        한우 및 재래산양 서비기관의 형태학적 연구

        Morphological features of the vomeronasal organ of both Korean native cattle and Korean native goat were studied by gross, microscopic and histochemical examinations. Anatomical characteristics of the vomeronasl organ were similar in both Korean native cattle and Korean native goats. The vomeronasal organ is a tubular structure situated bilaterally at the base of the nasal septum, and enclosed by hyaline cartilage. Its lumen is semilunar to crescent in transverse sections. It join with the incisive duct through narrow duct. The lumen of the vomeronasal organ is lined with sensory and respiratory epithelia. The distribution pattern of vomeronasal mucosal epithelia varied by the position. In the anterior portion joining with nasal cavity, the lumen is lined with only respiratory epitheliu. In the middle portion, sensory epithelium appeared on the medial side, and respiratory epithelium on the lateral side. In the posterior, it is lined with sensory epithelium on the ventral side and lined with respiratory epithelium on the dorsal side. The vomeronasal gland composed of mucous and serous acini are distributed in the lamina propria under the respiratory epithelium, where venous sinuses are also well developed.

        합성수지주입법(合成樹脂注入法)에 의(依)한 개 내장(內臟)의 준조대해부학적연구(準粗大解剖學的硏究) 제(第)2보(報) 간내(肝內) 문맥계(門脈系) 및 간정맥(肝靜脈) 분지(分枝)에 관(關)하여 (부(附) 신동맥(腎動脈) 및 신정맥(腎精脈) 신내분지(腎內分枝))

        Casting specimens of portal system and hepatic vein system in livers were made by injection of vinylite into the portal vein and postcava in 20 adult dogs. The author classificated the ramification of portal system and hepatic vein system. The results obtained were summerized as follows: 1. Portal system in livers were divided into left and right trunks. The left trunk subdivided into papillary process (caudate lobe,) left medial lobe, left lateral lobe, quadrate lobe and right medial lobe rami. The right trunk were subdivided into right lateral lobe and caudate proccss(caudate lobe.) 2. The lateral superior and medial inferior rami of portal system in left lateral lobe were subdivided 1 or 2 branches from left trunk. 3. The lateral superior ramus of portal system in left medial lobe did not appeared in 40% of the cases examined. 4. Portal system in quadrate lobe were subdivided 1-3 branches from left trunk, 5. Portol system in right medial lobe rami were relatively simple in ramification. 6. The lateral superior and medial inferior rami of portal system in right lateral lobe were subdivided 1 or 2 branches from right trunk. 7. Hepatic vein system of left lateral, left medial, quadrate and right medial lobe rami were originated from same ramus divided from the postcava in all cases. 8. Hepatic vein system of left and right rami in right medial lobe were divided from postcava.

        합성수지(合成樹脂) 주입법(注入法)에 의(依)한 돈폐(豚肺)의 기관지(氣管枝) 및 맥관계(脈管系) 분지(分枝)에 관한 연구(硏究)

        This study was conducted to observe the condition of the ramification of the bronchus and pulmonary blood vascular system by injection of vinylite into the bronchial tree and pulmonary blood vessels in normal adult swines. The results obtained were summarized as follows. 1. Lungs of swine were composed of the same pulmonary territories as in lungs of human and dog. 2. Bronchial tree of swine also were axial divergency in the patterns. 3. Ramification of the left and right apical lobes are especially complex patterns but cardiac and diaphragmatic lobes are a little monotonous. 4. Intermediate lobe corresponding to mediobasalis branch of human lungs formed only one lobe in swine lung. 5. Pulmonary artery of right apical lobe was mono branch form in all case by authors observation. 6. $B._2$ streched into the seg. dorsalis of the right apical lobe was especially developed compare to $B._1$, $B._3$ of the seg, apicalis and seg, ventralis.

      • 철분이 사료내의 Vitamin E와 유리 불포화 지방산 함량에 미치는 영향

        정상사료내의 지질에 철분이 어떤 영향을 미치는가를 알아보기 위하여 정상사료 (Common feed)와 물을 혼합한 비정상 사료내에 Vitamin E와 유리 불포화 지방산 함량을 측정한 결과 다음과 같은 성적을 얻었다. 1. 정상사료 (P<.05)와 비정상사료 ((P<.01)내의 Vitamin E 함량은 1.75㎎/g (실험 1일째) 로부터 0.25㎎/g (실험 11일째)로 지속적으로 감소되었다. 2. 정상사료내의 유리 불포화 지방산 함량은 23.8㎎/g (대조군)로부터 17.6㎎/g (20% 철분 혼합군)로 역시 지속적으로 감소되었다 (P<.01). 3. 비정상사료내의 유리 불포화 지방산 함량은 23.9㎎/g (대조군)로부터 17.4㎎/g (20% 철분 혼합군)로 지속적으로 감소되었다 (P<.01). 4. 정상사료내의 Vitamin E와 유리 불포화 지방산 함량은 비정상사료내의 함량보다 다소 높았으나 유의차는 인정되지 않았다. 5. 정상사료와 비정상사료내의 Vitamin E와 유리불포화 지방산에 있어서 날짜 경과별 및 철분 혼합 수준별 간의 상호작용이 인정되었다. In order to know the effects of iron the lipid characteristics in common feed, vitamin E and free unsaturated fatty acid concentrations were determined using feeds with (uncommon) and without (common) water added. The vitamin E concentrations in common feed(P<.05) and uncommon one (P<.01) showed statistically continuous decreasing figure from 1.75mg/g(1 day) to 0.25mg/g(11 days). The free unsaturated fatty acid concentrations in common feed showed also statistically continuous decreasing figure from 23.8mg/g(control group) to 17.6mg/g(20% ferrous sulfate group) (p<.01). On the mean time, quantitative values in uncommon feed have shown statistically continuous decreasing figure from 23.9mg/g(control group) to 17.4mg/g (20% ferrous sulfate group) (P<.01). The concentrations of vitamin E and free unsaturated fatty acid in common feed was higher than those in uncommon one, but significant difference was not recognized. The interactions between time lapse and ferrous sulfate were recognized in respect to the vitamin E and free unsaturated fatty acid in common and uncommon feed.

        Hyperimmunization with formalinized aluminagel-absorbed vaccine. Bl vaccine and Kyojungwon strain newcastle disease virus(Velogenic strain) were attempted and the evaluation was made of the protection against newcastle disease afforded chickens by inoculation of yolk containing high levels of antibody. The results were summarized as follows; 1. Egg yolk containing high levels of antibody was gotten from the laing hens which inoculated increasingly with the Kyojungwon strain neweastle disease virus one week intervals. 2. Hyperimmunization of the laing hens with the formalinized aluminagel-absorbed vaccine alone was failed to getting egg yolk containing high levels of antibody. 3. No different value of protection against newcastle disease afforded in chickens between the inoculation of egg yolk containing high levels of antibody treated with ether-alcohol, heat of 60℃ for 30 minuts or not treated. 4. Subcutaneous inoculation of egg yolk containing high levels of antibody was found to protect chickens against newcastle disease for about two weeks. 5. Twice inoculations subcutaneously of egg yolk containing high levels of antibody from 10 to 12 days intervals may protect chickens against newcastle disease for about one month after hatching.

        This study was conducted to observe the condition of the ramifications of the bronchus and pulmonary blood vascular system by injecting the vinylite into the bronchial tree and pulmonary blood vessels in 100 normal adult dogs. The results obtained were summarized as follows: 1. Lungs of dog were composed of the same pulmonary territories as in lungs of human. 2. Cardiac lobe corresponding to R.medio-bassalis of human lungs was well developed and situated as a independent cardiac lobe, in ventral side of right lung. 3. Bronchial tree were in the patterns of axial divergency and blood vascular systems were (in general) branched along the bronchial tree, arteries lying near the bronchial tree but veins apart from it. 4. Among the branching patterns of bronchus pulmonary artery and pulmonary vein in each lobe, the type presented most frequently were noted, which were designated basic type by the author. 5. Pulmonary blood vessels were not always branched in accordance with bronchial tree, diverged inmore complex patterns, especially in venous vascular system. 6. Ramus anterior (lobe apicalis) was always observed in all casting specimen. 7. There was a case of peculiar variation patterns of the ramification in the bronchi directing into the left apical and cardiac lobe, arose respectivelly, at independent origin of bifurcation in the left bronchial stem, and a case of peculiar variation pattern of the artery entering left apical lobe and cardiac lobe, had a same origin of the bifurcation at rami pulmonary artery, and then divided respectivelly into the rami medi artery and rami left apical lobe artery. 8. In the classification based on the patterns of bronchial and blood vasculor divergencys, there were a lot of significant combination cases in their patterns.

      • 合成樹脂 注入法에 依한 鷄肝內門脈 分枝에 關한 硏究

        Casting specimens of portal system in livers were made by injection of vinylite into the portal vein in 30 chicken. The author classificated the ramification of portal system, and the results obtained were summerized as follows; 1. Portal system in livers was divided into left and right trunks. The left trmk subdivided into left lobe, and right trunk subdivided into right lobe, which were subdivided in to superior, medial and inferior ramie respectively. 2. Subdivision types of superior, medial and inferior ramie in each lobe were classified into 4-5 types. 3. Thirty seven to forty three percent among subdivision types of superion medial and inferior ramie in each lobe were basic types. 4. one case among the cases examined was that medial and inferior ramie in left lobe were subdivied from the same left trunk.

      • 고령(경북도) 44호 45호 고분출토 고대조류 및 포유동물에 관한 형태학적 조사연구

        Investiation on the animal antiques which were excavated in the number 44 of ancient tomb at Jisandong Goryeong-myeon Goryeong-gun was carried out to reveal and classify the animal antiques. 1. Of total 65 antiques, chicken bones were 55 and horse teeth were 10. 2. Of 55 chicken bones. long bones were 44 (80%) and axial skeleton were 5 and flat bones were 6. Because of a corrosion of these bones, an identification of the various was pessible only to 38 cases of total 55 cases. 3. The excavated chicken bones were allowed to assume a present Korean native chicken-body in point of their shape and size. 4. 5 maxillary teeth and 5 mandibular teeth were allowed to assume a present Korean native horse-body in point of their shape and size.
