The purpose of this paper is to determine the fuel change and weight change impact on the fuel economy and emission characteristic of ICE (Internal Combustion Engine) vehicle. According to fuel type, fuel consumption and emission characteristics were measured and fuel used in this paper was gasoline, diesel, and LPG. Four vehicles with different weight were tested and the fuel economy were compared and analyzed by using scatter graph. Test was carried out using chassis dynamometer, CVS (Constant Volume Sampler), and emission measurement system. Diesel vehicle less emited $CO_2$ compared to gasoline and LPG. Even if same $CO_2$ between gasoline and LPG, there are difference fuel economy depending on carbon proportion of specific fuel. The heavier weight of vehicle, the worse of fuel economy and Better fuel economy performance on highway driving mode.
국내 고상가축분뇨 특성 및 이론적 메탄 잠재성에 대한 평가

This study was conducted to establish a database of high solid manure(HSM) in domestic. Theoretical methane potential and HSM characteristics was evaluated using breef and dairy manure (n=156). Total solids and Volatile solids of HSM increased depending on time flow, the results showed $20.4{\pm}3.2$ and $17.4{\pm}2.8%$. respectively. C/N ratio of breef HSM was higher than dairy HSM C/N ratio. In theoretical methane potential, the result of breef and dairy HSM was showed $505.2{\pm}25.3$ and $493.5{\pm}20.2$, respectively. Nitrogen content of total HSM increased depending on time flow, the result of breef and dairy nitrogen content was showed $1.9{\pm}0.3$ and $2.8{\pm}0.2$, respectively. Carbon content of total HSM showed approximately 10% reduction. The optimal time of bed replacement was indicated between 29 amd 31 days based on the optimal C/N ratio. Therefore, this study was considered that it has high utilization for livestock manure recycling and basis of relevant research.

The goal of this paper is to numerically evaluate the accuracy of the measurement technique by applying a three-dimensional, two-phase fuel cell model to a 100㎠ area fuel cell geometry in which segmented bipolar plate(BP) and non-segmented membrane are combined together. The measurement method via segmented BP is generally used to be justified. The simulation results revealed a similarity of the current distribution between membrane and BP but not perfectly matched. The maximum relative error of 33% exited near the U-turn regions and the numerical study further illustrates that the erroneous result originates from the BP segmented non-symmetrically based on the flow channels that allows some currents by passing flow channels to flow into its neighboring segment. Finally, this paper suggested optimal way to minimize the error between bipolar plate and membrane.

Web Information Systems have many static HTML documents and dynamic CGI application programs. A hyperlinked information environment on Web systems include lots of mutually referenced documents. This cause problems of data consistency in a intra-document and among inter-documents. To solve the problems, we propose a management method of Web system which have hierarchical information structure, and an unified problem-solving approach. We construct a large scale practical Web system based upon the proposed architecture. The proposed results can provide many advantage to WebMasteters.
