글로벌 기업의 시장지향성과 기술지향성이기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향의 실증연구

This study is due to global competition, the wall between regions is disappearing, customer needs are diversified, and market and technology are rapidly changing. Future growth engines, the importance of convergence capabilities for industrial competitiveness is being emphasized more. Therefore, companies should seek innovative means to increase the efficiency of the company by establishing optimized global management environment and establishing direction and strategy for utilization of convergence technology by improving industrial competitiveness. Firms must adopt and utilize related new technologies by strengthening their convergence capabilities through dynamic capabilities that are internal resource bases for new product development and process innovation. Globalize markets and technologies can expect higher innovation performance when aligning strategic direction with formalized technology competencies held by the firm and incorporating the convergence capabilities needed for technological innovation into processes. The study focuses on the effects of market and technology orientation on technological innovation performance, whether dynamic and convergence capabilities affect technological innovation performance, and dynamic and convergence capabilities to mediate between market and technology orientation. For the study, we surveyed 51.4% of global and multinational corporations that are internationally active or headquartered overseas. Based on the previous studies, hypotheses were established and the collected data were analyzed through utilization path analysis and Sobel test. 본 연구는 글로벌 경쟁으로 인해 지역 간의 벽은 사라지고, 고객의 욕구는 다양해지면서 시장과 기술의 급격한 변화가 일어나고 있다. 이에 미래성장 동력의 창출과 산업 경쟁력 향상을위한 융합역량의 중요성은 점점 강조되어지고 있다. 기업들은 산업 경쟁력의 제고를 통하여최적화된 글로벌 경영의 환경을 조성하고, 융합기술 활용을 위한 방향성과 전략수립을 통하여 기업의 효율성을 높이기 위한 혁신 수단들을 모색하여야 한다. 기업은 신제품 개발과 프로세스 혁신을 위한 내부적 자원기반인 동적역량들을 통하여 융합역량을 강화해 관련 신기술들을 최대한 수용하고 활용해야만 한다. 글로벌화된 시장과 기술에 대해서는 전략적 방향을 기업의 정형화된 기술역량에 맞추고, 프로세스에는 기술혁신에 필요한 융합역량을 반영할 때보다 높은 혁신성과를 기대할 수 있다. 시장과 기술지향성이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향과동적역량과 융합역량이 기술혁신성과에 어떤 영향을 미치는지와 동적역량과 융합역량이 시장과 기술지향성과 간의 매개역할을 복합·통합적으로 실증하는 것에 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 글로벌 및 다국적 기업으로 국제적 기업 활동 중 이거나 해외 지역에 본사를 두고 있는 기업들(51.4%)을 대상으로 설문을 실시하여 선행연구들을 바탕으로 가설을 수립하고 수집된데이터를 활용 경로분석과 소벨 테스트 등을 통해 실증·분석을 실시하였다.

전략지향성이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향 : 융합역량의 매개효과를 중심으로

This study aims to analyze how the impact with the market orientation and technology orientation, as well as convergence capabilities to the technology innovation performances. In addition, this study focused on complex-empirical analysis on convergence performances whether it acts as an intermediary in the market orientation and technology orientation. For that, we conducted a survey of domestic manufacturers. And we framed a hypothesis on the basis of previous research and conducted empirical analysis by using collected data. According to the results of empirical analysis, firstly, the market and technology orientation had a positive (+) impact on the convergence capabilities. Secondly, the convergence capabilities had a positive (+) impact on the technology innovation performance. As well as this, the convergence capabilities were found to mediate the relationship between market orientation, technology orientation and innovation performance. Therefore, enterprises which have strategic direction and culture must close the formal technical competence for the market and technology. The process should be able to generate higher innovation performance by reflecting the convergence technology for innovations in techniques. 본 연구는 전략지향성인 시장지향성과 기술지향성이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향과 융합역량이 기술혁신성과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지에 대하여 분석하였다. 또한 융합역량이 시장지향성과 기술지향성 간의 매개역할을 수행하는지에 대해서 복합적으로 실증분석 하는 것에 연구의 초점을 맞추었다. 이를 위해 국내 제조 기업들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시해 선행연구를 바탕으로 가설을 설정하고 수집된 데이터를 활용해 경로분석과 소벨테스트를 실시하였다. 실증분석 결과 시장지향성과 기술지향성은 융합역량에 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 융합역량은 기술혁신성과에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 융합역량이 시장지향성, 기술지향성과 기술혁신성과 간의 관계를 매개하고 있다. 이는 시장과 기술에 대해서 전략적 방향과 문화를 기업이 보유한 정형화된 기술역량에 맞추고 프로세스에는 기술의 혁신을 위해 융합기술을 반영하여 보다 높은 기술혁신성과를 창출할 수 있다는 것을 의미한다.

In this research, we propose a dynamic approach to Quality Function Deployment(QFD) to improve customer satisfaction. the proposed approach is to capture the changing voice of the customer(VOC) and to incorporate it into value chain process. To do so, we employ feedback loop concept to dynamically update the process. and the product parameters based on the changing nature of customer attributes over the product life cycle. Thus, the approach makes it possible to update customer requirements data and to provide dynamic linkage between the evolving requirement and the manufacturing and related process. We argue that the approach can be a valuable tool to achieve improved customer satisfaction through identification of evolving voice of the customer.

승용 자동차 후드 설계를 위한 다변량 해석형 감성공학의 적용

Human sensibility ergonomics was employed to investigate the relationships between design elements and human sensibility values in the design of passenger cars' hood. First, ninety adjectives thought to be related to automotive exterior design were extracted from product catalog, pamphlet, automotive magazine and Korean dictionary. Among them, twenty nine representative pairs of adjectives which were found to be significant in the first evaluation were selected and tested by 10 subjects. Five samples with 11 item/categories to represent design characteristics of automotive hoods were selected from product catalog of foreign automotive manufacturing company. Subjective evaluations were performed by the semantic differential methods with 5 points scale. Design guidelines of automotive hoods by representative adjectives were suggested, which were based on quantification theory I. The results showed that hood with no grill or small grill separated from hood and curved shape was preferred, and differences of impressions between male and female subjects were not found.

동적역량이 기술혁신성과에 미치는 영향

Due to the rapid change of market and technology caused by global competition, convergence capabilities have been emphasized to enhance the future growth engines and industrial competitiveness. Also, numerous firms are supposed to make the best use of new technologies regarding convergence capabilities in order to develop new products. Therefore, firms have a duty to maximize the value of information with optimal management surroundings to improve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, technological innovations, as a means of achieving results, should be reflected to suggest a direction of technology and strategy development. It is considered to create more outcomes when convergence capabilities were applied. As a consequence, the objective of this study is to evaluate the relationship between dynamic capabilities, convergence capabilities, and technology innovation performances. In order to better understand, we carried out a survey targeting local companies which are in the process of commercializing convergence technology. Data were analyzed by path analysis and sobel test. According to the results of the analysis, convergence capabilities were affected(+) by dynamic capabilities and technology innovation performances were affected(+) by convergence capabilities. Besides this, it appears that convergence capabilities worked as a mediator between dynamic capabilities and technology innovation performances. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of dynamic capabilities on technology innovation performances based on the mediation effects of convergence capabilities.

기술특성의 자기상관을 고려한 품질특성의 우선순위 결정에 관한 연구

This paper presents two systematic procedures to evaluate the Customer Attribute Contribution Index. The first calculation method is to apply the same calculated correction coefficient of the two related engineering characteristics individually. And the second method is to apply the correction coefficient to the related strength of only one of the two engineering characteristics which is related to the customer attributes. The model reflects the customer needs precisely by deciding the priority of customer attributes by taking advantage of the information obtained from the self interaction and cross interaction matrix of an HOQ. It provides a practical methodology to analyze information and to select necessary information for the business strategy.

유럽연합, 영국 및 미국의 주방 기기 안전 기준 관련 법령 및 규격 조사

The purpose of this study is to investigate EU, UK and USA's laws and standards related to safety criteria for commercial kitchen machines. The study was based on literature survey and web surfing. The results revealed that EU has relevant directives by kitchen machines and harmonized standards according to the directives. The directives and harmonized standards are translated into the laws and standards of EU member countries, respectively. The kitchen facility relevant legal systems of UK and USA do not prescribe the safety devices or measures, but only the basic health and safety requirements. The requirements were forcefully implemented through the certificate systems such as CE(Confommite European), UL(Underwriters Laboratories), etc. Only products with CE, UL or NRTL(ationally Recognized Testing Laboratory) certificate marking can be placed on the market of EU and USA, or put into service. For achieving the certificates, all requirements regulated in the relevant standards should be met. The standards of UK and USA were presented by kitchen machines or by standards themselves, respectively. Safety devices required by the standards were also summarized by kitchen machines and their risk factors.
