        Three-Dimensional Polymeric Mechanical Metamaterials Fabricated by Multibeam Interference Lithography with the Assistance of Plasma Etching

        <P>The pentamode structure is a type of mechanical metamaterial that displays dramatically different bulk and shear modulus responses. In this study, a face-centered cubic (FCC) polymeric microstructure was fabricated by using SU8 negative type photoresists and multibeam interference exposure. Isotropic plasma etching is used to control the solid-volume fraction; for the first time, we obtained a structure with the minimum solid-volume fraction as low as 15% that still exhibited high structural integrity. Using this method, we reduced the width of atom-to-atom connections by up to 40 nm. We characterize the effect of the connection area on the anisotropy of the mechanical properties using simulations. Nanoindentation measurements were also conducted to evaluate the energy dissipation by varying the connection area. The Young's/shear modulus ratio is 5 times higher for the etched microstructure than that of the bulk SU8 materials. The use of interference lithography may enable the properties of microscale materials to be engineered for various applications, such as MEMS.</P>

        Contact electrification behaviors of micro-patterned polydimethylsiloxane

        We have investigated the contact electrification mechanism of identical materials using micro-patterned polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) polymers. Commercially available sandpapers with various grit sizes were used for systematic control of the micro-patterns. Microstructure and hardness measurements revealed that the micro-patterns of sandpaper were successfully transferred to PDMS without significant change of the Young’s modulus. Clear triboelectric outputs were observed when contact separation was performed for identical PDMS polymers. The triboelectric outputs were significant when the microstructure was different, while the outputs were small when the microstructure was similar. These results were explained by the bond-breaking and ion/material transfer due to the roughness-induced temperature differences in identical PDMS polymers.

        Most concrete is recently made of an aggregate which is properly absorbed, and carried in it according to its capability at every fields. We have been close to demand new capability of high flowing and enduring for specific concretes. That is difficult to cope with claiming the efficiency on deterioration from lack of a high quality aggregate. Therefore, For solving the problems we apply to method of packaged dry combined materials for concrete using dried materials. That is to say that it is a kind of making into an instant. In this study, There is a purpose to present fundamental data, comparing and analyzing a phenomenon of aggregate's absorption following the rate of adding water, for using existing materials.

      • 개인정보자기결정권의 효과적 보호를 위한 법적 개선책

        This paper analyzes the main differences of the data protection law of Korea and ‘General Data Protection Regulation’, which was recently legislated by the European Union. It also reviews the concept of the personal information self-determination and its constitutional grounds. Compared to GDPR, our law could be improved in terms of broadening the law’s geographical coverage, redefining the definition of ‘Personal Data’, and protecting more authority and rights of data subject. This paper is meaningful since it reviews the regulations newly enforced since May, 2018, not the European Union’s Privacy Protection Guideline which was implemented until recently and gives solutions for improving Korea’s personal information protection law. 본 논문에서는 개인정보자기결정권의 헌법적 근거를 검토한 후, 한국의 데이터 보호법과 유럽연합이 최근 제정한 ‘일반 데이터 보호 규정(General Data Protection Regulation: GDPR)’의 주요한 차이점을 분석하였다. 대한민국 헌법은 개인정보자기결정권을 명문으로 규정하고 있지는 않지만, 헌법재판소는 손가락 지문날인제도 관련 결정에서 개인정보자기결정권을 기본권으로 판시하였다. 하지만 아직까지 개인정보자기결정권과 관련된 현실적인 문제들이 실체적인 권리의 침해로 인정되지 않고, 법정 위자료 청구에 그치는 경우가 많다. 유럽의 GDPR을 참고하여 한국의 데이터보호법의 적용 지리적 범위를 넓히고, ‘개인정보’ 의 정의를 재정의하는 등의 방법으로, 보다 많은 국민의 권한과 권리를 보호할 수 있을 것이다. 본고는 2018년 초반까지 시행되던 유럽연합의 개인정보 보호지침이 아니라 2018년 5월 이후 새로 시행된 GDPR규정을 검토하고 한국의 개인정보 보호법을 개선할 방안을 연구하는 데에 의의가 있다.

        부양의식을 통해 본 노인부양 지원정책 방향성 : 기혼여성의 부양경험을 중심으로

        본 연구는 고령화 사회로의 진입과 함께 대두되고 있는 노인부양문제를 기혼여성의 부양의식을 중심으로 재조명하고 이를 바탕으로 노인부양지원정책의 방향성은 제시하는데 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구는 기존연구와 달리 가족주의 가치관의 일부로서나 통합된 상태로 측정되었던 부양의식을 독립적인 척도로 구성하여 부양의식의 실재, 부양부담과의 관계, 노인부양지원정책에 대한 복지욕구와의 연관성을 분석하였다. 분석에는 총 283명의 노인을 모시고 있는 기혼여성 부양자가 포함되었다. 연구결과, 젊은 연령층, 고학력자, 취업여성일수록 노인을 가족이 책임지고 여성이 수발자 역할을 해야 한다는 부양의식이 약한 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 부양의식은 세부적으로 나누어보면 부모와의 동거의식이나 성역할에 기반한 부양의식은 약화만 반면 부모공양의식은 여전히 강한 것으로 나타났다. 또 부양의식은 다론 관련변수를 통제한 이후에도 부양부담에 주요하게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며 향후 노후생활 대비 방안, 노인복지서비스 이용의사, 노인부양정책의 필요성 및 복지욕구 둥에 각각 영향을 미치고 있었다. 구체적으로 부양의식이 비전통적인 사람일수록 노후생활 대비, 노인복지서비스 이용, 노인부양지원정책 등에 있어 보다 사회의 책임을 강조하고 적극적인 복지서비스 이용의사를 보였다. 이와 같은 연구결과에 비추어 볼 때 고령화 사회 노인부양문제에 대응하기 위해서는 부양의식의 변화를 통합적으로 고려해야 할 필요성과 함께 성인지적 노인부양지원정책의 방향성을 제시하였다. The study was to reveal the importance of the connection of the consciousness of family caregiving among women with the development of eldercare policy in the aging society. The present study developed the index of the consciousness of family caregiving for elderly care, contrary to the prior research in which it has been considered as one of sub-components of familism or treated as same. The study analyzed the association of the consciousness of family support for eldercare with the amount of care burden and the need for eldercare policy. 283 family caregivers were included. Results showed that the change of the consciousness occurred mainly among those with younger age, higher education, and working in the labor market. The consciousness, however, included substantial change in the concept of co-habitance and sex-fixed role in elderly care, but not in the concept of parent-child support. It also had impact on the elderly care burden after controling for other variables. The preference for eldercare service use and the need for eldercare policy were also, respectively, affected by the consciousness. Specifically, those of less traditional way of thinking were more supportive for more intervention of government and less burden from family(women), on the issues of the security of later life and long/short-term elderly care. These findings provide some implications and suggestions for the development of gender-sensitive and integrated social policy for elderly care.

      • 시중에 판매되고 있는 아이스크림의 일반세균 및 대장균군 오염 실태

        Ice cream is a vastly consumed food enjoyed by a wide range of people. Therefore, it is easily accessible and amounts to hundreds of its kind. Ice cream is a ready-made food which could be served without undergoing cooking process and thus putting weight on its hygienic condition. And so we set out to conduct some research on the number of E-coli bactria contained in commercially sold ice creams. We applied Lactose broth method along with Desoxycholate agar method which enables us to verify the existence of E-coli bacteria and how much is contained. We focused our research on soft ice creams and aimed to seek out the degree to which they were contaminated by E-coli bacteria. 4 major distributors of soft ice cream out of 5 didn't meet the maximum allowance of E coli bacteria to be found. The number of general bacteria observed per 1 ㎖ of specimen must be held at less than 100,000, and this wasn't violated by any of the companies' samples. Yet on E-coli testing, all of K, L, B and M companies' samples respectively exceeded the permitted limits of bacteria to be detected.

      • 모유 수유아와 조제 분유 영양아에서 수유 방법에 따른 아미노산 농도 비교 및 혈청 트립토판 농도와 수면 유도와의 관계

        Objective: Sleep behavior is modulated by serotonergic neurons within the brain, and the synthesis and release of serotonin by such neurons is thought to be influenced by the availability of tryptophan, the amino acid precursor of serotonin. Formula-feeding infants have depressed plasma tryptophan concentration relative to breast milk-feeding infants. Because tryptophan alters sleep waking patterns in adults, a study was designed to determine the difference of sleep latency relative to differences in plasma tryptophan and tryptophan : large neutral amino acid (LNAA) ratio between formula-feeding infants and breast milk-feeding infants. Method: 45 newborns who were born in Chosun University Hospital from December 2002 to December 2003 were selected. The newborns were divided to three group, 15 newborns were fed breast milk and 15 newborns were fed formula A, and last 15 newborns were fed formula B. At 6 weeks and 12 weeks, infants were sampled for measuring of serum amino acid level and tryptophan, tryptophan : LNAA ratio. And we taught infants' parents to measure sleep latency that means the time after a feeding to the first episode of active REM sleep that persist ≥ 1 min. Result: 1) At 6weeks, Serum α-amino-n-butyric acid, citrulline, tryptophan level was higher in formula A group than breastmilk group (P<0.05) and proline level was lower than breast milk group (P<0.05). In formula B group, serum n-amino-n-buryric acid, citrulline, cystine, hydroxylysine, hydroxyproline, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, taurine, threonine, valine levels were higher than breastmilk group (P<0.05). And Serum isoleucine, methionine, proline, valine level were higher in formula B group than formula A group (P<0.05). 2) At 12 weeks, serum glutamic acid, methionine, ornithine levels were higher in formula group A than breast milk group (P<0.05). Serum β-alanine, aspartic acid, α-amino-n-butyric acid, ethanolamine, glutamic acid, threonine level were higher in formula B group than breast milk group (P<0.05). Serum β-alanine, ethanolamine levels were higher and arginine level was lower in formula B group than formula A (P<0.05). 3) At 6 weeks, serum tryptophan concentration and tryptophan: LNAA ratio were higher in formula A group (P<0.05). Sleep latency was 21 minutes in formula group A, 24 minutes in breast milk group, 25 minutes in formula B group but there was no statistically significance (P>0.05). 4) At 12 weeks, serum tryptophan concentration and tryptophan: LNAA ratio, time after feeding to the first episode of active REM sleep were no difference with each other group. Conclusion: There is significant difference of serum amino acids between breast-feeding infants and formula-feeding infants. And serum tryptophan and tryptophan: LNAA ratio differ between brest-feeding infants and formula-feeding infants. But there is no association between serum tryptophan, tryptophan: LNM ratio and sleep latency.
