데이터 글러브를 이용한 손 제스처 기반 3차원 게임 구현

데이터 글러브(Data Glove)는 손 제스처를 정의하여 시스템을 제어하는 입력장치로 가상현실기술 및 교육, 의료, 산업분야에서 많이 사용되고 있다. 이는 가상현실 속에 존재하는 사물을 현실에서 제어하게 함으로써 사용자에게 마치 현실 세계의 사물을 제어하는 느낌을 주는 장점을 가지고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 이러한 데이터 글러브의 장점을 이용하여 3차원 게임에 적용시키는 방법을 제안한다. 먼저 데이터 글러브로 제스처를 정의하고, 트래커(Tracker)와 연동하여 시스템을 구현한다. 구현된 시스템을 실험하기 위해서 OpenGL로 인형 뽑기 게임을 구현하고 사용자가 데이터 글러브를 착용 후 정의된 제스처를 통해 게임을 제어하도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 방법은 사용자들에게 좀 더 높은 몰입감을 제공하며, 향후 게임 산업 발전에도 많은 영향을 줄 것으로 기대한다.

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 그림 동화책을 사용한 대화식 책 읽기 중재가 경도지적장애학생의 읽기이해력과 수업태도에 미치는 영향을 분석하는 것이다. 연구방법: 이 연구에서는 대상자 간 중다간헐기초선 방법을 이용하였다. 경도지적장애학생 3명을 연구대상으로 선정하였고, 일주일에 4회씩 총 16회기의 중재를 실시하였고, 중재 2회기마다 평가를 수행하였다. 이에, 중재단계에서는 총 8회의 평가를 하였고, 2주의 휴지기 이후 2회의 유지평가를 하였다. 수집된 자료는 시각화 그래프와 비중복비율을 통해 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 연구에 참여한 모든 경도지적장애학생들의 읽기이해와 수업태도가 기초선보다 향상되었고, 중재 프로그램을 종료한 이후 실시한 유지 검사에서도 읽기이해와 수업태도가 잘 유지되고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 결론: 동화책을 사용한 대화식 책 읽기 방법이 경도지적장애학생의 읽기 지도에 유용하다는 것을 시사한다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of dialogic reading intervention using picture fairy tale books on reading comprehension and class attitudes of students with mild intellectual disabilities. Method: A multiple probe design across participants was used to analyze the effects of the intervention. Three students with intellectual disabilities in an elementary school participated in this study. The intervention in 16 sessions was conducted four times per week for approximately 40 minutes. The collected data were analyzed by visual analysis and the percentage of Nonoverlapping data(PND). Result: All participants showed significant improvement in reading comprehension and class attitudes. Also, the effects of the intervention was maintained after the intervention phase. Conclusion: Dialogic reading intervention using picture fairy tale books could be useful in improving reading comprehension and class attitudes of students with mild intellectual disabilities.

<P>Two novel non-synonymous SNPs in the 2<SUP>nd</SUP> and 3<SUP>rd</SUP> exons of the porcine <I>ApoR</I> gene are reported. One was identified as a novel SNP significantly associated with multiple traits of pork meat quality. The data can provide a useful resource for developing a marker in the genetic improvement of pigs.</P>

유전 및 육종 : Microsatellite Marker를 이용한 육질 우수 버크셔 계통 조성에 관한 연구

본 연구는 버크셔종의 육질에 대한 특성을 분석하여 국내 돈육시장에서의 적합성을 확인하고, MS marker를 이용한 육질 우수 개체 선발의 효율성에 대해서 분석하였다. 버크셔 323두를 동일 사양조건에서 사육하고 도축하여 육질형질을 분석하고, 혈액으로부터 genomic DNA를 분리하여 50개의 MS marker에 대한 유전자형을 분석하였다. 버크셔종은 국내에서 가장 많이 이용되고 있는 듀록, 요크셔, 랜드레이스 종보다도 육질에 있어서 더욱 우수한 특성을 나타내었다. 특히 도축 24시간 후 pH 값은 평균 5.88±0.01로 대단히 높게 나타났고, 지방함량의 경우에도 2.878±0.06로 확인되었다. MS marker와의 연관성을 확인한 결과, 14개 MS marker가 육질형질과 연관성을 있는 것으로 나타났다(p<0.05). 특히 pH24hr와 지방함량에서는 가장 높은 값을 가지는 대립유전자집단이 가장 낮은 집단에 비해 최고 0.55, 2.04%가 높은 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이러한 특성을 버크셔종의 육질 우수 개체 선발에 이용한다면 육색, 지방함량, pH24hr, 가열감량, 드립감량, 그리고 보수성에서 육질 형질값의 높은 개량효과를 기대할 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In this study, the efficiency of microsatellite(MS) markers for pork quality was examined and further, their suitability to domestic pork industry also was verified, by measuring meat quality parameters of Berkshire breeds. A total of 323 pigs of Berkshire breeds were slaughtered and subjected to meat quality evaluation. In addition, the genomic DNAs from blood samples of slaughtered pigs were used for genotyping analysis of 50 MS markers. The results revealed that Berkshire breeds have excellent meat quality, compared with the popular domestic breeds such as Duroc, Yorkshire, and Landrace. Noticeably, the Berkshire breeds exhibited a significant post-mortem pH24hr(5.88±0.01) and fat content(2.878±0.06). Through the linkage analysis between MS markers, 14 MS markers showed significant association with meat quality traits(p<0.05). Maximum significant differences of 0.55 pH24hr value and 2.04% fat content were observed between the highest and lowest allele populations. If these 14 MS markers are applied to the pork quality diagnosis kit, the synergistic effect can be expected in meat quality parameters such as meat color, fat content, pH 24 hr, cooking loss, drip loss and water-holding capacity.

Anthocyanins, providing the bright red-orange to blue-violet colors, flavonoid-derived pigments with strong antioxidant activity that have benefits for human health. We isolated RsMYB1, which encodes an R2R3 MYB transcription factor (TF), from red radish plants (Raphanus sativus L.) that accumulate high levels of anthocyanins. RsMYB1 shows higher expression in red radish than in common white radish, in both leaves and roots, at different growth stages. regulatory genes. Transient expression of RsMYB1 in tobacco showed that RsMYB1 is a positive regulator of anthocyanin production. Also, the synergistic effect of RsMYB1 with B-Peru was larger than the effect of Arabidopsis plants stably expressing RsMYB1 produced red pigmentation throughout the plant, accompanied by up-regulation of the six structural and two regulatory genes for anthocyanin production. This broad transcriptional activation of anthocyanin biosynthetic machinery in Arabidopsis included up-regulation of TRANSPARENT TESTA 8, which encodes a bHLH-type TF. These results suggest that overexpression of RsMYB1 promotes anthocyanin production by triggering the expression of endogenous bHLH genes as potential binding partners for RsMYB1. In addition, RsMYB1-overexpressing Arabidopsis plants had a higher antioxidant capacity than did non-transgenic control plants. Taken together, RsMYB1 is an actively positive regulator for anthocyanins biosynthesis in radish plants and it might be one of the best targets for anthocyanin production by single gene manipulation being applicable in diverse plant species.

A series of 3-acetyl-2-aminoquinolin-4-one derivatives selected from the Korean Chemical Bank were screened for calpain inhibitory activity by using a high-throughput fluorimetric calpain assay. We identified a potent and selective mu-calpain inhibitor, compound 17, whose specificity and efficacy for mu-calpain inhibition was better than MDL28170. Docking studies revealed that the efficacy of its inhibitory effect on calpain depended on the size and charge properties of the substitutions on the phenylamino ring.

Background/Aims: Helicobacter pylori eradication rates are decreasing because of increases in clarithromycin resistance. Thus, finding an easy and accurate method of detecting clarithromycin resistance is important. Methods: We evaluated 70 H. pylori isolates from Korean patients. Duallabeled peptide nucleic acid (PNA) probes were designed to detect resistance associated with point mutations in 23S ribosomal ribonucleic acid gene domain V (A2142G, A2143G, and T2182C). Data were analyzed by probe-based fluorescence melting curve analysis based on probe-target dissociation temperatures and compared with Sanger sequencing. Results: Among 70 H. pylori isolates, 0, 16, and 58 isolates contained A2142G, A2143G, and T2182C mutations, respectively. PNA probe-based analysis exhibited 100.0% positive predictive values for A2142G and A2143G and a 98.3% positive predictive value for T2182C. PNA probe-based analysis results correlated with 98.6% of Sanger sequencing results (κ-value=0.990; standard error, 0.010). Conclusions: H. pylori clarithromycin resistance can be easily and accurately assessed by dual-labeled PNA probe-based melting curve analysis if probes are used based on the appropriate resistance-related mutations. This method is fast, simple, accurate, and adaptable for clinical samples. It may help clinicians choose a precise eradication regimen. (Gut Liver 2018;12:641-647)
