      • 蛋白質 水準과 窒泰供給源이 反芻胃微生物 蛋白質 合成과 Starch 및 Cellulose 利用性에 미치는 영향

        This experiments were conducted to study the effect of sources and levers of protein on the rumen microbial growth and energy utilization by washed cell suspension of rumen microbes. Protein sources were 100% casein.N,100% urea-N and casein-N .urea-N (25 : 75) and protein levels were 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17% of energy sources in a dry matter basis. Source of energy was starch+cellulose(50 : 50). The results obtained were as follows ; 1. NH3-N concentration(mg/100ml), under the casein, was the highest of 1.95 at 11% protein level, and ammonia concentration was increased by increasing crude protein level in urea and casein + urea, proportionally (urea, 6.50-18.25, casein+urea, 5.80-13.50)(P <0.01). 2. Starch utilization(mg/100ml) in the casein + urea was higher 24.73% than casein and 42.51% than urea (P <0.01). Cellulose utilization(mg/100ml) in the casein+urea was higher 63.84% than urea and 66.01% than casein(P <0.01). 3. Microbial protein synthesis(mg/100ml) was the highest in the casein+ urea and increased as increasing protein level in the incubation medium as 26.25, 33.90, 33.45, 41.10, 51.70, 89.99 and 99.25mg at 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15 and 17% protein levels, respectively.

        Ternary miscibility gap of the Pb-Cu-S system is important to smelting of lead and copper, but we can not find experimental determination of this system. Ternary miscibility gap of the Pb-Cu-S sytem was experimentally determined at 1250℃. Isoactivities tie line of lead, copper and sulfer in this ternary miscibility gap of the Pb-Cu-S system was determined.

        The purpose of this study was to grasp the relationship between of leisure of leisure activity and leisure satisfaction of the workers. more details, The issues of this research was to hold the relationship between styles of activities which are composed of sport, hobby, sight seeing, travelling, listening, social, educational activities and leisure satisfaction being organized of psychological, educational, social, physiological, relaxational, and environmental satisfaction. Subjects of this study were sampled 412 workers. Statistics employed in this research were analysis of covariance(ANCOVA) and multiple classification analysis(MCA). Based on the procedures and results, the following conclusions were warranted. First, the styles of leisure activity of the citizens in Kyongju were influenced on the social leisure satisfaction, and the social leisure satisfaction was differed from according to styles of leisure activities of the citizens in Kyongju. and then it was revealed high on sports activity. Second, 송 styles of leisure activity of the citizens in Kyongju were influenced on the physical leisure satisfaction, and the physical leisure satisfaction was differed from according to styles of leisure activities of the citizens in Kyongju. and then it was revealed high on social intercourse activity. Third, the styles of leisure activity of the citizens in Kyongju were influenced on the psychological leisure satisfaction, and the psychological leisure satisfaction was differed from according to styles of leisure activities of the citizens in Kyongju. and then it was revealed high on sports activity. Forth, the styles of leisure activity of the citizens in Kyongju were influenced on 송 educational leisure satisfaction, and the leisure satisfaction was differed from according to styles of leisure activities of the citizens in Kyongju and then it was revealed high on sights seeing activity. Fifth, the styles of leisure activity of the citizens in Kyongju were influenced on the relaxational leisure satisfaction, and the relaxational leisure satisfaction was differed from according to styles of leisure activities of the citizens in Kyongju and then it was revealed high on sports activity. Sixth, the styles of leisure activity of the citizens in Lyongju were influenced on the environmental leisure satisfaction, and the environmental leisure satisfaction was differed from according to styles of leisure activities of the citizens in Kyongju and then it was revealed high on sports activity.

        This experiment was conducted to examine the effect of copper sulfate, nitrovin and virginiamycin in grower-finisher ration on the pig performance of body weight gain and feed conversion. These antimicrobial agent of copper sulfate, nitrovin and virginiamycin in grower and finisher diets were added 175ppm, 20ppm and 20ppm, respectively. Pigs fed rations containing nitrovin(837gram) of average daily body weight gain were more efficient than those of copper sulfate(815gram) and virginiamycin(804gram), but rations added nitrovin(2.90) was not improved than those of copper sulfate (2.77) and virginiamycin(2.79) in feed conversion(P<0.05).

        Hop2 and Sae3 Are Required for Dmc1-Mediated Double-Strand Break Repair via Homolog Bias during Meiosis

        During meiosis, exchange of DNA segments occurs between paired homologous chromosomes in order to produce recombinant chromosomes, helping to increase genetic diversity within a species. This genetic exchange process is tightly controlled by the eukaryotic RecA homologs Rad51 and Dmc1, which are involved in strand exchange of meiotic recombination, with Rad51 participating specifically in mitotic recombination. Meiotic recombination requires an interaction between homologous chromosomes to repair programmed double-strand breaks (DSBs). In this study, we investigated the budding yeast meiosis-specific proteins Hop2 and Sae3, which function in the Dmc1-dependent pathway. This pathway mediates the homology searching and strand invasion processes. Mek1 kinase participates in switching meiotic recombination from sister bias to homolog bias after DSB formation. In the absence of Hop2 and Sae3, DSBs were produced normally, but showed defects in the DSB-to-single-end invasion transition mediated by Dmc1 and auxiliary factors, and mutant strains failed to complete proper chromosome segregation. However, in the absence of Mek1 kinase activity, Rad51-dependent recombination progressed via sister bias in the $hop2{\Delta}$ or $sae3{\Delta}$ mutants, even in the presence of Dmc1. Thus, Hop2 and Sae3 actively modulate Dmc1-dependent recombination, effectively progressing homolog bias, a process requiring Mek1 kinase activation.

        FATOU THEOREM AND EMBEDDING THEOREMS FOR THE MEAN LIPSCHITZ FUNCTIONS ON THE UNIT BALL

        We investigate the boundary values of the holomorphic mean Lipschitz function. In fact, we prove that the admissible limit exists at every boundary point of the unit ball for the holomorphic mean Lipschitz functions under some assumptions on the Lipschitz order. Moreover, we get embedding theorems of holomorphic mean Lipschitz spaces into Hardy spaces or into the Bloch space on the unit ball in $\mathbb{C}_n$.

        Assessment of Soil Compaction Related to the Bulk Density with Land use Types on Arable Land

        Soil compaction is affected by soil texture, organic matter (OM), strength (ST) and soil moisture, which is difficult to understand the degree and effects of related factors. The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of them on the compaction with bulk density (BD). The analysis was conducted with data collected from national-wide monitoring sites including 105 upland soils, 246 orchard soils, and 408 paddy soils between 2009 and 2012. The distributions of soil physical properties were measured. The correlation and multi linear regression analysis were performed between soil physical properties using SAS. The regression equation of BD(y) includes ST, gravitational water contents (GWC), and OM as variables commonly, having additional factors, clay content and sand content in paddy soil and upland soil for only subsoil (p<0.001). Our results show that the BD could be explained about 40~50% by various physical properties. The regression was mainly determined by ST in orchard and upland soil and by the GWC in paddy soil. To mitigate soil compaction, it is important to maintain the proper level of OM in upland soil and to consider the moisture condition with soil texture in paddy soil when making work plan. Furthermore, it would be recommended the management criteria classified by soil texture for the paddy soils.

        TOEPLITZ OPERATORS ON GENERALIZED FOCK SPACES

        We study Toeplitz operators $T_{\nu}$ on generalized Fock spaces $F^2_{\phi}$ with a locally finite positive Borel measures ${\nu}$ as symbols. We characterize operator-theoretic properties (boundedness and compactness) of $T_{\nu}$ in terms of the Fock-Carleson measure and the Berezin transform ${\tilde{\nu}}$.
