The literature arrangement of Liu Xiang and his son Liu Xin was meaningful for integrating the knowledge system and documents of the pre-Qin period, and it also had more conscious value pursuit for the governance of the Han Dynasty. The work of Liu Xiang and Liu Xin was based on the experience of integration of the academic in the Warring States period and the distinction pattern of collecting books in and out of Western Han’s palace. Therefore, its objective was to set up the authority of collecting literature in palace, furthermore, to control over the right of the academic interpretation and unify the academic inside and outside the palace, so as to establish ‘xin wang guan xue’ of the Han Dynasty palace that was ‘the academic inside the palace coordinating with the outside’.
Synthesis and Antibacterial Activities of New S-glycosides Bearing 1,2,4-Triazole

5-Aryl-3-($\beta$-D-glucopyranosylthio)-1,2,4-triazole 화합물들을 합성하였으며, 합성한 화합물들에 대한 항균활성시험을 수행하였다. Several new 5-aryl-3-($\beta$-D-glucopyranosylthio)-1,2,4-triazoles have been synthesized. The structures of these new compounds were confirmed by $^1H$ NMR, $^{13}C$ NMR and elemental analyses.The antibacterial activities of the compounds were also evaluated.

A novel robust H∞ switching tracking control design method with disturbance observer is proposed for the near space interceptor (NSI) with aerodynamic fins and reaction jets. Initially, the flight envelop of the NSI is divided into small subregions, and a slow-fast loop polytopic linear parameter varying (LPV) model is proposed, to approximate the nonlinear dynamic of the NSI, based on the Jacobian linearization and Tensor-Product (T-P) model transformation approach. A disturbance observer is then constructed, to estimate the modeled disturbance. Subsequently, based on the descriptor system method, a robust switching controller is developed, to ensure that the closed-loop descriptor system is stable with a desired H∞ disturbance attenuation level. Furthermore, the outcome of the proposed switching tracking control problem is formulated as a set of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). Finally, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed design method.

This paper proposes a novel guidance law based on the block backstepping sliding mode control and extended state observer (ESO), which also takes into account the autopilot dynamic characteristics of the near space interceptor (NSI), and the impact angle constraint of attacking the maneuvering target . Based on the backstepping control approach, the target maneuvers and the parameter uncertainties of the autopilot are regarded as disturbances of the outer loop and inner loop, respectively. Then, the ESO is constructed to estimate the target acceleration and the inner loop disturbance, and the block backstepping sliding model guidance law is employed, based on the estimated disturbance value. Furthermore, in order to avoid the “explosion of complexity” problem, first-order low-pass filters are also introduced, to obtain differentiations of the virtual control variables. The stability of the closed-loop guidance system is also proven, based on the Lyapunov theory. Finally, simulation results demonstrate that the proposed guidance law can not only overcome the influence of the autopilot dynamic delay and target maneuvers, but also obtain a small miss distance.
Cooperative Guidance Law for Multiple Near Space Interceptors with Impact Time Control

We propose a novel cooperative guidance law design method based on the finite time disturbance observer (FTDO) for multiple near space interceptors (NSIs) with impact time control. Initially, we construct a cooperative guidance model with head pursuit, and employ the FTDO to estimate the system disturbance caused by target maneuvering. We subsequently separate the cooperative guidance process into two stages, and develop the normal acceleration command based on the super-twisting algorithm (STA) and disturbance estimated value, to ensure the convergence of the relative distance. Then, we also design the acceleration command along the line-of-sight (LOS), based on the nonsingular fast terminal sliding mode (NFTSM) control, to ensure that all the NSIs simultaneously hit the target. Furthermore, we prove the stability of the closedloop guidance system, based on the Lyapunov theory. Finally, our simulation results of a three-to-one interception scenario show that the proposed cooperative guidance scheme makes all the NSIs hit the target at the same time.
The RTEL1 rs6010620 Polymorphism and Glioma Risk: a Meta-analysis Based on 12 Case-control Studies

Background: The association between the RTEL1 rs6010620 single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) and glioma risk has been extensively studied. However, the results remain inconclusive. To further examine this association, we performed a meta-analysis. Materials and Methods: A computerized search of the PubMed and Embase databases for publications regarding the RTEL1 rs6010620 polymorphism and glioma cancer risk was performed. Genotype data were analyzed in a meta-analysis. Odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) were estimated to assess the association. Sensitivity analyses, tests of heterogeneity, cumulative meta-analyses, and assessments of bias were performed in our meta-analysis. Results: Our meta-analysis confirmed that risk with allele A is lower than with allele G for glioma. The A allele of rs6010620 in RTEL1 decreased the risk of developing glioma in the 12 case-control studies for all genetic models: the allele model (OR=0.752, 95%CI: 0.715-0.792), the dominant model (OR=0.729, 95%CI: 0.685-0.776), the recessive model (OR=0.647, 95%CI: 0.569-0.734), the homozygote comparison (OR=0.528, 95%CI: 0.456-0.612), and the heterozygote comparison (OR=0.761, 95%CI: 0.713-0.812). Conclusions: In all genetic models, the association between the RTEL1 rs6010620 polymorphism and glioma risk was significant. This meta-analysis suggests that the RTEL1 rs6010620 polymorphism may be a risk factor for glioma. Further functional studies evaluating this polymorphism and glioma risk are warranted.

In this study we investigated the effect of lactic acid bacteria (LAB) fermentation on the ingredients and anti-oxidant activity of Withania somnifera extract. Four strains of LAB could proliferate normally in medium containing W. somnifera extract after the pH reached 3.1~3.5. LAB fermentation increased the content of alcohols and ketones, endowing the extract with the characteristic aroma of fermentation. Compared to the control, the DPPH and ABTS free radical scavenging rates in the fermented samples were significantly improved, ranging from 48.5% to 59.6% and 1.2% to 6.4%. The content of total phenols was significantly increased by 36.1% during the fermentation of mixed bacteria. Moreover, the original composition spectrum of the extract was significantly changed while the differentially accumulated metabolites (DAMs) were closely related to bile secretion, tryptophan metabolism and purine metabolism. Therefore, LAB fermentation can be used as a promising way to improve the flavor and bioactivity of the extracts of W. somnifera, making the ferments more attractive for use as functional food.
