      • Flangeless Esser PET Phantom 영상 자동 분석 프로그램의 유용성 평가

        Purpose: ACR (American College of Radiology) offers variable parameters to PET/CT quality control by using ACR Phantom. ACR Phantom was made to evaluate parameters which are uniformity, attenuation, scatter, contrast and resolution. Manual analysis method wasn't good for the use of QC because values of parameter were changed as it may user and it takes long time to analysis. Ki-Chun Lim, a nuclear scientist in AMC, developed program that automatically analysis values of parameter by using ACR Phantom to overcome above problems. In this study, we evaluated automatic analysis program's usability, through the comparing SUV of each method, reproducibility of SUV when repeated analysis and the time required. Materials and Methods: Using Flangeless Esser PET Phantom, the ideal ratio of 4 : 1 hot cylinder and BKG but it actually showed a ratio of 3.89 to 1 hot cylinder and BKG. SIEMENS Biograph True Point 40 was used in this study. We obtained images using ACR phantom at Fusion WB PET Scan condition (2 min/bed) and 120 kV, 100 mAs CT condition. Using True X method, 3 iterations, 14 subsets, Gaussian filter, FWHM 4 mm and Zoom Factor 1.0, $168{\times}168$ image size. We obtained Max. & Min. SUV and SUV Mean values at Cylinder (8, 12, 16, 25 mm, Air, Bone, Water, BKG) by automatic program and obtained SUV by manual method. After that, we compared manual and automatic method. we estimate the time required from opened the image data to final work sheet was completed. Results: Automatic program always showed same result and same the time required. At 8, 12, 16 and 25 m cylinder, manual method showed 6.69, 3.46, 2.59, 1.24 CV values. The larger cylinder size became, the smaller CV became. In manual method, bone, air, water's CV were over 9.9 except BKG (2.32). Obtained CV of Mean SUV showed BKG was low (0.85) and bone was high (7.52). The time required was 45 second, 882 second respectably. Conclusions: As a result of difference automatic method and manual method, automatic method showed always same result, manual method showed that the smaller hot cylinders became, the lager CV became. Hot cylinders mean region size, the smaller hot cylinder size becomes we had some trouble in doing ROI poison setting. And it means increase in variation of SUV. The Study showed the time required of automatic method was shorten then manual method.

      • Jogging 및 Rope Skipping 운동이 여고생의 심폐 지구력에 미치는 영향

        This paper attempted to compare and analyze two groups-a comparison group and an experimental group, which are considered to improve the cardio-respiratory and aerobic exercise through the jogging and the rope-shipping. It also tried to find out how often and differently such exercises can affect the circulatory-respiratory abilities at the beginning or the finishing stage of a eight-week exercising period. For its convenience, twenty-four students from H Girls' High School were chosen. They were divided into two groups such as an experimental and a comparison group.(experimental group: eight students for jogging, and rope-skipping respectively. Comparison group : eight students). Using 'Tread Mill', the result was analyzed and some conclusions were made as follows ; 1.As for the variations concerning the aerobic cardio-respiratory, three groups showed expected difference(5%) as shown in table 4 statistically, when the average of pulse rate, maximum pulse rate, normal quantity of intaken oxygen and, maximum quantity of intaken oxygen, maximum carbon dioxide, and the hour of labor were sampled and analyzed, while the three groups showed little difference in the quantity of the breath ventilation, the quantity of the carbon dioxide, when they were relaxed. 2.As for the non-aerobic reverse value, the three groups showed the expected difference as shown in the table 5. But they showed no oxygen and the absolute value of breath-ventilation. 3.As for the pulse change at the time of restoration, there was a five-percent difference as shown in table 6, when the result of the estimate were sampled and analyzed directly after two minutes' exercise in jogging group-comparison group and rope-skipping group, comparison group, while there was little difference between the tow experimental groups, such as the jogging groups and rope-skipping groups. 4.As for the change of the lactic acid density concerning jogging and, rope-skipping, in comparison group, there appeared to be five percent difference as shown in table 7, when the average pulse rates among the three groups were estimated, whereas there was little difference between the jogging group and rope-skipping group directly before or after the given exercise.

Additionally the library of Chonbuk national university is presented in detail. Finally we discuss how digital library can be used in the educational field.

      • FEM에 의한 차체구조용 단일모자형 단면부재의 축압궤특성에 관한 연구

        차체전면부 사이드부재는 점용접에 의해서 이루어진 모자형 단면형상을 갖는 강도부재로써, 차량의 전면충돌에 있어서 중요한 역할을 한다. 전면충돌에 있어서 차량의 전면부에서 충분한 에너지를 흡수한다면, 승차자에게 가해지는 충격에너지를 경감시킬 수 있다. 따라서, 이러한 강도부재는 충분한 강성을 가져야 하지만, 적절한 압궤 또한 이루어져야 한다. 본 연구에서는 단일모자형 단면부재에 대하여 플랜지부 점용접 간격을 변화시켜 준정적(0.017m/sec) 및 충격합궤(7.19m.sec, 1034J)하에서 압궤특성을 해석하고자 유한요소 프로그램인 LS-DYNA3D을 이용하여 준정적 및 충격압궤 시뮬레이션을 행하였다. 시뮬레이션은 압궤실험 결과와 비교함으로서 시뮬레이션의 타당성을 학인하였다. The hat shaped section members of vehicles compose the base frame which plays an important role in a front-end collision. It consists of the hat shaped section members with spot welds. In front-end collision, the impact energy for the passengers will be decreased as the front parts of vehicles has sufficiently absorbed energy. And then, this structures have not to be very stiff but collapse progressively to absorb the kinetic energy as expected. In this study. LS-DYNA3D has been used for analyzing collapse characteristics on hat shaped section members with respect to spot weld pitches under quasi-static(0.017m/sec) and impact load(7.19m/sec. 1034J). By comparing the results from simulation and the experimental results. the utilization fo simulation has been certified.

      • 籠球競技의 Position別 Shoot實態 分析 : 高等部와 大學部를 中心으로 Chiefly on the Basketball games of High School team and College team

        The investigation and analysis of ideal shooting angle, region and form in the basketball games of high school and college team, shows the following result. 1. The success of field throw in Angle and Region according to each position; The success of field throw in a angle according to each position made no difference in angle "A", "B" and "C" with High School team as well as with College team, except that, as for center position, it marked 45.9% at angle "A" and 21.3% angle "C". From the regional standpoint, as for the position of the high school team, it marked 70% in the inner field(restricted area), 30% in the outer field at angle "C", and 71.79% in the inner field, 28.21% in the outer field at angle "B". As for Guard position it made no. difference between inner and outer field in the high school team, but in the college team it marked 85.96% in the inner field, 14.04% in the outer field at angle "C". As for center position, the frequency of success in field throw was higher in the inner field than in the outer field except the case of field throw at angle "C" in the college team. As a result, the frequency of success in field throw makes no difference in angle, but from the regional standpoint, it is higher in the restricted area. 2. Field throw Form according to each position; Both in high school and in college team, Jumpshoot is the main form of making goals and the frequency of success marked 66.23% in Forward positions 69.68% in Guard position and 71.28% in Center position. But ifs particular that the player in Forward or Guard position made goals by means of Lay up shoot as his secondary form of shooting; the player in Center position by means of pivot or turn shoot. The frequency of success as a secondary form of shooting marked 14.29% in Forward position, 16.29% in Guard position and 20.21% in Center position. 3. The Frequency of Success in field throw according to each position; Both in high school and in college team, the success in field throw rates the highest in Forward position, the higher in Guard, and the lowest in Center. But in high school team, the success frequency in Guard position, which is similiar to that in Forward position, is higher and in college team it is lower as in the case of Center position. As a conclusion it is supposed that we should develop the technique of shooting, the last goal of basketball game, with reference to the result mentioned above.

      • 냉동ㆍ공조 장치에서 R-22와 자연냉매 R-290의 열전달과 사이클 특성

        A basic heat pump system was designed and manufactured, in which a pair of bare tube was constructed as main heat exchanger. New natural refrigerants R-290 and HCFC refrigerant R-22 were used. In this paper, cycle characteristics of global heat pump, evaporation and condensation heat transfer characteristics were studied and a basic data base for the optimum design of refrigeration and air-conditioning systems was obtained. On the condensing and evaporating heat transfer characteristics, the average heat transfer coefficient was obtained the higher value in R-290 than R-22 refrigerant. Characteristics of heat pump cycle were researched based on the compressor shaft power, cooling capacity and coefficient of performance. From these results, the heat pump cycle characteristics were more affected from the refrigerant properties and operating conditions. Considering the results, R-290 refrigerant has a sufficient ability to substitute R-22 due to its higher performance.

      • 셀룰로오스 섬유를 혼입한 고성능 콘크리트의 폭열방지 특성

        This paper is to investigate the spalling resistance of high performance concrete with the contents of cellulose fiber. According to test results, the use of CL lead to decrease in fluidity. For compressive strength, the use of CL had no influence on compressive strength. For spalling properties, plain concrete showed a severe spalling failure. The use of CL protected from spalling of concrete, but most specimens had scale failure and partial destruction of specimens. This is due to the insufficient fiber length and diameter of CL fiber, which was unable to discharging the internal vapour pressure. For this reason, CL fiber can not be used to protect from spalling oh high performance concrete. Residual strength was observed to 5~7% of original strength, RC column after fire test showed 20% in plain concrete, 25% in CL fiber concrete.
