      • 저주파음에 의한 자리돔, Chromis notatus의 청각 능력 : 청각 문턱치

        In order to obtain the fundamenal data about method of luring fish schools by underwater sound, this experiment was carried out to investigte the auditory threshold of coralfish Chromis notatus which was on the coast of Jeju island by heartbeat conditioning technique using pure tones coupled with a delayed electric shock. The coralfish could hear a sound in the frequency range from 80 ㎐ to 800 ㎐. The mean auditory thresholds of coralfish at the frequencies of 80 ㎐, 100 ㎐, 200 ㎐, 300 ㎐, 500 ㎐ and 800 ㎐ were 100 ㏈, 99 ㏈, 91 ㏈, 88 ㏈, 96 ㏈ and 114 ㏈, respectively. As the frequency became higher than 300 Hz the auditory threshold increased rapidly.

      • 제주도 연안 초망 어선의 소음에 관한 연구

        제주도 연안에서 이루어지는 초망 어업에서 수중음을 이용하여 멸치 어군을 유효하게 집어하기 위한 기초 자료를 얻기 위하여 어선의 주기관을 공회전시켰을 때의 선상과 어군이 유집되어 투망되는 수심 4m지점과 함께 수심 10m층의 수중 소음을 측정 조사하였다. 이때 사용한 선박의 공회전은 전진시의 800 rpm과 후진시의 1000 rpm으로 그 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 기관의 회전수 800 rpm에서 선수(B), 갑판(D), 선미(S), 연돌 위(F), 기관실 내(E)의 소음 준위는 각각 90, 93, 106, 107, 101 dB 이었으며, 기관 회전수 1,000 rpm에서의 소음 준위는 각각 93, 95, 110, 109, 103dB이었다. 2. 회전수를 800rpm으로 할 경우 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 Hz에서 선수의 소음 준위는 4m인 경우 각각 92, 95, 102, 97, 94, 92dB 이었으며, 수심 10m인 경우 87, 88, 99, 96, 94, 93 dB이었고, 선체 중앙에서는 4m인 경우 94, 91, 100, 96, 94, 92dB, 10m인 경우 93, 92, 99, 95, 93, 91dB이었다. 선미에서는 4m인 경우 98, 94, 100, 97, 94, 92 dB이었으며 10 m인 경우 92, 93, 99, 96, 93, 92 dB로 나타났다. 3. 후진시 사용하는 회전수 1000 rpm으로 할 경우 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, 2000 Hz에서 선수 소음 준위는 4m인 경우 각각 86, 91, 98, 95, 93, 92 dB로 나타났고, 10m인 경우 88, 87, 99, 96, 94, 92 dB로 나타났으며, 선미에서는 4m인 경우 88, 88, 99, 96, 93, 92 dB, 10m인 경우 88, 86, 99, 96, 94, 92 dB로 나타났다. In order to obtain a basic data for alluring a school of fish, anchovy with emitting underwater sound, an experimnet for measuring noise level was carried out on no-load operation of a engine. noise level was measured at the depths of four meters and ten meters and analyzed. Then, the revolution per minute of the ship used at this field experiment was 800 including 1000. The results were followed. 1. On 800 rpm, noise levels on board were 90, 93, 106, 107 and 101 dB in the order of bow, deck, stern, funnel, funnel and engine room. In addition, 93, 95, 110, 109 and 103 dB on 1000 rpm, respectively. 2. on 800 rpm, underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the bow were 92, 95, 102, 97, 94 and 92dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 87, 88, 99, 96, 94 and 93 dB. Underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters outside the engine room were 94, 91, 100, 96, 94 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 93, 92, 99, 95, 93 and 91 dB. Underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the stern were 98, 94, 100, 97, 94 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500, and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 92, 93, 99, 96, 93 and 92 dB. 3. On 1000 rpm, underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the bow were 86, 91, 98, 95, 93 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 88, 87, 99, 96, 94 and 92 dB. Underwater noise levels of the depth of four meters at the stern were 88, 88, 99, 96, 93 and 92 dB at the frequencies of 100, 300, 500, 1000, 1500 and 2000 Hz, respectively and those of the depth of ten meters were 88, 86, 99, 96, 94 and 92 dB.

      • The changed immunoreactivity of StarD6 after pilocarpine-induced epilepsy

        This study was designed whether StarD6 is also affected by neurodegenerative stimuli, as other START proteins may be one of the delivery proteins in cholesterol metabolism of neurosteroid synthesis. Increased immunoreactivity of StarD6 was observed in all zones of the hippocampus by the administration of pilocarpine (350 mg/kg, intraperitoneally). More intense StarD6 immunolocalization was seen in the strata radiatum and lacunosum-moleculare, particularly in CA1-2 areas until 12 h after pilocarpine-induced epilepsy. StarD6 protein level was transiently increased at 3 h after pilocarpine-treated rat hippocampus comparing with normal rat. This raises the possibility that StarD6 might have nuclear roles and contribute to subsequent formation of neuroprotective steroids after excitotoxic brain injury.

        논문 : 단상영역에서 압연된 API X80 라인파이프강의 인장 및 샤르피 충격 특성에 미치는 Mo, Cr, V의 영향

        This study is concerned with the effects of Mo, Cr, and V addition on tensile and Charpy impact properties of API X80 linepipe steels. Four kinds of steels were processed by varying Mo, Cr, and V additions, and their microstructures and tensile and Charpy impact properties were investigated. Since the addition of Mo and V promoted to form fine acicular ferrite and granular bainite, while prohibiting the coarsening of granular bainite, it increased the strength and upper shelf energy, and decreased the energy transition temperature. The Cr addition promoted the formation of coarse granular bainite and secondary phases such as martensite-austenite constituents, thereby leading to the increased effective grain size, energy transition temperature, and strength and to the decreased upper shelf energy. The steel containing 0.3wt.% Mo and 0.06wt.% V without Cr had the highest upper shelf energy and the lowest energy transition temperature because its microstructure was composed of fine acicular ferrite and granular bainite, together with a small amount of hard secondary phases, while its tensile properties maintained excellent.

        국가건물에너지 통합DB의 데이터 신뢰성 검증 방법 개발 및 적용

        에너지성능이 우수하거나 열등한 건물을 규정하거나 건물 에너지사용량 감축 정책의 효과를 분석하는 등 건물 에너지의 효율적인 관리와 정책 수립을 목적으로, 국가 건물에너지 통합DB는 구축되었다. 통합DB를 이용한 분석의 결과가 신뢰성을 확보하고 정책 수립에 활용되기 위해서는 통합DB의 신뢰성 확보가 무엇보다도 중요하다. 이에, 본 연구에서는 정확성, 완전성, 유효성 측면에서 데이터의 신뢰성을 보여줄 수 있는 4단계의 데이터 검증방법을 제시하였다. 첫 번째, 두 번째 단계는 오차율을 바탕으로 수집 · 구축되는 데이터의 정확성을 검증한다. 세 번째 단계와 네 번째 단계는 각각 매칭률과 유효율을 바탕으로 구축된 데이터의 완전성과 유효성을 보여준다. 사례분석으로 2015년 1월 데이터를 제시한 검증방법에 적용하였다. 그 결과, 데이터의 수집 및 통합과정에서는 오류가 없었다(1, 2단계). 최종적으로 건물, 전기, 도시가스, 지역난방의 데이터 유효율은 각각 89.6%, 76.6%, 91.7%, 92.3%으로 산출되었다. 검증방법은 데이터의 신뢰성 확보를 위한 정보(오차율, 매칭률, 유효율)는 물론, 구축 및 분석 과정에 개선이 필요한 사항까지도 보여줄 수 있다. 본 연구에서 제시한 검증방법은 통합DB의 신뢰성 확보와 활용에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. The National Building Energy Integrated Database (NBEIDB) is used for determining buildings with high or low energy performance or analyzing the effectiveness of policies for reducing building energy consumption. To secure the reliability of analysis results based on NBEIDB and to use the results in policy making, it is very important to ensure data reliability in NBEIDB. This study presents a data validation method consisting of four steps. Steps 1-2 validate the accuracy of collected and integrated data, based on the error rate. Step 3 shows the completeness of data in NBEIDB in terms of matching rate. Finally, Step 4 shows data validity based on valid rate. As a result of case analysis using January 2015 data, there was no error found in the processes of data collection and integration (Steps 1 and 2). Finally, the valid rates for building, electricity, city gas, and district heating data were calculated as 89.6%, 76.6%, 91.7%, and 92.3%, respectively. The validation method can show not only information for ensuring data reliability (error rate, matching rate, and valid rate), but also improvements required to be made in the processes of data analysis and integration. It is expected that the method for validation proposed in this study will contribute to securing the reliability of NBEIDB and utilizing the integrated database.

        <P>Copper foils cold rolled up to 92% reduction exhibited a low intensity of the β-fiber texture and a high intensity of the cube and RD (rolling direction)-rotated cube components. After annealing, the recrystallization texture of the foils could be characterized by the mixture of the cube and the S components. An initial strong cube texture with a large grain size might remain a less developed rolling texture component, cube or RD-rotated cube, which would be the source of the S component in the recrystallization texture.</P>

      • 동맥경화 예방과 치료를 위한 연구시도: Nitric Oxide의 역활 -광 유도 nitric oxide(PIANO)의 혈관이완에 따른 cyclic GMP의 증가

        본 연구의 목적은 광 유도에 의한 nitric oxide (PIANO)유리가 혈관이완에 대해 cyclic GMP (cGMP)가 관여하는 지의 여부와 아울러 α-수용체를 통한 수축에 PIANO가 어떻게 작용하는 지를 파악하고자 하였다. In vitro 실험에서 흰쥐의 대동맥을 준 최고농도의 phenylephrine (PE)으로 수축시킨 후 nitric oxide 생성을 변화시키는 약물이나 광민감성 (photosensitizing) 약물에 대한 반응을 등장력 변화로 기록하였다. PIANO에 의한 혈관이완은 광노출 강도와 기간 및 광민감성 약물농도에 비례하여 증가하였고 cGMP의 증가를 수반하였다. PE에 의해 증대되는 phosphatidylinositide(PI) 전환은 PIANO에 의해 억제되었다. 이상의 결과는 cGMP의 증가로 인해 PIANO에 의한 혈관이완이 일어나며 α-아드레날성 수용체 자극에 의한 PI 전환의 억제현상은 cGMP 증가의 결과로 생각할 수 있다. 결론적으로 PIANO에 의한 혈관이완은 cGMP의 증가로 인함을 확인할 수 있었다. Our purpose was to know whether photo-induced adequate nitric oxide (PIANO)-mediated relaxation of rat aorta is involved in cyclic GMP increment as well as inhibition of phosphatidylinositide hydrolysis due to phenylephrine (PE). Isometric tension was measured in vitro in response to either agents that modulate NO production or release NO by photolysis of photosensitizing agents in rat aorta that had been contracted with PE submaximally. PIANO-mediated relaxation was accompanied by increment of cyclic GMP, which was dependent on the intensity and duration of light exposure and concentration of photosensitizers. Phosphatidylinositide (PI) turnover augmented by PE was significantly inhibited by PIANO. These findings indiate that cGMP increment is responsible for PIANO-mediated relaxation and which may account for the inhibition of PI turnover due to α-adrenergic receptor stimulation.
