This study deals with comprehensive landscape restoration and reorganization of Dagsil Village including physical and cultural resources. Restoration of physical environment, old roads, architecture, gardens, streams, sceneries and Feng-shui tails is planned and existing Village museum is to be relocated to outside of the Village. A Detour road and buffering woods are also planned. As supporting facilities, Confucian cultural exhibition hall, a house for tasting Korean traditional cakes and a village courtyard are to be built. Suggested cultural programs to facilitate development of folklore culture are as follows: learning Feng-shui and field survey, host families for experiencing energy, ceremony restoration and chances of education for garden culture and classics, and festival for Korean traditional cakes.
구상흑연 주철의 열처리 조건이 기계적 성질에 미치는 영향

Because the spheroidal graphite cast iron, the cast iron cristallized the graphite to sphericity during the solidification process after annexing Mg etc to the general grey cast iron furnace, the form of the graphite is more spheric than the grey cast iron, has the less notch effect, it is a very excellent metal material on the strength an toughness due to the decrease of the stress concentraion. Therefore, the case which uses it instead of forfing or case steel material used for the industrial machinery parts of various kinds and automobile parts is increasing gradually. The purpose of this study is to increase abration resistance after improving the hardness of the sphericity graphite cast iron used as the valve seat of air compressor. We obtained the following result through experiment on the change of structure and mechanical property according to the heat treat cycle. Because the abration resistance is closely related with the volume of martensite, the hardness and the aration resistence have improved and the structure of martensite has increased as the cooling rate is fast. Therefore, the best heat treatment which considers tensile strength and elongation percentage, the most suitable method, is that austempering is done the constant temperature process about 2 hours at 750℃ then the cooling is done in the condition of opened furnare after making the condition of austenitizing do the constant temperature process ofr 2 hours at 950℃.
Identification and interacting partners of OsGRP in rice during gamma-ray irradiation

Rice is one of the most important food crops in the world, and has been used as model monocots for genetic studies, because of its relatively small genome size. We have previously reported the different functions of several RING (Really Interesting New Gene) proteins to respond the various abiotic stresses. In order to study a regulation of RING proteins in rice under ionizing irradiation such as gamma ray (GA), we have identified the expression patterns of these genes by RT-PCR. We found Gamma-ray induced RING finger protein (OsGRP) gene, which were associated with cytosol by subcellular localization analysis. in vitro ubiquitination assay revealed that OsGRP possess E3 ligase activity. Also, we demonstrate that C196A point mutation in the RING finger domain of OsGRP can have a critical effect to the breakdown of structural integrity in RING constructs. To identify the interaction partners for OsGRP in protein-protein interactions, we found the seven genes interacted with OsGRP by Yeast Two Hybrid method. To examine the GA-influence of interaction partners by RT-PCR, two genes were specifically down-regulated in rice during GA treatment. These interaction partners were identified the reliable interactions and subcellular localizations via BiFC method. Interestingly, five genes associated with plastid, while two down-regulated genes associated with cytosol and plastid. These results of OsGRP based on genetic approach might provide a clue to understanding the GA responsive mechanism in rice.

3 차원 그래픽스의 조명 처리 단계에서는 전반사를 계산하기 위해 부동소수점 지수연산이 필요하다. 기존의 하드웨어에 의한 지수연산 처리는 상당한 하드웨어 비용과 계산량을 필요로함으로 이를 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 전용 유닛이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 역함수의 성질을 이용하여 로그연산 및 2 의 지수연산을 할 수 있는 로그 테이블을 설계하였으며, 이를 통해 부동소수점 지수연산을 처리할 수 있는 하드웨어 구조를 제안한다. 또한 특정 입력값에 대한 연산 결과의 정확도를 높이기 위해 작은 크기의 로그 테이블을 추가한 새로운 구조를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 구조는 기존 연구에서 요구되는 테이블 크기의 10%~21%만을 사용한다.
시설하우스 필름종류가 참외의 생육 및 수량에 미치는 영향

참외 재배시설의 광 환경 개선을 위하여 필름두께, 자외선 차단율, 적외선 흡수율이 다른 polyolefin계 필름 3종(J-1, J-2, J-3), polyethylene계 필름(K-1, K-2)과 농가에서 관행으로 사용하는 폴리에틸렌 필름(K-3)을 대조구로 시험한 결과, 보온성은 K-3처리구에 비하여 J-2 처리구에서 가장 높았고 J-3, J-1 순이었다. 초기생육, 암꽃 개화 및 수확소요일수는 재배지역과 품종에 따라 다소 차이는 있으나 K-3 처리구에 비하여 J-1, J-2, J-3 처리구에서 초기생육이 촉진되었고 첫 수확소요 일수도 10일 이상 단축되었다. 10a당 상품수량은 K-3 처리구의 991㎏에 비하여 J-1, J-2, J-3, K-1 및 K-2 처리구에서 각각 21%, 37%, 24%, 13%, 4% 증가하였다. 특히 J-1, J-2, J-3 및 K-1 처리구는 초기, 중기, 후기의 수량 비율이 각각 50%, 40%, 10%로 초기 및 중기의 수량이 많았다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 보온성이 강화된 polyolefin계 필름은 저온기 참외 시설재배 시 생육을 촉진시켜 수확소요 일수를 단축시키고 조기수량을 증가시키는 것으로 생각된다. This experiment was conducted to improve light environment of oriental melon cultivation in winter season. Three polyolefin (J-1, J-2 and J-3), two polyethylene (K-1 and K-2) films and K-3 commonly used in farmhouses, with different film thickness, ultraviolet ray interception and infrared ray absorption ratio were used. Heat conservation of J-2 was highest, compare to K-3, J-3 and J-1. Early growth of J-1, J-2 and J-3 were faster than K-3, and Days required to harvest of K-3 were shortened about 10 days. Marketable yield of K-3 was 991㎏ per 10a, those of J-1, J-2, J-3, K-1 and K-2 were increased 21%, 37%, 24%, 13% and 4% compare to K-3, respectively. Especially, harvesting of J-1, J-2, J-3 and K-1 were focused on early (50%) and middle stage (40%). Polyolefin with higher heat conservation improved growth and harvesting in early and shortened days to harvesting in winter season.
필름두께 및 적외선 흡수율 차이가 참외의 품질 및 수량에 미치는 영향

참외 재배시설의 광 환경 개선을 위하여 필름두께, 자외선 차단율, 적외선 흡수율이 다른 PO:계필름 3종 (J-I, J-2, J-3), PE 필름(K-I, K-2, K-3)을 비교하여 증가하였다. 참외를 재배한 결과는 다음과 같다. 재배지역과 품종에 따라 다소의 차이는 있으나 오복꿀참외의 경우, K-3의 당도는 14030Brix이고 J-3, J-2에서는 이보다 각각 1.3°Brix, 0.8°Brix 정도 높은 경향이었다. 과피의 색도(a 값)는 K-3의 0.5에 비하여 J-I3, J-2 J-1에서 각각 3.3, 2.3, 1.9 정도 더 높았다. 또한 J-I, J-2, J-3 처리구에서 발효과율 및 기형과율이 감소하였고 상품과율은 증가하였다. 10a당 상품수량은 K-3의 1,622㎏에 비하여 J-I, J-2, J-3에서 각각 31.2%, 23.8%, 18.5% 증가하였다. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 J-I, J-2, J-3 등의 polyolefin계 필름은 필름두께가 두껍고 적외선 흡수율이 높아 보온효과가 우수하였으며 이로 인하여 과실의 당도가 증가하고 색도가 우수한 것으로 생각된다. 또한 발효과 발생이 감소하고 상품과율이 증가하는 등 품질이 향상되었고 수량도 증가되었다. This study was conducted to improve light environment of oriental melon cultivation in winter season. Three polyolefin foreign films (J-l, J-2, J-3) and three polyethylene domestic films (K-l, K-2, K-3) with different film thickness, ultraviolet ray interception and infrared ray absorption were used. As the result of this experiment, soluble solid of oriental melon fruit in K-3 was 14.3°Brix, those in J-3 and J-2 were higher by 1.3 and 0.8°Brix,respectively. Chromaticity (a value) of pericarp in K-3 was 0.5, those in J-3, J-l and J-2 were higher by 3.3, 2.3 and 1.9, respectively. Especially, fermented and malformed fruit rates in J-l, J-2 and J-3 were decreased and marketable fruit rates were increased. Marketable yield in K-3 was 1,622 ㎏ per 10a, those in J-l, J-3 and J-2 were increased by 31.2%, 23.8% and 18.5% compare to K-3, respectively. In this study, Polyolefin films (J-1, J-2, J-3) with thickness and infrared ray absorption ratio keeping higher heat conservation, therefore, soluble solid and chromaticity of fruit were increased, fermented fruit rate was decreased, and marketable fruit rate and yield were increased.

Genetic variation of a dwarf stone pine(Pinus pumila Regel) population in Mt. Seorak, which is an unique and the southern peripheral population in South Korea, was investigated using allozyme markers at 15 loci in 50 individuals. The estimates of genetic variation were A=1.9, P_(95)=46.7%, H_o=0.138, and H_e=0.181. These values were somewhat different from those of other Korean native Pin us species, and much lower than those value analysed in Russian and Japanese populations of the same species. Of the nine polymorphic loci studied, a significant heterozygote deficiency was observed in three loci, AAT-2, GDH and MNR(p<0.05), and a relatively high level of inbreeding coefficient (F=0.205) was estimated within the study population. Possible explanations for these observations may be as follows; (1) several genetic patches might exist within the study population and inbreeding might be going on among genetically close individuals, (2) Wahlund effect might be resulted from sampling individuals from several sexually isolated genetic patches. Considering not only the relatively low level of genetic diversity, small population size, and geographic isolation from other populations, but man and/or wildlife-caused disturbances, it is necessary to provide suitable conservation methods for the study population immediately.
