibiting LFA-1/ICAM-3-dependent adhesion. Furthermore, BIAcore affinity measurements revealed that E34/${\Delta}D1$-D2 bound to immobilized soluble open LFA-1 I domain with an ${\sim}3$-fold reduced affinity compared with E34/K34. Overall, our results demonstrate that maintaining the structural integrity in dimer is necessary for optimal binding of sICAM-1 to LFA-1, and further suggest the therapeutic potential of dimeric sICAM-1 to antagonize LFA-1/ICAM-3-mediated cellular events in vivo.

      • 국내 콘크리트 기준의 발전 방향에 대한 고찰

        유럽 각국의 규준을 통합한 유로 Code의 등장과 북미지역을 중심으로 한 기술통합의 흐름과 같은 Global Network화의 추세에 적극적으로 대처하고자 Asia Concrete Model Code(ACMC)의 제정이 제안되었다. 현재까지 ACMC 위원회는 LevelⅠ과 Level Ⅱ의 draft를 완성하였으며, Level Ⅲ에서는 국가/지역조건을 고려한 실제적인 지침을 준비하고 있는 단계이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 각 시방들을 비교·분석하고 현재 제안된 ACMC Level Ⅲ Document 및 Perforomance Based Design과 관련된 문헌들을 고찰함으로써 국내현황에 적합한 ACMC Level Ⅲ Document의 작성방안을 제안하고자한다. Asian Concrete Model Code (ACMC) was proposed to cope with appearance of Euro-Code and a trend of Global Network such as a flow of the technique unification of North America. ACMC Committee has completed two drafts of LevelⅠ and LevelⅡ. Also, prectial specification considering national/regional condition is being prepared in draft of Level Ⅲ Document. On the study, each specification was analyzed and compared and a number of references were studied in order to propose ACMC Level Ⅲ Document considering domestic conditions.

      • 溫經湯에 關한 文獻的 考察

        Through the study of successive literatures form the Han-dynasty(漢代) when 《Keumjweyeuliak(금궤요략)》 was written to modern age, we inspected many types of Onkyungtang(溫經湯) and prescriptions including the term of ' Onkyung(溫經)' or Chokyung(調經)', and look into their composition and symptoms respond to administration of this medicine. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The medicine which makes up Onkyungtang was 38 kinds from the Han-dynasty to the Chung-dynasty(淸代), and up to the present it summed into 43 kinds. 2. Onkyungtang which was composed of different kinds of medicine was 10 types from the Han-dynasty to the Chung-dynasty and added 11 types in modern days. Therefore it sumed up into 21 types. 3. No Onkyungtang is seen more common than that of the same composition as in 《Keumjweyeuliak》 in successive literature. The next is the same constituents as in 《Buinyangbangdaejeon(婦人良方大全)》. Others were rare. 4. Onkyungtang in《Keumjweyeuliak》was used to treat cold syndrome of the penetration and conception vessles or uterus of deficiency type and that in 《Buinyangbangdaejeun》was for cold syndrome of the penetration and conception vessels or uterus of excess type. 5. Other names of Onkyungtang in《Keumjweyeuliak》were Daeonkyungtang(大溫經湯), Chokyungsan(調經散), Chokyungtang(調經湯), Chunkeumchokyungtang(千金調經湯), Chunkeumchokyungsan(千金調經散) and Soonkyungtang(小溫經湯). And the prescription in the same constitution was also called Chungkyungonkyungtang(仲景溫經湯), Keumkweonkyungtang(금궤온경탕) and Sibbionkunghwan(十二溫經丸). 6. Onkyungtang in 《Buinyangbangdaejeon》was called Soonkyungtang(小溫經湯) and the very prescription was also called in the name of Yangbangonkyungtang(良方溫經湯), Jinmionkyungtang(指迷溫經湯), Kungkwiinkyungtang and Jinssionkyungtang(陳氏溫經湯).

      • cobas 항-Cyclic Citrullinated Peptide 항체 검사의 분석능 평가

        Background: Anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody is very useful test for diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis(RA) because of its high specificity. However, the test has been developed for ELISA(enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) method, it has a limitation to get a rapid result or deal with small number of tests. In this study we evaluated the analytical performance of cobas anti-CCP test(cobas), which has developed recently, has random accessibility and can be applied on automated immunochemical analyzer, to know appropriate clinical applications. Methods: cobas(Roche Diagnostics GmBH Mannheim, Germany) was performed on automated immunochemical analyzer. The imprecision and linearity were evaluated using commercialized controls and pooled sera. Sixty serum samples(26 RA, 34 controls) were measured by cobas and ELISA method(DIASTAT; Axis-Shield Diagnostics, UK)to define the correlation, sensitivity, specificity, and agreement of both tests. Results: cobas showed less than 5% of imprecision and its linearity was retained up to 639 U/mL. It showed good correlation with DIASTAT(R=0.90). The diagnostic sensitivity was 84.6% and specificity was 88.3%. The qualitative agreement with DIASTAT was 95.0%. Conclusions: Automated cobas anti-CCP test showed acceptable analytical performance as a semi-quantitative test and high agreement rate with DIASTAT anti-CCP test. Considering random access capability and short analytical processing time of cobas anti-CCP assay, it will be useful in laboratories with small sample sizes and/or with a need of rapid turnaround time. 배경 : 항-CCP 항체는 류마티스 관절염의 혈청학적 표지자로 특이도가 높아 류마티스 진단에 매우 유용하나, ELISA법 검사로 개발되어 소수 검사나 신속 검사에 활용하기에는 어려운 단점이 있었다. 본 연구에서는 자동화된 면역화학 장비에 적용하여 임의 액세스가 가능한 방법으로서 최근에 개발된 cobas 항-CCP 항체 검사(cobas)의 분석능을 조사하여 적절한 임상적 활용성을 검토하고자 하였다. 방법 : cobas(Roche Diadnostics GmBH Mannheim, Germany)는 자동면역화학 장비를 이용하여 실시하였다. 상품화된 대조 물질 및 혼주 혈청을 이용하여 정밀성, 직선성을 평가하였다. 상관성, 민감도, 특이도, 검사간 일치도 평가를 위해 총 60명의 검체(26명 류마티스 관절염, 대조군 34명)를 cobas 및 ELISA법(DIASTAT; Axis-Shield Diagnostics, UK)으로 분석하였다. 결과 : cobas는 5% 미만의 변이계수를 보였고, 639 U/mL 이하의 범주에서 적절한 직선성이 확인되었다. DIASTAT과 비교한 상관성 평가에서는 상관 계수는 0.90으로 좋은 상관성을 보였다. 진단적 민감도는 84.6%, 특이도는 88.3%였고, 두 검사간 정성적 일치도는 95.0%였다. 결론 : cobas는 반정량 검사로서 적절한 분석능을 보였으며, DIASTAT과도 높은 일치율을 보였다. cobas의 임의 액세스 기능과 짧은 분석 시간을 고려할 때 cobas는 검체 수가 적은 검사실이나 신속한 결과가 필요한 검사실에서 유용하리라 사료된다.

        A method of calculting the natural frequency corresponding to the first mode of vibration of beams and tower structures with irregular cross-sections and with arbitrary boundary conditions was developed and reported by D. H.Kim in 1974. In order to obtain the natural frquency by the presented method, the first step to take is to obtain the deflection influence surfaces. In design and analysis of a ny structure, the first step to be taken is to obtain this deflection influence surfaces. Any method can be used for this purpose . Then using this surfaces, deflections, slopes, moments, shears, and natural frequencies can be obtained by differentiating either the continuous function or discrete function defined at certain points. The merit of the presented method is that the natural frequency can be obtained by the deflection influence surfaces obtaining which is the first step in structural analysis.

      • 토착형 말라리아 (Plasmodium vivax) 2례

        In korea indigenous malaria was known as "Hak-chil" in many centuries and they were disappeared from 1984 to 1992. But indegenous malaria (Plasmodium vivax) was detected in 1993 among soldiers and residents in western parts of the demilitarized zone (DMZ). Nowadays infected cases of indeginous malaria are progressively increased and social problem because infected mosquitos and bloods can transmit to other people. We detected 2 cases of indigenous malaria (P.vivax) that they were worked in western parts of the demilitarized zone (DMZ) during army period few months ago but never went out of korea, received blood products and intravenous drugs. We considered that they were were infected malaria at DMZ.
