      • 韓國 四森林帶의 소나무林에 관한 植物社會學的 硏究

        Four climatic forest zones were set up for the investigated areas in South Korea. A phytosociological study showed little differences in C, N and C/N ratio except for available phosphorus and pH. A correlation between DBH and tree height showed a similar tendency of DBH and age in all investigated areas. The nerer the villages, more human impact on vegetation was observed. In addition, men's impacts were considered to be a significant environmental foctor in growth rate of P. densiflora populations.

        H₂O₂로 산화적 스트레스가 유도된 각질 형성 세포에서 흑삼 추출물의 항노화 효과

        본 연구에서는 95°C에서 6번 증숙하여 제조한 흑삼 추출물의 항산화 활성과 피부세포에서 산화적 스트레스로부터 보호 효과를 확인하고, 항산화 효소 발현, 주름개선 및 보습관련 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향을 측정하였다. 흑삼 추출물(BGE-A6)의 항산화 활성을 평가하기 위하여 DPPH, ABTS, superoxide anion 라디칼 소거 활성 및 환원력을 측정하였다. 그 결과 증숙 후 흑삼 추출물이 증숙 전에 비하여 DPPH 라디칼 소거 활성은 4배, ABTS 라디칼 소거 활성은 5배 정도 항산화 활성이 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. 피부 각질 형성 세포에서 산화적 스트레스로부터 BGE-A6의 세포보호 효과를 측정하기 위하여 BGE-A6를 1시간 전처리하고 0.5 mM H₂O₂를 6시간 동안 처리하여 분석한 결과, H₂O₂ 처리로 증가된 ROS 생성이 BGE-A6를 100 μg/mL 농도로 처리한 경우 약 40% 정도 감소되는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, BGE-A6의 ROS 소거 효과를 규명하기 위하여 세포 내 존재하는 항산화 효소의 발현량을 western blot으로 평가한 결과 H₂O₂에 의해 유도된 산화 스트레스로부터 감소된 항산화 효소(HO-1, CAT, SOD)의 발현을 농도 의존적으로 회복시켰다. 또한, BGE-A6의 주름 개선 효과를 확인하기 위하여 콜라겐 발현 및 MMP-1 발현 억제 정도를 ELISA와 western blot으로 측정한 결과 0.5 mM H₂O₂를 처리하였을 때 감소된 콜라겐 생성량이 BGE-A6를 100 μg/mL 농도로 처리할 경우 H₂O₂ 처리에 의해 감소된 콜라겐 생성량을 약 20% 정도 회복시키는 것으로 확인되었다(P<0.05). 0.5 mM H₂O₂를 처리하였을 때 증가된 MMP-1의 생성이 BGE-A6 처리 시 농도 의존적으로 억제되는 것으로 나타났다. BGE-A6의 피부보습 관련 단백질 발현에 미치는 영향을 western blot으로 측정한 결과 HAS2와 AQP3 발현량 및 EGFR의 인산화를 처리 시 농도 의존적으로 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 결론적으로 피부세포에 H₂O₂를 처리하여 산화적 스트레스를 유도하였을 때 BGE-A6는 항산화 효소의 발현을 통해 세포보호 효과를 나타내고, AQP3, HAS2 및 콜라겐 단백질의 발현은 증가시키고 MMP-1의 발현을 감소시켜 피부보습 및 피부장벽 기능을 유지하는 것으로 사료된다. 또한, AQP3의 증가는 피부조직 및 피부세포막에 발현되는 EGF 수용체의 인산화를 증가시킴으로써 피부 건조에 대한 보호 효과도 있는 것으로 판단된다. 따라서 흑삼 추출물은 항산화 효과, 피부보습 및 장벽기능 유지를 통한 항노화 화장품 소재로 활용이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. In this study, black ginseng extract steamed six times at 95°C (BGE-A6) was evaluated for its antioxidant, anti-wrinkle, and skin moisturizing effects in human keratinocytes. When steamed six times at 95°C, the content of total ginsenosides including minor ginsenosides (Rg3, Rh4, Rk1, and Rg5) was the highest at 14.97 mg/g. The antioxidant properties of BGE-A6 were measured by using different in vitro antioxidant assays such as 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH), 2-azino-bis (3-ethylbenzthiazoline-6-sulfonic acid, ABTS), and superoxide anion radical scavenging activity. The antioxidant activity of BGE-A6 was increased in a dose-dependent manner. A 2′,7′-dichlorofluorescin diacetate (DCFDA) assay and a western blot assay were performed to verify the reactive oxygen species (ROS) scavenging activity of BGE-A6 in H₂O₂-induced human keratinocytes. Pretreatment with 100 μg/mL of BGE-A6 inhibited intracellular ROS production by about 40%. Also, the expression of heme oxygenase-1 (HO-1), catalase (CAT), and superoxide dismutase-1 (SOD-1), very well-known as antioxidant enzymes, was increased by BGE-A6 in a dose-dependent manner. BGE-A6 was shown to significantly inhibit the expression of matrix metalloproteinase-1 and increase the production of type I collagen, thus confirming its anti-wrinkle activity (P<0.05). Furthermore, BGE-A6 significantly increased the phosphorylation of the epidermal growth factor receptors (EGFR) and the expression of moisturizing proteins, such as hyaluronic acid synthase 2 (HAS2) and aquaporin 3 (AQP3), indicating that it is effective in enhancing skin hydration. The results of this study suggest that BGE-A6 has potential for use as an effective compound in anti-aging cosmetics to address wrinkle formation and skin hydration.

      • 기초 건강검사에 의한 비만여고생의 신체조성ㆍ혈액성분 및 면역기능 분석

        This study intended, through some basic healths test, to find out the body composition, the blood components, and the immune function of the obese high-school girls. With 2 groups of 16 subjects, the eight obese group and the other eight non-obese group, the results are following: 1. In the body composition analysis, its quantity comparison indicates that the obese group shows significance higher than the non-obese group in Body fat and Weight (p<.001). The rate of comparison per weight of body composition tells that the former shows significance lower than the latter in every item(% Water, % Protein, % Muscle, % LBM) except the item % Mineral. (p<.001) 2. In the biochemical serum test, there is much higher significance of the obese group than the non-obese group in TC and TG (p<01), but there is not any significance difference in HDL-C. 3. In the blood test, the significance difference of the obese group is much higher in RBC, Hct, PLT(p<.01) and Hb(p<.05), but not in WBC. 4. In the leucocyte test(WBC diff) to find out their immune function, the obese group shows lower significance difference than the non-obese group only in Monocyte and Eosinophil.(p<.05), but not in Neutrophil, Lympocyte and Bosophil. From the above results, the obese high-school girls seem to have a good nutrient status and show no abnormality in their body composition and blood elements. But the result of WBC diff cannot show clearly the difference between two groups, which tells the need of the further investigation on T-cells and B-cells in lymphocyte.

      • 골절치유에 있어서 미세혈관 조영술에 의한 실험적 연구

        Microniography is a excellent technique to show the vascular changes of a small arterioles and Capillaries of the tissue, especially in bone. Its advantages is that permits a study of a micovascular structure in the continuity and the architecture of a blood supply. The purpose of this study is to learn a good microangiographic appearnace of a vascular pattern of a fracture site and the fracture healing process, also we performed this study to show the vascular pattern of long bone. The results were as follows: 1. We had been learned the techinique of microangiographic technical process to get good microangiogiographic specimen, and the fine quality of micriangiogram could be obtained with Simple appartus. 2. We studyied the blood supply of healing process in closed fracture of the long bone by the means of microangiogram and histological prepasations. 3. The vascular pattern at the site of the fracture, at interval from one week to four weeks after fracture, in soft tissue and periosteal regions are increased greatly the development of new blood vessel. 4. After four weeks, with the advancement of healing, the callus of the cortex at the fracture site reveals increasing of vascularization. 5. After eight weeks of fracture, the medullary blood supply was dominant, also was increasing vascular changnes in fracture healing. 6. After 16 weeks of fracture, the medullary blood supply played adominant role in the most rapid healing of fractures, our experimental findings may be support the clinical experience.

      • 여고 역도선수들과 비 선수들간의 골밀도에 관한 연구

        This study is to elucidate the weight-lifting, like weight-beariing exercise effects on the increase of bone density. The subjects are two groups. One is weight-lifters, the other is non-lifters in girls' high school. The bone density of lumbar(L₁∼L₄) and Femoral neck, Ward's triangle, Trochanter of the femoral region are measured using DEXA As a result, It can be concluded as follow; 1. In lumbar, the bone density of the weight-lifters group is higher than non-lifters group. Specially, it increased significantly in L₂, L₃, L₄. 2. The weight-lifters group is higher than non-lifters group in the bone density of the femoral region in the order of Ward's triangle, Femoral neck, Trochanter. The above result could be thought that regular weight-bearing exercise is effective exercise to increase the bone density of the growing high school girls in lumbar and the femoral region.

        KS and ISO have proposed several evaluation methods of conventional machine tools. Even though the accuracy of the tools can be evaluated with those methods, there are still no proper evaluation methodsofhigh speed machining. Because it is hard to evaluate characteristics of high speed machining such as decrease of cutting temperature, cutting force, and reduced machining time. Therefore, new evaluation method for high speed machine should be developed. In this paper, several shapes of model have been proposed to evaluate cutting accuracy of high speed machine.

      • 균열을 가진 압전재료에서의 가중함수이론

        직선균열을 가지는 압전재료에 대하여 2차원에서의 전기-기계적 거동을 해석하였다. Lekhnitskii 복소 퍼텐셜 함수이론과 Bueckner의 가중함수이론을 압전재료에 대하여 확장하였다. 응력확대계수와 전기변위확대계수를 가중함수이론을 이용하여 계산하였다. In this paper, a two-dimensional electroelastic analysis is performed on a piezoelectric material with an open crack. The approach of Lekhnitskii's complex potential functions is used in the derivation and Bueckner's weight function theory is extended to piezoelectric materials. The stress intensity factors and the electric displacement intensity factor are calculated by the weight function theory.

      • 무용전공 여고생과 일반 여고생 간의 골밀도에 관한 연구

        This study is to elucidate how dance effects on the increase of bone density when girls are growing up. The subjects are two groups. One is the group majoring dance(Korean traditional dance, ballet), the other is comparative group in girls' high school. The bone density of lumber(L1~L4) and Femoral neck, Ward's triangle, Trochanter of the femoral region are measured using DEXA. As a result, It can be concluded as follows: 1. The groups(Korean traditional dance group and ballet group) showed more significant increase than comparative group in the neck bone density.(p< .05) 2. The Ward's bone density of majoring dance groups is higher than comparative group in the order of Korean traditional dance group(10.88%), ballet(7.72%), but it doesn't appear significant difference. 3. The Troch region bone density of Korean traditional dance group is significantly as high as the level of p<.05, however ballet is 5.9% and is not significantly different from comparative group. The above consequence shows us that a regular dance activity could be thought to increase effectively the bone density of the growing high school girls in lumber and the femoral region.

      • 생체 세라믹스용 마모시험장비의 제작 및 정방정지르코니아의 마모특성

        생체 세라믹스용 마모시험장비를 제작하였다. 마모시험기는 lever system을 이용하여 하중인가가 되게 설계되었으며 step motor를 사용하여 회전수 조절이 용이하게 하였다. DAQ (Data Acquisition System)을 이용하여 하중을 측정하여 마찰계수를 측정할 수 있게 하였다. 성능평가를 위해 정방정지르코니아를 Ringer's solution에서 선속도 40 mm/s, 인가하중 10, 20, 30 N에서 마모시험 하였다. Grooving, crack networking등의 마모기구가 관찰되었다. A wear testing machine for bioceramics was designed and made, which loading and rotating parts consisted of a lower systemed and a step motor, respectively. Friction coefficient was determined by DAQ(Data Acquisition System). Wear resistance of tetragonal zirconia was measured under linear velocity of 40 mm/sec, applied load of 10, 20, 30 N in Ringer's solution, which showed grooving, crack networking on worn surfaces.

      • 폐경 전·후 여성들의 골다공증 인식도에 관한조사

        This is one of the preliminary researches for preventing osteoporosis in women of before and after menopause. We examined 63 women of 46-60 age(1-3 grade students' mothers of P highschool in Pusan) in order to check the standard of primary factors and prevention about osteoporosis by analyzing the questionary which was written by them. As a result, we got the relationship among RF(Risk Factor), PF(Prevention Factor), Age and BMI of osteoporosis is as follows : 1. The relationship between PF and RF was-0..315 and R^2=0.100 at the properness exam of the model. 2. The relationship between BMI and RF was low as 0.076 and R^2=0.006 at the properness exam of the model. 3. The relationship between Age and RF was 0.226 and R^2=0.051 at the properness exam of the model. 4. The relationship between BMI and PF was low as 0.015 and the result of the properness exam of the model got no meaning as 0.000. 5. The relationship between Age and PF was -0.13 and R^2=0.017 at the properness exam of the model. 6. The relationship between Age and BMI was 0.233 and R^2=0.054 at the properness exam of the model. The above facts are presumed as the result of the questionary which has sample size and low distinction. So if these problems are improved in the next study, more meaningful result can be obtained.
