하상경사가 변화는 실험실 데이터를 이용한 Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning 의 유속공식과의 비교분석

현재까지 수리학 분야에서 가장 많이 회자되고 인용된 공식이 있다면 아마도 1890년에 발표한 Manning의 유속 공식이라고 해도 과언은 아닐 것이다. 그만큼 그 쓰임새가 많았을 뿐만 아니라 사용의 편리성과 정확도에서도 매우 우수하였기 때문일 것이다. 그러나, 아무리 우수한 공식이라도 약점이 있듯이, Manning의 유속공식 역시 조도계수n을 추정하는데 많은 어려움이 있는 것도 주지의 사실이다. 이러한 어려움을 극복하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 확률통계에서 사용되는 엔트로피 개념을 이용한 3차원 유속분포식인 Chiu의 유속공식을 사용하였다. 그러나 지금까지 실증적으로 Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning의 유속공식을 비교분석하였던 논문은 Chiu와 Choo의 논문에서 일부 언급된 것 외 논문에서는 찾아볼 수 없는 것이 현실이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 하상경사를 임의로 변경 가능한 실험수로를 선택하여 정밀법에 의한 유속측정을 우선 실시하였다. 같은 지점의 같은 단면에서 하상경사(Ө)가 0.000935부터 0.025794까지 28번의 경사변화를 주고 각 경사마다 유량을 측정하여 28개의 유량측정 데이터를, Chiu의 유속공식과 Manning의 유속공식에 각각 적용하여, Chiu의 M과 Manning의 n사이의 관계뿐만 아니라, 하상경사변화에 따른 관련인자들을 함께 분석하였으며, 실측된 평균유속과도 함께 분석하였다.

Objectives: The aim was to confirm the stem cell-like properties of the dental pulp stromal cells and to evaluate the morphologic changes during in vitro chondrogenesis. Materials and Methods: Stromal cells were outgrown from the dental pulp tissue of the premolars. Surface markers were investigated and cell proliferation rate was compared to other mesenchymal stem cells. Multipotency of the pulp cells was confirmed by inducing osteogenesis, adipogenesis and chondrogenesis. The morphologic changes in the chondrogenic pellet during the 21 day of induction were evaluated under light microscope and transmission electron microscope. TUNEL assay was used to evaluate apoptosis within the chondrogenic pellets. Results: Pulp cells were CD90, 105 positive and CD31, 34 negative. They showed similar proliferation rate to other stem cells. Pulp cells differentiated to osteogenic, adipogenic and chondrogenic tissues. During chondrogenesis, 3-dimensional pellet was created with multi-layers, hypertrophic chondrocyte-like cells and cartilage-like extracellular matrix. However, cell morphology became irregular and apoptotic cells were increased after 7 day of chondrogenic induction. Conclusions: Pulp cells indicated mesenchymal stem cell-like characteristics. During the in vitro chondrogenesis, cellular activity was superior during the earlier phase (within 7 day) of differentiation.

In this thesis, the comparative study on the political development of the philippines, malay and korea, centering on the problems of nation building and the national identity, is examined from various angles. When we study on the political development of korea historically, we can find out the national consciousness that has been flowing in the stream of Korean history continuously. The march l independence movement in 1919 was a fruit of sovereignty consciousness that had been growing on the basis of the national consciousness historically, That was the moment when Korea had a feeeling of national identity and national integration. That implied the national consciousness that had been growing over the long national history. After the liberation from Japan, Korea started the nation building and state building and gradually set up the modern state. The national integration and the participation consciousness had the long traditional basis in the stream of the single national consciousness on the background of the Korean political culture. That is the reason why korea has achieved the high degree of political development fantastically as nowadays. We can not find out the very specific factor, that can be seen in the Korean development, in the philippine political culture, which is highly individualistic, personal, private oriented, fatalistic with family ties, kinship ties and regionalistic feeling, nor in the malay political culture, which is based on the plural ethnic society.

패러디(Parody)를 활용한 광고 크리에이티브 전략

패러디는 우선 누구나 알고 있는 기존의 원작을 하나의 아이디어로 활용하는 일종의 모방형 창작이라고 할 수 있다. 패러디는 원작의 본질을 독특하게 재해석, 재구성하여 색다른 것으로 전이하는 일종의 '전후 의미관계의 전환(Trans-contextualizing) 이라는 과정을 거치게 된다. 패러디의 이러한 전후 의미관계 전환은 기존 작품의 구조와 내용을 절묘하게 차용하면서 새롭게 재생산하는 형태를 취하기도 하고, 캐릭터나 시츄에이션 등의 형식적 요소들을 원작의 형태와 유사하게 배치하면서 내용을 굴절시키는 방법을 취하기도 한다. 패러디는 원작에 대해 '차이를 가진 반복'의 개념으로 정의할 수 있으며, 이 때 그 차이는 비평적 거리, 즉 누구나 원작을 연상할 수는 있지만 구조와 의미의 굴절을 통해 새로운 의미를 부여하는 아이러니에 의해 표현된다. 따라서 패러디는 형식의 유사성보다 내용의 상이성을 강조하게 된다. 그 시대의 대중이 가장 자연스럽게 수용할 수 있는 문화에 동승함과 동시에 다양한 문화적 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 패러디 기법은 짧은 시간 내에 많은 메시지를 함축적으로 단순화하여 전달해야 하는 광고 크리에이티브에 있어 가장 효과적인 커뮤니케이션 방법 중의 하나라고 할 수 있다. 반어적인 아이러니와 위트, 풍자를 활용하는 패러디 기법은 엔터레인먼트적인 정보전달에 있어 또 하나의 새로운 영역을 구축함은 물론 크리에이터와 소비자간에 새로운 기호 해독의 공유라는 공감대를 통해 커뮤니케이션의 활력소로 작용하고 있다. 그러나 이러한 패러디는 이미 기정화되고 정형화된 예술작품을 각색하거나 차용하여 표현하기 때문에 목적에 위배되거나 비합리적으로 소구될 때 모방과 표절로서 오인 받는 결과를 초래하게 되며, 이로 인해 비난의 대상이 되기도 한다. 패러디는 기호 부여자와 해독자간의 긴밀한 유대관계가 전제되어야 하며, 이 유대관계는 사회문화적인 영향과 배경을 매개로 형성된다. 이는 패러디의 기능에 있어 가장 중요한 요소이자 패러디의 가치를 새롭게 인식시키는 출발점이다. 패러디는 오리지널 작품이 갖고 있는 내적긴장을 더욱 확대하여 드라마틱하게 전달해야 하며, 당대의 수용자들이 정서적으로 반응하는 양태를 정확하게 분석한 결과물이어야 한다. 그렇게 할 때 그 창조적인 방안은 비로소 패러디의 진정한 의의를 갖게 되며, 대중에게 커다란 공감대를 형성함은 물론 디자인적 가치를 새롭게 향상시킬 수 있기 때문이다.

The purpose of this paper is to consider a properiety of the welfare policy for the working families as a positive redistribution policy in Korea. A redistribution function in capitalistic economy is the major part of government function because of the capitalistic economy has not an ability to correct the inequality automatically. Recently an income redistribution policy is emphasized by the working families in Korea. The reason is that the wages of the working families was raised in the last several years but they feel that they are low their real income and econnomic status rather than before on account of a speculation in real estate. So they demand intensively not only a raise in wages but an increase of welfare benefits for the real income rise. From this viewpoint, we can estimate that an expanison policy of working families welfare like 'the working families housing policy' is effective. Now an improvement of income distribution is not a bottleneck of growth but a precondition for growth in korea economy. It is important that we realize that the stabilization of prices and the eradication of speculation in real estate is the efficient redistribution policy.

The purpose of this paper is to consider a propriety of the negative income tax(NIT) as a positive redistribution policy in korea. NIT as a kind of welfare tax system that combines a social security with tax system is the plan that subsidizes a low income group below the tax exemption limit. And because that NIT can indude all the law income group below the exemption limit and secure a finance resources stably and raise the level of income guarantee and self-support by producing incentive of labor supply, we are able to say that NIT is superior to the existing transfer system. Also in considering that Korea economy have to improve a regressivity of tax burden and a distortion of income distribution, NIT is suitable as a positive redistribution policy. Therefore an introduction of NIT have to be considered positively as an income redistribution mechnism.
