상장폐지제도의 변천 과정 - 코스닥시장의 상장적격성 실질심사를 중심으로 -

The KOSDAQ market was opened as an over-the-counter market on the stock exchange, and it has faithfully performed its role as a financing channel for small and medium-sized venture companies, and has played many positive roles in Korea's economic growth during the foreign exchange and financial crises. In other words, after the KOSDAQ market was opened, it not only achieved quantitative growth in size, but also played a positive role in the overall economy. However, most of the companies listed on the KOSDAQ have higher ownership concentration than those listed on the KOSPI and are relatively small in terms of the number of issued shares and market capitalization. In such a situation, corporate managers adjusted their reporting profits even though there was insolvency due to information asymmetry, and the quality of financial reports deteriorated and eventually they were withdrawn from the KOSDAQ market. It was linked to distrust of the market. The most representative is the listing Eligibility regulatory authorities have increased the trust of KOSDAQ listed companies and have come to recognize the importance of accounting transparency, and the necessary method for institutional improvement. 코스닥시장은 증권거래소 장외시장으로 개설되었으며, 중소벤처기업의 자금조달 창구로서 역할을 충실히 수행하였고, 외환위기와 금융위기 가운데 한국의 경제성장에 있어 많은 긍정적 역할을 담당하였다. 즉 코스닥시장의 개설된 이후 규모 면에서 양적인 성장을 하였을 뿐만 아니라 경제 전반에 걸쳐 긍정적 역할을 담당하였다. 그러나 코스닥에 상장된 대다수 기업은 유가증권에 상장된 기업보다 소유 집중도가 높고 발행주식의 수, 시가총액 등의 측면에서 비교적 규모가 적은 편이다. 이러한 상황에서 기업의 경영자는 정보비대칭으로 인해 부실이 발생하였음에도 보고이익을 조정함으로써 재무 보고의 품질은 저하되고 결국에는 코스닥시장에서 퇴출되는 상황이 발생하게 되었으며 이는 소액투자자의 투자손실로 이어지게 되어 결국 코스닥시장에 대한 불신으로 연결되었다. 이에 규제당국은 코스닥 상장기업의 신뢰를 높이고 회계 투명성의 중요성을 인식하게 되었으며, 제도개선을 위한 방법을 모색하게 되었고 가장 대표적인 것이 상장적격성 실질심사제도이다.

Diastema closure with direct composite: architectural gingival contouring

전치부 치간이개를 치료할 때 가장 어려운 것은 레진으로 축성 후 치아 사이의 "black triangle"없이 치간공극을 메우는 것이다. 이를 위해서는 치경부 형태와 접촉점의 위치에 기초하여 치은 형태를 결정하는 것이 중요하다. 이 증례보고는 적절한 접촉점을 형성하기 위해 비침습적 방법을 사용하여 접촉점의 위치를 설정하였다. 또한 치은-치아 사이에 위치한 Mylar strip을 이용한 기존의 방법을 바꾸어 자연스러운 형태를 갖도록 변형하였다. Mylar strip을 치은연 상방으로 약 1 mm 정도 되게 치은열구에 위치시키고 작은 면구를 치은과 그 사이에 위치시켜 출현윤곽(emergence contour)을 부여하였다. 이와 같은 변형된 방법은 적절한 출현윤곽과 치은형태를 형성하는데 유용하였으며, 임상적용에 유효하였다. One of the most challenging task in closing anterior diastema is avoiding "black triangle" between the teeth. This paper reports a case that the closure of diastema in anterior teeth could be successfully accomplished using direct adhesive restorations and gingival recontouring. The traditional technique using Mylar strip was modified to increase the emergence profile with natural contours at the gingival-tooth interface. Mylar strip was extended out of the sulcus by approximately 1 mm high from the gingival margin, and a small cotton pellet was used to provide the emergence contour. This modified approach is acceptable for the clinical situation.

찻주전자가 지닌 조형성은 조형예술의 새로운 의미이고 형상이며 이것의 조형이념과 조형형식은 새로운 생활환경을 개선하는 최선의 방법이라 볼 수 있다. 또한 찻주전자와 같은 실용적인 욕구와 심미적인 이념을 충족시키기 위한 현실적 형상으로서의 인공적인 조형물은 구성과 구조의 유기적이며 기능적인 관계에 영향을 주게 된다. 따라서 이것의 관계를 상관적 의미로 재해석하여 새로운 만듦의 세계를 창출하는 문제는 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 조형구조와 조형의 개념과 표상을 이해하기 위하여 찻주전자를 해석, 진단하는 것은 이것이 지니고 있는 조형성에 나타난 물질적 표현성과 구조로서의 형식과 시각요소로서의 상징을 대상으로 상호관계의 변화를 이해하는 것이다. 형태를 이루는 것과 재료의 설정 및 기법 개발을 통한 선행적, 창조적 조형표현을 인식하게 되는 것이다. 연구방법으로는 찻주전자의 조형 개념과 실체를 분석하고 형상적 형태로서의 구조해명을 통해 이것이 지니고 있는 유형과 문양의 실체적 조형 형식을 진단하였다. 이를 통해 찻주전자가 지니고 있는 자연미, 의식성, 기하학적 조형미와 함께 정갈하고, 명확한 인위적 조형성의 실용 가치를 확인하였다. 그럼으로써 찻주전자에 나타난 조형의 이념과 형식의 체계를 이해하는 것이 조형창조 과정에 새로운 형상과 가치로 존재하고 있음을 확인 하게 되었다. The metaphysical formality of teapot is a new meaning in formative arts and its idea and forms of formality are the best way to improve life environment. Artificial sculpture like teapot which satisfies both practical use and aesthetic desire has impact on the functional and organic relations between construction and structure. In that sense, it is an important thing to reinterpret the making of the physical concept a metaphysical structure has through their correlational meaning and to create another possible world of the making. In interpreting and analyzing teapot to understand the concept and idea of formality and formal structure, we focus on the understanding of changing correlations about symbols as materialistic expressivity shown on metaphysical formality and forms as a structure and emblem as visual element and as a result, we could recognize creative and preceding expression activities of structure through selections of elements and techniques development and combinations of forms. Through the analysis of the formality concept and essence of teapot and the explanation of its structure as a formal structure, a comprehensive formality of types or patterns of tea pot was studied. Through this, it has been identified that teapot shows the balance among its natural beauty, consciousness beauty and geometrical beauty of formality and also gives a value as practical use of simple and clear artificial formality accompanied by artless art. The result is that to understand a system of structure and the idea of formality expressed on teapot exists as new shapes and values in the course of creation of structure.
