        Design of Subject-based Community Model by Linkage Heterogeneous Content : Focused on Field of Biological Science

        Researchers in Korea and elsewhere have carried out a wide variety of important research activities in their respective fields, producing valuable research results. For such diverse research results to be shared and exchanged among researchers working in the same discipline and research subject there needs to be a community environment based on free utilization of information. Against this backdrop, this study seeks to classify and reprocess the reference/factual content owned by the KISTI (Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information), a state-run distributor of information on science and technology, by the different research subjects. It also seeks to develop and provide a community model based on the concepts of open archiving and open access for the researchers specialized in the related fields of research. This community model is developed focusing on the research results from the field of bioscience, where the most extensive studies are currently being conducted. To develop the community model, this study: (a) surveys the current status of the content owned by KISTI; (b) analyzes the patterns and characteristics of biological scientific content among the KISTI-owned content; and (c) designs a web platform where researchers can freely upload/download research results.

        독일 비영리단체의 역할과 과제

        독일의 비영리 단체는 등록된 단체, 재단, 조합, 위탁기관의 형식으로 존재하며, 대부분이 지역을 거점으로 활동하는 특징을 가지고 있다. 비영리단체의 활동은 주로 참여자의 취미나 관심영역을 중심으로 이루어지고 있으며, 공동체 활동을 통한 만족감과 자아실현을 위한 목적으로 주된 활동이 이루어지고 있다. 독일의 모든 단체는 사회적 민주주의의 영향으로 설립목적을 위한 활동뿐만 아니라, 사회복지를 위한 활동을 의무적으로 실시하고 있다. 재정의 일부를 사회적 약자를 위해 환원하는 제도가 생활화 되어 있는 특징을 가지고 있다. 비영리 단체의 정치활동은 광범위하게 이루어지고 있으며, 비영리단체가 정당으로 변신하여, 연방 또는 주, 지방자치단체의 선거에 참여하여 득표활동을 하는 사례도 많이 있으며, 집권당으로 집행부를 구성하는 사례도 많이 있다. 비영리 단체는 높은 재정적 투명성을 요구하고 있으며, 주 또는 지방정부로부터 재정적 지원을 받을 수 있는 기회도 많이 보장되어 있다. 독일 연방정부의 대연정이 이루어지면서 비영리단체의 활동이 활발해지고 있으며, 정부의 비판자로서, 그리고 정치적 참여의 매개체로서 역할이 강조되고 있다. Nonprofit organization in Germany exists as a form of registered organization, foundation, union, and government-commissioned organization with its own regional boundary. Its activities are mainly focused on the members’ hobby and interests aiming at achieving self-satisfaction and self-realization. All the organizations in Germany, influenced by social democracy, fulfill some obligations for social welfare as well as perform their own goals. In addition, they are accustomed to contributing some of their finance to the weak and poor in the society. It is not uncommon for the nonprofit organization to transform into political party for winning government elections including federal, state, and local election, so that it may form executive government as a majority party. Nonprofit organization is not only required to have a high level of financial transparency, but also has a good chance to receive financial support from local government. Through federal government’s coalition, nonprofit organization is actively doing its part as a government watchdog and medium for policy engagement.

        The electronics of self-assembled monolayer (SAM) has been gained attention since last decade while it is proposed as one of the future electronics. Most of studies have been focused on understanding their electronic properties, synthesizing various molecules, and assembling them as a monolayer. To date, only a couple of papers have been discussed about the thermal properties of SAMs. Even in these papers, temperature dependency of the thermal conductance of SAMs has not been measured. In this paper, we measured the thermal conductance of octanedithiol SAM by the 3ω method. We used the nanotransfer printing method to pattern the electrodes for GaAs/octanedithiol/Au thermal conductance measurement using 3ω method. The samples were loaded into a cryostat chamber to measure the thermal conductance at different temperatures. The thermal conductance of octanedithiol SAM was 13~23 ㎿/㎡-K and it is relatively independent to temperature between 120K and 330K.

        Valence state and ionic conduction in Mn-doped MgO partially stabilized zirconia

        <P>The mechanism of the enhancement in the ionic conductivity resulting from cubic phase stabilization in MgO partially stabilized zirconia (MgPSZ) by Mn doping was studied by examining the local Zr-O structure. Cubic phase (14 vol%) in MgPSZ was increased with the addition of MnO2, and 10 mol% Mn-doped MgPSZ exhibited the highest cubic phase fraction (98.72%), which was analyzed by Rietveld refinement. In addition, only the cubic phase, not the monoclinic and tetragonal phases, was observed in the TEM-SAED pattern of 10 mol% Mn-doped MgPSZ. Doped Mn exhibited a high Mn2+/Mn4+ ratio, which was identified by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS). In addition, it indicates that oxygen vacancy formation by substitution of Mn2+ in the Zr4+ site in MgPSZ increased cubic phase fraction. Ionic conductivity of MgPSZ was improved by the cubic phase increase attributed to Mn doping, and 10 mol% Mn-doped MgPSZ exhibited higher ionic conductivity than MgPSZ. To investigate the mechanism of the ionic conductivity improvement, Zr-O local structure in Mn-doped MgPSZ was analyzed by Zr K-edge EXAFS of MgPSZ, and the number of bonding of the Zr-O first shell decreased with increased Mn substitution. Therefore, it was considered that the oxygen vacancy generation led to an increase in the cubic phase and the number of ionic conduction sites.</P>

      • High-Pressure Solvent Vapor Annealing with a Benign Solvent To Rapidly Enhance the Performance of Organic Photovoltaics

        <P>A high-pressure solvent vapor annealing (HPSVA) treatment is suggested as an annealing process to rapidly achieve high-performance organic photovoltaics (OPVs); this process can be compatible with roll-to-roll processing methods and uses a benign solvent: acetone. Solvent vapor annealing can produce an advantageous vertical distribution in the active layer; however, conventional solvent vapor annealing is also time-consuming. To shorten the annealing time, high-pressure solvent vapor is exposed on the active layer of OPVs. Acetone is a nonsolvent for poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diyl) (P3HT), but it can dissolve small amounts of 1-(3-methoxycarbonyl)-propyl-1,1-phenyl-(6,6)C<SUB>61</SUB> (PCBM). Acetone vapor molecules can penetrate into the active layer under high vapor pressure conditions to alter the morphology. HPSVA induces a PCBM-rich phase near the cathode and facilitates the transport of free charge carriers to the electrode. Although P3HT is not soluble in acetone, locally rearranged P3HT crystallites are generated. The performance of OPV films was enhanced after HPSVA; the film treated at 30 kPa for 10 s showed optimum performance.         통합형 교과서 개발을 위한 국어과 실험본 교과서의 비판적 고찰

        The purpose of this study is to establish the implications for future development of integrated textbook. So I critically review the experiment textbooks. Before performing this, I looked at a lot of investment of study for integration. I have set up the method and scope of the integration of them on the basis of the discussion. I have argued method of the integrated : shared, parallel lines, inclusion. And I have defined the scope of consolidation: the purpose, content, the method, in the context. Based on the above discussion, I made the same conclusion as follows: First, Should be integrated based on achievement standards are not similar. So we need to expand and deepen the depth of learning. Second, Should be introduced to a variety of learning experiences for our students. Language textbooks, as amended in 2009 is the first integrated textbook. I will be able to give a lot of suggestions on the future development of this textbook study. 본 연구는 2009 개정 국어과 교육과정을 반영한 통합 국어 교과서 개발의 방향과 방법을 비판적으로 검토하여 향후 통합형 국어 교과서 개발에 시사점을 마련하는데 그 목적이 있다. 2009 개정 국어과 교육과정을 반영한 국어 교과서는 통합형 체제를 취하고 있다. 통합형으로 개발되는 국어 교과서가 이전에 없었던 것은 아니다. 그러나 그때의 통합이 진정한 통합이라고 말하기는 어렵다. 그렇게 본다면 2009 개정 국어과 교육과정을 반영한 국어 교과서야말로 통합의 의미와 취지를 반영하고자 노력한 최초의 통 합형 국어 교과서라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 통합의 의미와 방법에 대한 문헌적 고찰을 통해 융합, 통섭, 통합의 의미를 재규정하였다. 그리고 통합의 범주와 유형을 구분하였다. 통합의 범주와 유형을 중심으로 2009 개정 국어과 교육과정을 반영한 실험본 교과서 5-1, 6-1를 비판적 으로 검토하였다.

        중국어 평생교육 학습자를 고려한 수업설계 전략 ― 중장년 학습자 특성과 학습동기를 바탕으로

        In this article, we proposed the class design model based on motivation for learning to improve the learning efficiency of lifelong education Chinese language learners with current phenomenon which is rapidly entering an aging society. First, surveys and interviews were conducted to find out the learning type of life long education learners. The study found that the integrated directivity factor and the intrinsic factor were the highest among the types of learning motivation and it became a foundation for the class model of learning motivation. As for the way to proceed with class, teachers classify learning contents by the type of motivation and offers classes for all learners about contents that learners absolutely need to learn. The part that can apply learner’s learning motivation was divided into ‘Task selection type’ and ‘Activity selection type’. This article presented the way to proceed with class flexibly according to the type of class. In addition, the purpose of this study is to improve learning interests and learning efficiency for lifelong education Chinese language learners by applying learning motivation model in class and by presenting various evaluation tools to check specific learning examples and learners’ learning situations
