      • 실버소비자의 스포츠·레저용품 구매행동에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 실버소비자들의 스포츠 레저 용품에 관련한 인식과 태도, 구매행동을 조사하고 이를 계층별로 나누어 분석하므로써 기초적인 마케팅 자료를 제시하는 것이다. 이와 같은 목적을 달성하기 위하여 서울특별시에 거주하고 있는 55세 이상의 실버소비자들을 전집으로 하여 뉴 실버집단(55-64세) 230명과 실버집단(65세이상) 132명을 표집하여 실버소비자의 스포츠 ?레저용품 인식과 태도, 구매행동을 분석한 결과 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다 첫째, 실버계층에 따른 실버소비자의 스포츠·레저용품 인식과 태도는 관심도, 소유욕, 부의 상징, 가격과 품질, 상표간 품질차이 인식도에서 모두 뉴 실버집단이 실버집단보다 높게 나타났으며 통계적으로도 현저한 차이로 유의하게 나타났다. 둘째, 실버계층에 따른 실버소비자의 스포츠·레저용품 구매행동은 최근 1년 간 스포츠·레저용품 구매여부는 뉴 실버가 많았으며 구매현황은 뉴 실버 집단은 스포츠의류, 레저용품 순으로 나타났으며 실버집단은 스포츠의류, 신발류 순으로 유의한 차이로 나타났다. 주요구매결정요인은 가격, 디자인/색상, 제조회사/상표에서 뉴 실버집단이 현저하게 유의한 차이로 나타났다. 스포츠 레저용품 최종 구매결정요인은 두 집단 모두 실용성/편리함을 주요 요인으로 삼았고 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 구매장소는 뉴 실버집단이 전문스포츠매장과 상설할인 매장, 실버집단은 동네상점과 종합시장에서 주로 구매하며 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 구매 만족도는 유의한 차이가 나타나지 않았다. 불만족요인은 뉴 실버집단은 품질과 가격, 실버집단은 실용성/편리함과 품질을 불만족 요인으로 지적하였고 유의한 차이가 나타났다. 이상과 같이 실버소비자와 뉴 실버소비자를 단지 하나의 실버시장으로 보는 것보다는 세분화할 필요성이 발견되었고 다각적인 실버계층의 스포츠 소비행태에 대한 지속적인 연구가 모색되어져야 할 것이며 특히, 뉴 실버소비자층을 별도의 표적시장으로 삼아 접근해야 할 것으로 사료된다. The purpose of this study was to examine silver consumers' perception of sporting and leisure goods, their attitude to the same and purchase behavior by lass in a bid to be of use for more successful marketing strategy. The subjects in this study were 362 people selected from among the eldery over 55 who resided in Seoul. Out of them, 230 people aged from 55 to 64 were called here the new silver group and 132 over 65 were called the silver group. A survey was conducted to find out their awareness of sporting and leisure goods, their attitude and purchase behavior. The instrument used in this study was 15-item questionnaire covering silver consumers' perception of sporting and leisure goods, their attitude and purchase behavior. As the subjects were old people who had relatively poor cognitive ability, self-administration method and interview were employed together. The collected data were analyzed with one-way ANOVA and χ²test. As a result of analyzing the intervariable relationship, the fallowing findings were acquired: First, the new silver group had more perception of sporting and leisure goods and more active attitude, compared to the silver group. The difference between the two was significant. Second, for the past year, the new silver group purchased more sporting and leisure goods. There appeared a significant gap between the two group in purchase state, primary buying-decision factor. final buying-decision factor, purchase place and dissatisfaction factor. The purchase satisfaction level didn't vary significantly.

        흰쥐 Kupffer 세포에 대한 Propofol의 작용

        Background: Propofol has an antioxidant capacity and can be used for ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver. However, the effects of propofol on the Kupffer cells have not been establisked. Methods: Kupffer cells were isolated and cultured from male Sprague-Dawley rats. The effects of propofol on the Kupffer cells were evaluated by a phagocytosis assay, TNF-α gene expression, and superoxide anion release after administering propofol in different concentrations on the cultured Kuprrer cells. Results: The latex bead phagocytosis by the Kupffer cells was suppressed when the Kupffer cells were exposed to propofol irrespective of concentrations. Higher propofol concentrations decreased the loss of Kupffer cells after latex bead phagocytosis. Propofol induced TNF-α mRNA expression in the Kupffer cells, but the mRNA expression level after 50㎍/ml of propofol decreased. The pattern of TNF-α mRNA expression induced by propofol was different to that induced by LPS: TNF-α mRNA was expressed continuously in the propofol-treated cells until 16 hours after exposure to propofol, whereas the level of TNF-α mRNA expression induced by LPS was evident after 2 hours and was not found thereafter. TNF-α production after propofol treatment was not higher than that of the control. Formazan presipitation did not show any qualitative differences between cells untreated or treated with propofol concentrations of 0.5, 5.0, and 50 ㎍/ml. Conclusions: These results showed that propofol might inhibit Kupffer cells. This suggests that propofol and be used for patients with ischemia-reperfusion injury of the liver.       • 大德 및 隣近地域 우물물의 tritium 濃度

        Tritium concentrations in well water of Daedong area and its vicinity were measured by means of electrolytic enrichment technique and liquid scintillation counting method. Samples were taken from six different wells spread around Dae-deog Science Town at least ten kilometers and/or from each other, so as not to have any possible influence from other water sources and/or streams. The tritium enrichment factor in the electrolytic process was determined using standardized tritiated water of known activity. Results show that the mean value of tritium concentration in well water of this area is 41.60±2.52 TU with maximum and minimum of 44.33±2.64 TU and 39.20±2.65 TU, respectively, as of September 1981, which are quite reasonably comparable with 40 TU measured by Fireman and Schwarzer for well water.

These problems source are found that was not considered men's capability on the design man-machine system. remocon, remote controller is used as a tool of communication between man and machine, have many function button to control become multi function, intelligent VTR, and user have to learn meaning of all function keys and to be helped a manual for easily control because function keys most of them have allocated two or three function. So, in this paper we tied to design of LCD touch-screen type Remocon to solve these problem as a kind of solving method, remocon in controlled and confinced by user with the Icon-well defined function and well allocated sequence information-Manual well show control way on a screen.

      • 감마선과 Methyl Bromide 처리가 사과의 생리화학적 품질에 미치는 영향

        감마선(0, 0.5, 1, 2, 3 kGy) 조사와 methyl bromide(MeBr, 26 g/㎏, 4hr) 훈증 및 이들의 처리시기가 사과의 생리화학적 품질특성에 영향을 비교하여, 검역처리를 위한 ◁그림 삽입▷ (원문을 참조하세요) 감마선 조사의 응용성을 검토하였다. 감마선과 MeBr 처리에 따른 사과의 생리화학적 품질평가에서 2kGy 이상의 감마선 조사와 MeBr 훈증은 사과의 일부 생리화학적 품질특성의 변화를 촉진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 감마선과 MeBr의 처리시기별로는 수확 직후보다는 저온(0℃)에서 40일 정도 보관 후 처리한 대체적으로 품질손상이 적은 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 1kGy 이하의 감마선 조사와 지연조사는 사과 과실의 품질을 비교적 양호한 상태로 유지할 수 있어 검역처리 기술로 활용성이 있는 것으로 생각된다. 'Fuji' apples were treated by gamma irradiation (0∼3 kGy) or methyl bromide fumigation at commercial conditions (MeBr, 25 g/㎏, 4 hr) for quarantine purpose at two different treatment timing after harvest and stored under air a 0℃ for 4 months. Associated with the treatment timing of irradiation or fumigation, after 40 days of storage at 0℃ following harvest was more adequate than immediately after harvest in keeping qualities of stored apples. However, more than 2 kGy irradiation and MeBr fumigation were detrimental to physiological and chemical qualities of the fruits. These results show that less than 1 kGy irradiation at the delayed timing has a possibility to be applied as a quarantine procedure without significant changes in the quality of apples.

      • Molecular diagnosis of the pyrethroid resistance conferred by sodium channel mutations in Myzus persicae (Hemiptera: Aphidaidae)

        The green peach aphid (Myzus persicae) is a cosmopolitan pest of agricultural and horticultural crops and causes serious economic damages. M. persica has rapidly developed resistance to a wide variety of insecticides, including pyrethroids. Target site insensitivity mechanism mediated by two mutations (L1014F and M918T) on the para-type voltage-sensitive sodium channel (vssc) is mainly responsible for pyrethroid resistance. To predict the vssc resistance allele frequency, quantitative sequencing (QS) protocol was established. Frequency prediction equations generated from the plots of signal ratios and amplification critical time showed a high correlation coefficient (r2>0.993), indicating its high accuracy in prediction. QS results revealed that the kdr-type L1014F mutation is only present in Pyeongchang strain. No field strains of M. persicae possessed the super-kdr type M918T mutation. However, a novel M918L mutation was found by genotyping approach. The allele frequencies of M918L and L1014F were 0% to 53% in populations examined, and the level of M918L mutation frequency was closely related with pyrethroid resistance. Therefore, QS-based detection of M918L mutation frequency should faciltate the monitoring of pyrethroid resistance in the field.

        증강현실을 이용한 조음음운장애 검사 시스템 설계 및 구현

        Purpose: The examination for articulation and phonological disorders is proceeded by a language rehabilitation specialist showing card images and teaching aids to subjects and making them pronounce the words shown on the cards so as to record them. There is a difficulty in this method in that it does not proceeded seamlessly on children with a low concentration level or with developmental disorders. Therefore, this study has incorporated augmented reality skills to developing computer-based articulation and phonological disorders in order to solve such difficulty. Methods: This study has indicated unique marks on each of the image cards in order to utilize them used for previous examination of articulation and phonological disorders. Then, when subjects recognized such marks with a camera, three-dimensional models corresponding with the marks were indicated on the relevant card showing the image to subjects on the monitor. Related functions were also realized that when subjects pronounced the name of three-dimensional models, the language rehabilitation specialist recorded the pronunciation on the system. Results: This study has designed marks needed for image cards realizing the three-dimensional model indication function as well as camera correcting functions to recognize marks and indicate three-dimensional models. In addition, a function of managing the information of subjects needed for examination and words used on the examination was realized along with functions of auto-phonological transcription and voice recording functions needed to manage the examination. Conclusions: The examination system of articulation and phonological disorders based on augmented reality skills was confirmed to be effective in improving concentration of subjects on examinations from previous studies. This study has realized the prerequisite functions needed for the examination of articulation and phonological disorders. Afterwards, it is anticipated to make it feasible to convert the manually developed examination of articulation and phonological disorders into a computer-based auto-examination system by adding a function to analyze language disorder characteristics.
