        A new colorimetric method for determining phospholipid in serum and red blood cell membrane has been presented. The advantages of the present method over previous methods are simple and rapid treatments with reasonable accuracy. The procedure includes the following steps; extraction of total lipid from the sample with lipid extraction solvent, isolation of phospholipids from total lipid with chilled acetone and treatment of phospholipid toluene solution with copper reagent, followed by color development of copper salts of phospholipids with sodium-diethyldithiocarbamate. The recovery and reproducibility of the present method were proven to be 99.41% and 1.97%(coefficient of variability), respectively. By the present method, phospholipid concentrations in serum and red cell membrane of slaughtering cattles were determined to be 59.64㎎/dl and 178.63㎎/dl, and those of slaughtering pigs were 72,00㎎/dl and 190.27㎎/dl, respectively.

        Torque generated by the blade of a wind turbine is a non-linear function of the wind velocity, the angular velocity of the rotor and the pitch angle. Glauert's theory for propellers, though widley used, is not suited to simulate the performance under variable wind speed and pitch angle. Furthermore, the numerical iteration procedure of the theory districts the applicability of a real time control of the wind turbine. We suggest a new method of modeling the torque that can be used in a real time control. Based on Glauert's theory, the power coefficient curve is estimated. In the vicinity of the operating point on the curve, a linearized model is extracted in terms of the wind velocity, the angular velocity and the pitch angle. the usefulness of the model is demonstrated with the results produced by sets of experiments.

        The object of this study was to analyze influence which Black locust afforestation affected to soil, to research change of soil environment of Black locust planted stand and adjacent stands through comparative analyzing physichemical property of soil of them. It was investigated that the soil texture of Black locust planted stand and the adjacent stands was mostly SL and LS. According to this result I could know that transformation of soil texture by vegetation easily happened because transformation soil texture results from the parent rock. I could ascertain that difference existed between Black locust planted stand and the other stands in soil pH and Carbon content of planted stand of Black locust pH, contents of Available P_(2)O_(5), Carbon, Total Nitrogen. In other words, pH and Carbon content of Black locust planted stand were lower than that of Oak forest, higher than that of Pine forest. These results showed that Black locust was which fix nitrogen. I could infer that Black locust afforestation made forest soil fertilized. In soil of Black locust planted stand and the adjacent stands, statistical value appeared highly in pH and existed in content of Carbon, Total nitrogen, too. And high interrelationship appeared in the order of pH, C/N Ratio, CEC, Total nitrogen content was in each stands. I suppose that the trespassing extent of Black locust to Oak forest and Pine forest which are adjacent to planted stand of Black locust is different because of low pH, lackness of Available P_(2)O_(5), Carbon, and what not.

        Wind turbine system converts wind energy into electric energy. Since the velocity of wind is random in nature, control of the angular velocity of the blade is necessary in order to generate high quality electric power. The control of the blade can be divided into the stall regulation type and the pitch control type. The stall regulation type which utilizes an aerodynamic stall is simple and cheap, but it suffers from fluctuation of the resulting power. On the contrary, pitch control type is based on the fact that the torque of the blade can be changed by varying the pitch angle of the blade. It is mechanically and mathematically complicated, but the control performance is better than that of the stall regulation type. This paper derives a mathematical modeling of the wind turbine system, and suggests a pitch control algorithm. The validity of the algorithm is demonstrated with the results produced through sets of experiments.

        The reaction of 2,5-hexanedione or succinaldehyde to be hydrolyzed 2,5-dimethoxytetrahydrofuran by acid with a variety of aryl-and alkylamines using tetracarbonylhydridoferrate as a highly selective reducing agent at room temperature or 60℃ under an atmosphere of carbon monoxide gave the corresponding N-substituted 2,5-dimethylpyrrolidines or N-substituted pyrrolidines in good to excellent yields. The reduction of synthesized 5-nitro-2-hexanone with benzaldehyde in this reagent was also obtained N-benzyl-2,5-dimethyl pyrrolidine in good yield. And aniline reacts with propanal having two α-hydrogens in the presence of a catalytic amount of a rhodium complex in neutral medium at 180℃ to give quinoline and tetrahydroquinoline derivatives in moderate yield. The mechanism of these reactions was investigated.

      • MoSi_2기 복합재료의 소결온도에 따른 미끄럼마모 특성

        Molybdenum disilicide(MoSi_2) is considered to be a promising high temperature material for turbojet anhypersonic engines in aerospace and various industrial applications, because of a high melting point(2030℃),adequate density(6.3g/cm^3) and an excellent oxidation resistance. Mosi2 powder was evaluated from the variation of fabricating such as preparation temperature 1250℃, 1350℃ and 1500℃ respectively. Abrasion tester used a pin-on-disk type and a Si3N4 ceramic ball which used as machine structural materials. The test condition apply to load of 8kgf at 7.5rpm for 6 hours and the effect of hardness is also discussed. As a result of the tests, the friction coefficient was decreased with sintered MoSi_2 of increasing temperature but the function coefficient did not vary much for all specimens at all temperatures.

        AC4CH-based metal matrix composites with All_B_40_33w reinforcement have been produced using squeeze casting method. Metal matrix composite that is produced from matrix material AC4CH and inorganic binders SiO_2, Al_20_3 and TiO_2 are added to the metal matrix composite for strength so binding among the whisker can take place. In this paper, To test for tribo a pin-on-disk machine and lubricant is used without paraffine 8.2CST at room temperature which is 40℃. As the results of this study, the tribological properties of each specimen are more improved then AO4CH. The variation of coefficient resistance is more stable at the AC4CH, TiO_2, but the variation rates are higher at the inanimate binder

        The purpose of this study was to compared blood lipids level in male childrens. Aged are 10-12 years. There are participated in obese, athletes, and general male childrens. We evaluated the underwater weighing body compositions, plasma triglyceride (TG), serum total cholesterol, high density lipoprotein (HDL) and low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels. in this study, the underwater weight and body density were highest in athlete group compared other groups. The percent body at was higher in obese children than other groups. Furthermore, plasma TG level was higher in obese children group than the other two groups. Serum TC, LDL-C concentration were higher in obese children group than the other two groups. Also, Serum HDL-C level was high in obese children group compared other two groups.
