        전시참가업체의 관계편익이 전시회 만족과 충성도에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 전시회에 대한 관계편익(relational benefits)이 전시회 참가업체의 만족과 참가업체의 충성도에 미치는 영향관계와 전환비용이 그 사이에 어떠한 효과를 미치는 지를 파악하여 장기적으로 경쟁력과 수익성을 갖춘 전시회로 발전시키기 위한 전략적 시사점을 제공하고자 한다. 도출된 각 요인들을 바탕으로 관계편익, 전환비용, 만족도, 충성도에 대한 영향관계를 검증(연구가설 1~6)한 결과, 관계편익 중 심리적 편익과 경제적 편익이 만족과 충성도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경제적 편익이 전환비용에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 경제적 편익이 충성도에 직접영향을 나타냈고 전환비용이 그 사이에 직접효과 및 간접효과를 나타냈기 때문에 전환비용이 경제적 편익과 충성도의 사이에 매개효과가 있다고 할 수 있다. 마찬가지로 전환비용이 만족도과 충성도에 매개효과가 있다고 할 수 있으며 만족도도 심리적과 충성도 사이, 경제적 편익과 충성도 사이에 매개효과가 나타났다. 본 연구는 전시회 주최자가 관계편익을 관리해야 하는 궁극적인 목표를 규명하였다. 또한, 전시회 참가업체들이 관계편익을 지각한다는 것을 확인하였으므로, 전시회주최자들의 이러한 관계편익 지각은 참가업체에게 제공하는 서비스들을 통하여 관계고객 세분화(relationship customer segmentation)가 가능하다는 것을 의미한다. The purpose of this research is to analyze how relational benefit about exhibition influences exhibition participating company"s satisfactory level and participating company"s loyalty and how switching costs"s influence on the relation. The purpose of the analysis is to provide the long term strategy for developing competitive and profitable exhibition. As the verified result on the influential relationship among relational benefit, switching cost, satisfactory level and loyalty based on generated each factor shows (research hypothesis 1~6): psychological benefit and economical benefit has influence on satisfactory level and loyalty, economical benefit has noticeable influence on switching cost, satisfactory level has noticeable influence on loyalty, and switching cost has noticeable influence on loyalty. Since the economical benefit and switching cost have showed direct or indirect influence on loyalty and switching cost, it would be safe to assume switching cost is acting as mediation between economical benefit and loyalty. Switching cost is mediation between satisfactory level and loyalty; satisfactory level is mediation between psychological benefit, and satisfactory level is acting as mediation between loyalty and economical benefit. This research has established the ultimate purpose why exhibition sponsor must manage the relational benefit. Since it is confirmed that exhibition participating companies override the relational benefit, relational customer segmentation is possible through service provided by participating companies.

        Hispidin attenuates bleomycin‑induced idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis via an anti‑oxidative effect in A549 cells

        Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a serious and irreversible chronic lung disease. Bleomycin (BLM) is an anticancer drug, which can cause severe lung toxicity. The main target of oxidative stress-induced lung injury is alveolar epithelial cells, which lead to interstitial fibrosis. The present study investigated whether hispidin (HP), which has excellent antioxidant activity, attenuates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis via anti-oxidative effects in A549 cells. We found that hispidin reduced bleomycin-induced fibrosis of A549 cells by reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Taken together, our data suggest that hispidin has therapeutic potential in preventing bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis.

        Hsa-miRNA-143-3p Reverses Multidrug Resistance of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer by Inhibiting the Expression of Its Target Protein Cytokine-Induced Apoptosis Inhibitor 1 In Vivo

        Purpose: Multidrug resistance (MDR) remains a major obstacle in the treatment of triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) with conventional chemotherapeutic agents. A previous study demonstrated that hsa-miRNA-143-3p plays a vital role in drug resistance of TNBC. Downregulation of hsa-miRNA-143-3p upregulated the expression of its target protein cytokine-induced apoptosis inhibitor 1 (CIAPIN1) in order to activate MDR, while upregulation of hsa-miRNA-143-3p effectively enhances the sensitivity of drug-resistant TNBC cells to chemotherapeutics. The present study aimed to further verify these findings in vivo. Methods: We established a hypodermic tumor nude mice model using paclitaxel- resistant TNBC cells. We expressed ectopic hsa-miRNA- 143-3p under the control of a breast cancer-specific human mammaglobin promoter that guided the efficient expression of exogenous hsa-miRNA-143-3p only in breast cancer cells. Thereafter, we overexpressed hsa-miRNA-143-3p in xenografts using a recombinant virus system and quantified the expression of hsa-miRNA-143-3p, CIAPIN1 protein, and proteins encoded by related functional genes by western blot. Results: We successfully completed the prospective exploration of the intravenous virus injection pattern from extensive expression to targeted expression. The overexpression of hsa-miRNA-143-3p significantly alleviated chemoresistance of TNBC by inhibiting viability. In addition, we observed that the expression of CIAPIN1 as a hsa-miRNA-143-3p target protein was remarkably decreased. Conclusion: We partly illustrated the mechanism underlying the hsa-miRNA-143-3p/CIAPIN1 drug resistance pathway. HsamiRNA- 143-3p as a tumor suppressive microRNA may be a novel target to effectively reverse MDR of TNBC in vivo.

        The Antibacterial Mechanism of Zn(II) Frame Supported on Alginate Membrane

        In order to solve the problem of antibiotic-resistant bacteria caused by excessive use of antibiotics, herein, an antibacterial membrane composed of natural sodium alginate (ALG), zeolite imidazolate skeleton (ZIF-8) and niflumic acid (NIF) was reported. The membrane serves as a versatile platform for local antibacterial. This report carried out in-depth research on the physical properties and antibacterial mechanism of the synthesized sodium alginate composite film. The data shows that the sodium alginate-based antibacterial film has a continuous antibacterial effect, and the release of antibacterial molecules can be controlled according to changes in the external environment. The results show that the complex has stronger mechanical and bacteriostatic properties. Niflumic acid and Zn(II) have synergistic antibacterial effect. The complex promotes bacterial death by hindering bacterial respiratory metabolism and destroying cell membrane structure.

      • The Stability Issue of the Voltage Regulators Using a Ripple-Based Constant On-Time Controller with DC Offset-Correction Circuit

        In recent years, the ripple-based constant on-time (RBCOT) control scheme for voltage regulators has been adopted in many applications because of its high efficiency feature under light-load conditions. However, a RBCOT control suffers from output-voltage offset problem. Therefore, an offset correction circuit (OC) is often added to the basic RBCOT scheme to correct the problem. In the OC circuit, there is a RC filter. The size of this RC filter not only affects the circuit stability and converter transient responses but also directly affects the controller chip size/cost. The main focus of the present paper is to investigate the relationship between the RC filter value and the feedback stability so that RC value can be minimized while avoiding circuit instability. A time-domain analysis approach is proposed to model OCRBCOT scheme for a buck converter configuration. Experimental and simulation results are given for verification.

        PET Composite Fiber Membranes Modified with Modified Nanoscale ZnO Exhibit Synergistic Antibacterial Effects

        With the global prevalence of infectious diseases, the development of antimicrobial textiles has become imperative. In this study, a synergistic antibacterial powder of IZnO–SCSB was obtained by modifying zinc oxide (ZnO) nanoparticles with 3-isocyanatopropyltriethoxysilane (IPTS) and chitosan cinnamaldehyde Schiff base (SCSB). The powder was then mixed with a PET solution and a PET/IZnO–SCSB composite antibacterial fiber membrane was prepared using electrospinning. This composite fiber membrane demonstrates excellent mechanical properties, breathability, hydrophobicity, and antibacterial effects. The tensile strength and elongation at break were 2.4 MPa and 240.9%, respectively. When the membrane was loaded with 3 wt% of IZnO–SCSB, the antimicrobial rates against Gram-positive (S. aureus) and Gram-negative (E. coli) reached 99.80% and 97.08%, respectively. Therefore, this composite antibacterial fiber membrane has broad application prospects in antibacterial textiles such as masks and medical gauze.
