王夫之의 史論에서의 政制 改革論

중국 宋·明代의 主流를 이뤄온 朱子學이 명말청초의 激變期에 와서는 硬化된 要素로써 간주되어 반격을 받게 되었다. 明朝 遺臣들은 미래의 實事的 向方을 전제로 하여 송명대의 道統理念에서 오는 空疎함을 공감하고, 中華가 夷 民族에게 敗亡하게 된 원인을 반성하려는 입장에서 과감하게 개혁을 강행하게 되었다. 이러한 改革 도상에서 새롭게 發揚한 것이 바로 ""經世學""이며 ""實學""이다. 그리고 또 그 시기가 바로 명말청초(17세기)이다. 특히,이 시기에 氣一元論을 總結한 왕부지는 중국철학사에서 누구와도 비견할 수 없는 史論의 독창성을 지니고 있다. 그의 史論은 그가 수난기를 맞아 悲憤과 觀難,망국의 대재난을 體認하고 <史論은 반드시 實在에 의한 史論으로 재구성되어야 한다.>는 근거에서 씌어졌기 때문에 현대철학이나 역사 연구자들에게는 더 없이 귀중한 史評 자료가 되는 것은 말할 것 없다. 그는 물질순환론에서 생명은 형태가 사라지면 만물은 흩어져 太虛(끊임없이 움직이고 순환하는 실재과정)로 돌아가며 그것은 결국 소멸이 아니라는 것이다. 그래서 세계의 존재들은 오직 有形의 물질(器)로 구성되었다고 주장한 것이 바로 ""天下唯器論""이다. 따라서 그의 史論 역시 유기론에 근거를 두고 있으며 ""進步發展史觀""의 입장에서 씌어졌다. 왜냐하면, 그가 역사를 進步發展史觀으로 보는 이유는 器라는 범주 속에는 <道具, 手段, 技術, 制度> 등의 의미를 모두 含意하고 있기 때문이다. 그래서 그는, 과거는 현재와 다르며, 현재는 미래와 디를 수밖에 없고 과거리는 것은 현재를 위한 기준이 될 수 없다고 주장한다. 그러므로 어떠한 원리(理)도 현재의 자연스런 추세(勢)에 따라야 지속이 가능하며, 역사상황도 예외 없이 理가 자연스런 勢에 따라야 역사도 존속될 수 있으며, 理와 勢가 서로 순조롭거나 서로 包攝될 때 天의 意志는 여지없이 현상에 發現된다고 보았던 것이다. 그래서 그는 天의 意志가 바로 人의 意志로 환원된다는 고대유가의 天人思想 즉, ""人之天""으로 그 本旨를 같이 하고 있는 것이다. 그러므로 우리는 역사의식에서 公 · 私를 판별하고 公理의 道를 발현할 때, 公天下의 大同社會는 이뤄진다는 것이 왕부지 史論의 要結인 것이다. Wang Fu_Chih saw the stream of history with evolutionary historical point of view, strongly rejecting the belief that the flowingof rise and fall of history was being repeated periodically with unification and disruption, otherwise disruption and unification. His evolutionary point of view on history attracted a big interest from modern learned circles because his down-to-earth expression about ethic was based on practical ""Concrete things."" He said that ""Although concrete things are tangible, they include skills, social systems, things and the meanings of method. They have something to do with humans' social system and the way how humans possess property. Finally it has a big influence on everything with philosophical effect."" Wang Fu_Chih, who organized the theory of Concrete things, declared that he believed the change of Chhi had been getting newer everyday and kept progressing. Especially, ideology leading history should follow power which cannot be rejected. For the peaceful era, human dared not mention, however, when the world hada difficult time because of disruption, L'i couldn't help changing. He believed the historical fact that shi huangdi abolished feudalism and introduced system of counties and prefectures was the best example to show T'ien Tao that people desired was a good illustration that could be applied to history whether political principal was good or bad. Therefore, he thought the world could not belong to a ruler personally and clearly declared the world was everyone's T'ien Tao. He believed the future could accomplish utopia, that is ""The Ta Thung"", when that was pursued.

자영업 선택의 결정 요인에 관한 연구

본 연구는 외환위기 이후 우리나라에서 자영업 선택에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 미시적이고 거시적인 차원에서 종합적으로 검토하였다. 특히, 금전적인 제약과 실업률로 대표되는 경기적 요인이 자영업 선택에 미치는 요인에 대해서 검토하였다. 한국노동연구원의 「한국노동패널」, 1~4차년도 자료와 통계청의 「경제활동인구조사」를 사용하여 분석한 결과, 학력이나 직업 경험과 같은 인적자본은 남성의 자영업 선택에 정(+)의 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났고, 여성의 경우에는 직업 경험이 자영업 선택에 부(-)의 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타낫다. 부동산 자산 소유는 고용주 선택에서만 유의한 것으로 나타난 반면, 금융 자산 소유에 따른 소득은 자영업 선택에 오히려 부(-)의 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 기업가적인 문화와 환경 조건을 반영하는 자영업 경험 여부 또는 부모가 자영업인가의 여부는 남녀 모두 유의하게 자영업의 선택 확률을 높이는 방향으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났다. 한편, 본 연구에서 가장 관심있게 검토한 실업률과 자영업 선택 간의 관계는, 우선 미시적인 분석에서 선택편의와 예상소득기회의 차이를 통제한 구조 모형에서 실업률은 유의하게 정(+)의 효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 거시 분석에서도, 경기변동과 노동시장의 조건을 반영하는 실업률과 자영업 선택 간의 관계는 외환위기 이후 대체로 정(+)의 관계를 나타내는 것으로 나타나고 있어, 자영업은 실업에 대한 하나의 대안이라는 '밀어내기 가설'을 지지하는 것으로 나타났다. 이는 경기변동에 대응하는 자영업 선택에 관한 개인의 의사결정에서 자영업 선택에 따른 소득기회와 관련된 여러 가지 불확실성과 개인적 특성의 차이 등이 중요하게 작용하고 있음을 시사한다. This study is analysing the factors determining individuals' behavior of selecting self-employment not only at the micro-lev디 but also at the macro-level to put a particular emph asis on the financial constraint and unemployment rate representing business cycle . The data used in this study are『Korean Labor and Income Panal Study』 of the Korea Labor Institute and 『Economically Active Population Survey』of National Statistical Office. The main findings are as follows. First, human capital such as edu cational attainment and job experience has positive effects on male's selection of self-employment. The effects of job experience, however, changed negative for female's selection of self-employment. Second, real estate is signific antly enhancing the selection probabilities of employer selection while the income from financial assets has negative effects. Third. entrepreneurial culture and enviro nment are also raising the self-employment selection probability. Lastly, the regio nal unemployment rate representing the business cycle has positive effects on the self-employment selection after the financial crisis in 1997 both at the micro and macro level. Moreover, the coefficient of regional unemployment rate has ch anged positive in the structural model of self-employment selection controlling f or selection bias and income opportunities, which means that individual's behavior of self-employment selection is rather complex when accounting for the uncertainties of income opportunities and diverse characteristics of self-employmen t workforce.

王夫之 氣哲學의 內在觀的 化生論

본 논문은 왕부지(1619-1692, 호 : 선산)의 방대한 철학체계 중에서도 변화의 법칙, 즉 화생론을 기철학의 내재관적 입장에서 고찰해보려는 데 목적을 두고 있다. 이 때 말하는 '내재'(內在)란 개념은 세계의 변화와 운동을 물질적 내부의 내재성과 필연성에서 찾는 세계관을 말한다. 다시 말해서, 세계는 정신과 물질이 분리되지 않는 전일한 세계이며, 이 전일한 세계는 외부의 원인에 의한 충격에 의해서가 아니라 존재의 내인(內因)에 의해서 스스로 운동하는 세계관을 말한다. 왕부지는 조국 명조의 멸망원인을 깊이 살피고, 학문함에 있어서 송명 이학의 이기이원적(二氣二元的) 사유 구조에서 찾으려 하였다. 즉, 그는 송명 이학의 주리론적 사유가 공허하고 사변적이라 반성하고, 그는 본질과 현상을 하나로 보고 현상세계의 적극적 수용이라는 두 가지 특징을 가진 자신의 철학 체계가 바로 체용상함(體用相涵)의 논리 즉, 기일원론(氣一元論), 기내재관(氣內在觀)의 철학인 것이다. 이러한 왕부지 철학의 핵심은 변화론 즉, 화생론에 있다. 이 논문에 내용을 정리하면 대략 다음과 같다. 첫째로, 태극과 음양관계를 분리적 시각이 아닌 통합 또는 유기적 일체의 관계로 이해한다. 이 태극과 음양의 유기적 일체관계를 연결하는 세력이 바로 음양의 혼륜한 인온(絪縕)의 기(氣)이다. 그는 천지의 본체를 혼륜한 인온이라고 주장한다. 이 인온에 내포하고 있는 운동력이 발산되어 내부에 있었던 잠재력이 외부로 드러나고 화생하게 된다고 보았다. 그리고 그는 이 인온으로 말미암아 태극은 본연상에서, 음양이기를 고유하고 있기 때문에 노음 노양, 소음, 소양의 사상을 생(生)한다는 것이다. 이 사상은 시간 상에서, 태극과 음양이 동시 공존하기 때문에 여기에서 태어나는 것들이 팔괘(하늘, 땅, 바람, 우레, 물, 불, 산, 못)이다. 이러한 기본물질에서 음양이기는 다시 만유와 천차만별이 화생된다는 것이다. 이점에서 기의 시생(是生)은 본원에 입각하여 기 자체의 내재적 모순작용의 결과이지만 외부 작용의 결과는 아니다. 그러므로 천지만물의 실상은 인온 본체의 시생적 활동이 순간의 틈도 없이 다른 사물과 연계관계 속에 교통하며 개체성으로 생함을 이루고 전체성에서는 우주원리를 이룬다. 둘째로, 왕부지가 주장하는 번역론에서의 생성과 소멸은 영원한 우주의 순환법칙일 따름이며, 교체와 반복은 음양이기의 합리성이라고 주장한다. 그는 현재란 항상 과거의 바탕을 갖고 있고 과거에 받은 원질로부터 현재 재 변화를 구성하고 이것은 다시 보다 새로움에 밀려 태허(太虛)로 반환해야 하는 필연적 순환과정이라고 한다. 이 순환과정으로 말미암아 기의 변화가 날로 새롭다는 것이 그의 기화일신론(氣化日新論)이다. 셋째로, 그는 기의 변화하는 모습을 신리(神理) ㆍ 성(誠)으로 비유하고, 그의 철학이 기라는 철저한 실재(實在) 관점에 있다. 사실 우리가 볼 때도, 신 자체는 불가사의하고 진실한 모습을 언표 할 수가 없기 때문에 성으로 대체하고 있음을 알 수 있다 .그는 성의 의미를 기의 영원한 작용 그리고 기 본질적 변화의 실유성으로 설명한다. 따라서 이것은 『주역』의 의리역할 정신을 기로써 잘 반영시키고 있다. 왕부지의 화생론은 본체와 현상간의 가장 큰 특성이 기일원론, 즉 내재적 구조에 있다. 즉, 송명이학(宋明理學)에서 주축을 이루어왔던 '형이상과 형이하의 단절'(上下分截), '도를 중시하고 기를 경시'(重道經器)하는 학문경향이 왕부지에 이르러 이른바 내재적 기 철학의 형태를 완비하게 되는 것이다. 이것은, 태극은 현상계를 초월해 있는 절대적 개념으로 이해하는 송명 이학의 이원론적 세계관과 충분히 구분되는 입장이다. 이러한 그의 내재론적 화생론은 중국 기 철학의 총결로 평가받을 만큼 그 논리적 구조나 방대한 철학체계는 중국의 철학적 사유에 지대한 영향을 끼쳤다. The purpose of this thesis is to study the rule of change, that is, Hus Seng Lun among the vast philosophical systems of Wang Fu-Chih(1619~1692, Ch'uan shan) in the viewpoint of Immanent Ch'i Philosophy. The concept 'Immanent' here means the view of the world in which change and movement of the world should be sought in immanence and inevitability of matter. In other words, the world is that of the whole mind as long as it is divided into soul and matter, and this whole-minded world is the world view which is moved of itself by the inner cause of being, not by the impact of outer cause. Wang Fu-Chih took a close look at why his country Ming ceased to exist and tried to seek his scholastic foundation in the dual structure of Li Ch'i. That is to say, he reflected that the Chu Li Lun thinking of Song Ming Li-hsueh is void and speculative; he thought of essence and phenomenon as the one and regared his philosophy system which has positive acceptance of a phenomenal world as T'i yung hsiang ham, namely, Ch'i nonoism, a philosophy of Ch'i Immanent. The core of Wang Fu-Chih philosophy lies in Hus Seng Lun. The summary of this thesis is as follows; First, the relation of T'ai-chi and Yin yang is understood not as division but as organic body. It is the Ch'I of Yin-yun mixed in Yin yang that connects the whole relation of T'ai-Chi and Yin yang. He declares that essence of the universe is a mixed Yin-yun. The motion force involved in this Yin-yun is sent forth to cause the inner potential force to appear outside and to be transformed, he thought. And he also thought that through this Yin-yun T'ai-ci, which has Yin yang I-ch'i, bring forth Lao yin, Lao yang exist simultaneously in terms of time, bears the Eight Trigrams for divination(sky, earth, wind, thunder, water, fire, mountain, lake). From the fundamental matter Yin yang Shiao yin, and Shiao yang. This speculation on which both T'ai-chi and Yin yang I-ch'i is transformed into all things in the universe and infinite variety. In this respect, the Si-sung of Ch'i is the result of Immanent contradiction of Ch'i itself, not the result of external action. Accordingly the reality of the universe is that the Si-sung's action of Yin-yun itself communicate incessantly in relation to other things and makes up Sheng in individuality and forms the principle of the universe in general. Secondly, Wang Fu-Chih contends that the appearance and disappearance in his Pien I Lun is no more than the circulatory principle of an eternal universe and that replacement and repetition is the rationality of Yin-yang I Ch'i. He insists that the present is an inevitable circulatory process where it always has the basis of the past, composes present change form Yuan Chih of the past and must be returned to Thai hs'u replaced by the latest newness. It is his Ch'I hua re shin Lun that the change of Ch'I is renewed day after day through the circulatory process. Thirdly, Wang compares the changing appearance of Ch'i to Shen LiㆍCh'eng and thus his philosophy is based on the thoroughly realistic viewpoint of Ch'i. In fact, even as we see it, god himself is incomprehensible and his true being cannot be expressed, thus is substituted by Ch'eng. Wang explains that Ch'eng means the eternal action of Ch'i and the Shih-yu-hsing of the intrinsic change in Chi'i. Therefore it is well reflected on the role of Ch'i in the Book of Changes. Wang Fu-Chih's hua SengLun lies in monoism of Ch'i, that is, Immanent structure. The scholastic trend in which metaphysics is separated from physical science tracing back to Song Ming Li-hsueh, and Tao is more important than Ch'i is, is put into the complete form of so called Immanent Ch'i Philosophy by the time of Wang Fu-Chih. This is quite different from the dualistic viewpoint of Song Ming Li-hsueh in which T'ai-chi transcends the phenomenal world. Thus, ang's Immanent Hua Seng Lun made a great influence on the Chinese philosophical speculation.

가중 쌍대법에 의한 공동주택 설계 VE 사례 연구

This paper is to provide the results of VE(Value Engineering) analysis at the design phase of apartment considering scaled paired comparison method. Scaled paired comparison method is applied to evaluate defined function quantitatively. VE process is conducted according to job plan proposed by Society for American Value Engineering(SAVE). Based on VE proposal, totally, 163 works of function analysis, 333 items of creating ideas, and 193 achievements of ideas were proposed. Besides this, 46 works of increasing values and cost reduction for 103 works and 10,040,000 thousands won were achieved from the paper.

유료양로시설 주거단위공간의 다양화에 관한 연구

This study is to analyze the problem of dwelling unit in the operation facilities and define the typology of dwelling unit type for the purpose of providing a variety in the dwelling unit, it is classified the internal and the extenal facts as following: Internal facts : 1) Space division type; 2) Space extension type; 3) Space separation type; 4) Space changeable type External facts : 1) Unit combination type; 2) Unit utilization type; 3) Structure system As a result of this study, the ways to provide choice in the dwelling unit are suggested as the below : 1) Concentration of wet zone; 2) Stepped unit choosing system by barrier free plan; 3) Exact division unit space into the wet and the dry zone; 4) Flexible nit composing method.

한국판-적응행동검사(K-ABI)의 표준화 예비연구(Ⅰ) : A Preliminary Study(Ⅰ)

본 연구는 Brown과 Leigh가 개발한 Adaptive Behavior Inventory(ABI)의 한국판 표준화를 위한 예비연구로서, 본 검사의 신뢰도와 타당도를 검증함으로써 그 유용성을 입증하고자 하였다. 정신지체학생 124명과 정상학생 82명을 대상으로 교사로 하여금 5개 하위척도(자조능력, 의사소통능력, 사회능력, 학업능력, 작업능력)에 4점 척도로 평정하도록 하였다. 신뢰도를 알아보기 위하여 먼저 내적 일치도(Cronbach' α)를 산출하였는데, 정신지체집단에서는 .85~.93이었고, 정상집단에서는 .89~.94로 모두 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p<.05). 검사-재검사는 정신지체집단에서 .88~.91이었고, 정상집단에서 .88~.92로 모두 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p<.01). 한편, 교사의 전문적 판단과 각 하위척도와의 준거관련타당도는 정신지체집단에서 .71~.78이었고, 정상집단에서 .72~.81로 나타나 비교적 높은 정적 상관을 보였으며, 사회성숙도와 각 하위척도와의 피어슨 적률상관계수는 정신지체집단에서 .39~.47이었고, 정상집단에서 .38~.45로 만족할만한 수준으로 나타났다. 또 구성타당도는 각 하위척도들간의 상호상관계수가 정신지체집단에서 .51~.75이었고, 정상집단에서 .61~.80으로 나타나 모두 통계적으로 유의미하였다(p<.05). 본 연구에서 나타난 결과를 종합해 볼 때, 이 적응행동검사는 정신지체집단과 정상집단 모두의 적응행동을 평가할 수 있는 유용한 도구가 될 수 있음을 시사해 준다. This study was preliminarily executed to develop the Korean Version of ABI(Adaptive Behavior Inventory) for identifying the abilities of self-help, communication, social interaction, academic tasks, and occupation tasks.Subjects were 124 students with mental retardation and 91 normal students. The internal consistency of the items on the Korean Version of ABI was investigated using Cronbach's α. The coefficient alpha for the subtests ranged from .85 to .93 in MR students, .89~.94 in normal students and were statistically significant(p<.05). Also, test-retest correlation coefficients ranged .88~.91 in MR students, .88~.92 in normal students, and were statistically significant(p<.01). In addition, criterion-reference validity coefficients for teacher's judgement and subtests ranged .70~.78 in MR students, .72~.81 in normal students and were highly correlated. In Social Maturity Scale and subtests,the Pearson product-moment coefficients of correlation ranged .38~.47 in MR students, .38~.45 in normal students and were accepted statistically significant. Also, construct validity coefficients ranged .51~.75 in MR students, .63~.80 in normal students and were statistically significant(p<.05). As a result, this study suggest the scale can be used for identifyingthe abilities of social adaptation of persons with mental retardation and other disabilities.

지역학으로서의 독일학 육성을 위한 정보자료의 디지털화와 활용방안에 관한 연구

In dieser Arbeit wurde vor allem versucht, den Blick auf zwei Punkte zu richten: Erstens sollte das Forschungsvorhaben, das im Rahmen eines zweija¨hrigen Projekts unter finanzieller Unterstu¨tzung des Koreanischen Research Foundation (KRF) durchgefu¨hrt wurde, in grobem Abriss vorgestellt werden. Zweitens werden die Probleme skizziert, die wa¨hrend der Durchfu¨hrung des Projekts auftauchten, und aus denen sich schließlich unmittelbar einige Verbesserungs- vorschla¨ge ergeben. Das Projekt hatte die Aufgabe, ein auf digitalisierten Daten basierendes Informationssystem u¨ber Deutschland zu erstellen. Das System der Wissenschaftsinformationen, das in der vorliegenden Arbeit vorgestellt wurde, wird beispielsweise aufgrund seiner umfangreichen Informationsdaten dem Fach Germanistik zur weiteren und vertiefenden deutschlandeskundlichen Forschung von großem Nutzen sein. Daru¨ber hinaus aber kommt es auch den Lehrenden zugute, da ihnen dann ein vielseitiges und reichhaltiges Lehrveranstaltungsmaterial als Veranstaltungsthemen zur Verfu¨gung steht. Um ein solches Wissenschaftssystem der Deutschlandforschung zu erstellen und weiter zu entwickeln, wird jedoch nicht nur vie1 Zeit, sondern eine sta¨ndige Aktualisierung der Datenbank no¨tig werden. Um diese Aufgaben zu bewa¨ltigen, sollten mo¨glichst viele Germanisten fu¨r das Projekt zur Verfu¨gung stehen. Zurzeit findet das Internet im privaten und o¨ffentlichen Bereich breite Anwendung wie noch nie zu vor, und diese Tendenz wird sich noch versta¨rken. Forscher suchen und sammeln Informationen anhand des Internets. So nimmt es im Forschungsleben als Forschungswerkzeug einen wichtigen Platz ein. In Zukunft wird sich der Service im Bereich des Netzwerks weiter entwickeln/verbessern. Dies bedeutet fu¨r die Forscher eine Chance im Hinblick auf die Zukunft der Forschung, wenn sie gemeinsam ein wissenschaftliches Kooperationssystem entwickeln, um Wissen unter einander auszutauschen.

실시간 영상전송을 위한 프랙탈 영상 부호화 알고리즘

We propose a fast fractal image coding algorithm to shorten long time to take on fractal image encoding. For its performance evaluation, the algorithm compares with other traditional fractal coding methods. In the traditional fractal image coding methods, an original image is contracted by a factor in order to make the corresponding image to be compared with. Then, the whole area of the contracted image is searched in order to find the fixed point of contractive transformation of the original image corresponding to the contracted image. It needs a lot of searching time on encoding. However, the proposed algorithm considerably reduces encoding time by using scaling method and limited search area method. On comparison of the proposed algorithm with Jacquin's method, the proposed algorithm is at least 180times as fast as that Jacquin's method on encoding time with a little degradation of the decoded image quality and a little increase of the compression rate. Therefore, it is found that the proposed algorithm largely improves the performance in the aspect of encoding time when compared with other fractal image coding methods.

항진균제 알릴아민류의 합성과 생물학적 평가

For the development of antifungal agents. modification of naftifine which exhibits significant antimycotic activity was performed by replacing the naphthalene ring of it to hetero cyclic rings such as morpholine. benzothiazole. piperidine and pyridine derivatives. The synthesized compounds were tested in vitro antifungal activity against five different fungi with naftifine as a comparative antimycotic molecule. From the biological evaluation two compounds. (E)-N-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-(4-piperidinylmethyl)amine(3d) and (E)-N-(3-phenyl-2-propenyl)-N-(3-pyndylmethyl)amine(3D) showed relatively noticeable activity(MIC=50㎍/㎖). On the other hand. the other compounds had no activity.
