최근 개정된 영유아보육법 시행규칙을 보면, 보육교사의 전문성을 강화하기 위해 보육실습기간의 확대가 포함되어 있다. 이처럼 예비교사의 자질강화에 필요한 보육실습에서 가장 중요한 경험 중의 하나는 수업진행이라고 할 수 있다. 이경선(2015)은 실습기관에서의 수업실연과 관련한 연구에서 예비유아교사가 지도교사에게 가장 많은 지도를 받기 원하는 것은 수업협의였으나, 실제 실습에서는 수업협의가 잘 이루어지고 있지 않다고 하였다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 예비보육교사가 보육실습에서 수업을 계획할 때 어떤 과정을 통해 준비를 하는지 탐색하고 이를 통해 지도교사의 수업협의에 필요한 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구를 위해 2016년 보육실습을 마친 B시의 4년제 유아교육과 학생 40명에게 설문지를 실시하였고, 빈도분석 등을 통해 다음과 같은 결과를 산출하였다. 첫째, 활동주제나 활동내용은 지도교사와 의논하여 선정하였다. 둘째, 수업활동을 계획할 때의 순서는 활동주제, 활동유형, 활동내용 순으로 결정하였다. 셋째, 수업을 계획할 때 가장 중요하게 고려한 것은 영·유아의 발달수준인 것으로 나타났다. 연구결과를 통해, 보육실습의 질적 고양을 위해, 영·유아발달에 적합한 교사발문 및 수업진행에 관한 직전교육과 지도교사의 안내가 필요할 것으로 보인다.

An antioxidant modulates expression of receptor activator of NF-κB in asthma

Oxidative stress plays critical roles in airway inflammation that is usually accompanied by increased vascular permeability and plasma exudation. VEGF increases vascular permeability and leads to airway inflammation. In addition, VEGF has been shown to enhance receptor activator of NF-κB (RANK) expression in endothelial cells. An aim of the study was to determine the potential role of antioxidant in the regulation of RANK expression in murine model of asthma. We have used a C57BL/6 mouse model of allergic asthma to evaluate the effect of L-2-oxothiazolidine-4-carboxylic acid (OTC), a prodrug of cysteine, which acts as an antioxidant, and VEGF receptor inhibitor on RANK mRNA expression. The mice develop the following pathophysiological features of asthma in the lungs: increased expression of RANK mRNA, increased number of inflammatory cells of the airways, increased vascular permeability, and increased levels of VEGF. Administration of OTC and VEGF receptor inhibitor markedly reduced plasma extravasation and VEGF levels in allergen-induced asthmatic lungs. We also showed that the increased RANK mRNA expression at 72 h after ovalbumin inhalation were reduced by the administration of OTC or VEGF receptor inhibitor. The results indicate that OTC and VEGF receptor inhibitor which inhibit up-regulation of VEGF expression modulate RANK expression that may be in association with the regulation of vascular permeability, and suggest that VEGF may regulate the RANK expression. These findings provide a crucial molecular mechanism for the potential use of antioxidants to prevent and/or treat asthma and other airway inflammatory disorders.

In Oriental societies, where Confucianism was taken as the governmental doctrine, there was little admiration for manly heroism, and it was extremely seldom that a military figure became the object of religious veneration. Guan-Yu, however, was held for a long time and by all strata to be the personification of the four virtues-righteousness, bravery, loyalty, fidelity. In the case of Korea, faith in Guan-Yu was introduced by famous generals who prayed to him for assistance during the invasion of the Japanese from 1592-1598. Also, because veneration of scholarship had been deeply instilled due to the spread of neo-confucianism, there was considerable resistance to This belief in Guan-Yu on the part of literati. However as the creed of the royal court, which emulated Guan-Yu four virtues in striving to protect the country and provide for the people, and especially as a personal faith to which one turned to pray for a peaceful life, the Guan-Yu faith became very widespread on a popular level, and had considerable impact in the area of folk customs. Thus one could say that with veneration of scholarship established as a general moral code, veneration of martialism became a way of life on the religious life of the people. Future generations who wished to pay tribute to Guan-Yu spirit or to benefit by his exploits had no definite code nor unified ritual, and he was worshipped only through the telling of his exploits and through legends. It is odd, therefore, that as this faith in Guan-Yu blended with Buddhism, Taoism, and neo-Taoism it took on the form of something skin to a religion.

나관중의 삼국지연의는 중국의 대표적인 역사소설이다. 역사소설은 시대적 배경과 인물 · 사건에 관한 기록 및 민간에 전래되어 온 설화류를 토대로 하고, 거기에 작자의 주관에 의한 해석과 현상화가 있어야 한다. 그러므로 역사소설은 역사적 사실의 여실한 재현이 아니며, 작자의 역사관 · 인생관은 물론이요, 창작 당시의 민중의 염원 같은 것까지도 가미되게 마련이다. 따라서 역사는 사실의 기록이 근간을 이루지만 역사소설은 문학적 진실의 창조라고말할 수 있을 것이다. 청대의 장학성이 그의 <병진차기>에서 삼국지연의를 평하여 "칠분은 실사요, 삼분은 허구이므로, 독자를 왕왕 혼란케 한다"고 말한 것은 역사소설의 본질을 잘 모르고 한 말이지만, 오히려 삼국지연의가 본격적인 역사소설이요, 그 작자 나관중(1328?~1398)은 위대한 역사소설이라는 훌륭한 반증이 된다. 나관중은 서양에서 역사소설의 개척자로 인정 받고 있는 영국의 스콧트(Sir Walter Scott, 1771~1832)나 세계적인 역사소설인 <전쟁과 평화>의 작자 똘스또이의 연대와 비교하여 본다면 실로 4 · 5백년의 격차가 있음을 알 수 있다. 삼국지연의의 원명은 <삼국지통속연의>이며 <삼국연의>라고도 일컫고, 또 역사를 전공하지 않는 일반인에 있어서는 그냥 <삼국지>로 통하고 있는 실정이다. 삼국지연의의 "연"은 부연(演과 衍은 통용된다.)이요, "의"는 사실의 뜻이므로 "연의"란 "사실의 부연"이니, 곧 역사소설을 말하는 것이다. 중국소설사에서 역사소설을 "연의소설"이라고 하며 삼국지연의가 바로 그 효시가 되어, 그 후 많은 작품이 나오게 되었다. 나관중의 진의 저작랑 진수(233~294)의 <삼국지>와 남송의 중서시랑 배송지(372~451)가 어권의 <위략> 등 140여종의 사서를 참조하여 만든 주를 토대로 하고, <후한서> · <진서> 등의 정사와 그 밖에 송의 려조겸이 엮은 <십칠사략> 등 많은 사서를 참고하였을 뿐만 아니라, 송 · 원이래의 화본인 <전상삼국지평화>와 잡극의 여러 희곡으로 전하여 오던 삼국고사까지도 그의 작품에 잘 살렸다. 그러므로 정사의 기록과는 어긋나는 점이 자연 있게 마련이다.

비디오 신호처리용 고속 CMOS 디지탈-아날로그 변환기의 설계

In this paper, a method for designing CMOS DAC for video signal processing is described. The objective of the design is 8-bit resolution, and conversion speed more than 65 MHz. For the fast conversion, a new current cell is suggested. This cell improves glitch and output impedance. Employing the current cells in a 2-dimensional matrix structure, the DAC is constructed. SPICE simulations show faster settling time and reduced delay, adequate for 65MHz conversion.
