        젊은 여성의 목에 발생한 탄력섬유거짓황색종양 유두진피 탄력섬유용해증

        Pseudoxanthoma elasticum-like papillary dermal elastolysis (PXE-like PDE) is a rare acquired elastolytic disorder that clinically resembles pseudoxanthoma elasticum. The pathogenesis of this disease is uncertain, but it seems to be related to intrinsic aging, abnormal elastogenesis, a genetic predisposition and exposure to ultraviolet radiation. It generally develops on the sides of the neck and supraclavicular regions in elderly persons. Histologically, the characteristic features are the loss of elastic fibers in the papillary dermis and no solar elastosis. We report here on a case of PXE-like PDE in a 26-year-old female whose skin lesion developed 9 years previously. Despite the preferential occurrence at an old age, our patient was young.       • 로봇 시스템의 位置 制御 特性에 關한 硏究

        This paper concersed about the position control using DC servo motor. The system is consisted of computer, DC motor, encoder, dividing circuit, reduction gear and ball screw. As a computer program for system control C language is used. The control algorithm is designed as following. When the desired position value is set through key board, DC motor make the robot move to the initial zero position and then move from the zero position to the desired position very quickly. At this time the encoder senses the robot's position and sends the information to the computer. Then, the computer compares the data receiving from the encoder with the desired position and keeps sending the control signal until the error is disappeared. If the robot is arrived at the desired position DC motor stops moving and waits the next signal. During this sequential procedure the system transient responses are analyzed. To confirm the performance of control technique used in this paper computer simulation and implementation are carried out. As the results it is concluded that the DC motor for robot control has quick response to the desired position value and enables position control with relatively small error (0.05% ).

      • 日本腦炎 豫防에 對한 考察

        In order to study problems involved in the prevention of Japanese Encephlitis, comprehensive analysis was conducted of research reports on Japanese Encephalitis and control of this disease dated from 1945 to the present. As a result, the following conclusion has been reached: 1) During the 12-year period from 1955 to 1966, the highest incidence rate of 18.5 per population of 100,000 was marked by North Jeolla Province. The second highest rates were recorded by Pusan City where showed an incidence rate of 12.5, South Jeolla Province showed on incidence rate of 8.9 and South Kyungsang Province showed an incidence rate of 5.3. High incidence rate were thus noted in Jeolla and Kyundsang Provinces. 2) During the 12-year period from 1955 to 1966, the age group of 5 to 9 years showed the highest incidence rate of 24.9, the second highest incidence rate of 14.1 was indicated by the age group of 0 to 4 years, and the third highest rate of 10.0 by the age group of 10 to 14 years. Thus, the age groups ranging from 0 to 14 years showed high incidence rates while incidence rates were remarkably lower in other age groups. As a whole, however, Japanese Encephalitis indicated a high fatalith rate of 33.1 percent, no significant differences were noted of fatality rate among different age groups. 3) Culex tritaeniorhynchus, the vector of Japanese Encephalitis, sucks blood from pigs in viremia condition and transfers it to human beings and other pigs. In August, when the propotion of C. t. was the highest at 55.2 percent of all the collected, Sentinel pigs were infected 100 percent. The disease began to spread among human beings from this month to reach a peak spread during September. 4) According to the results of field experiments on Japanese Encephalitis vaccine of Japanese products in 1967, the H-I posisitive rate reached 99 percent. However, Korean products of Japanese Encephalitis vaccine showed a low H-I positive rate of 75 percent. 5) In 1968, 5 million was first earmarked in budget for control of Japanese Encephalitis. In 1972, the budget amounted to 15 million, up. 300 percent over the 1968 budget. However, this increase was generally comparable to the overall increase rate of the budget of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs as a whole. 6) Agencies controlling Japanese Encephalitis are the Public Health section of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs which conducts administrative affairs, the Department of Virology in the National Institute of Health and the Charge of Virology in the Institute of Veterinary Research which conduct research activities, and 192 Health Centers which conduct epidemic control activities, However, adequate coordination is not maintained among different agencies.

      • 마산시 생활폐기물의 성상 및 특성

        This study was undertaken to provide the fundamental information and the optimum method of municipal solid wastes(MSWs) in Masan city. The result of physical and chemical properties and the analysis of calorific value was represented as the region of residence, commerce, office/industry and the other. The ratios of apartment, individual residence, commerce, office/industry and the other as waste source were 26.5, 34.3, 26.2, 5.2 and 7.8%, respectively. The ratios of spring, summer, autumn and winter according to the season were 27.3, 26.4, 26.0 and 20.3%, respectively. The physical composition showed that the combustible and the noncombustible occupied 88.5 and 11.5% each other. In case of three component analyses in Masan city, the moisture and the combustible were 44.9 and 50.2% and also the ash was shown 4.9%. The chemical compositions through the analysis were C(26.06%), H(3.28%), 0(19.48%), N(0.8%), S(0.07%) and Cl(0.49%). When the wet low-calorific value was investigated, the measured value was 2,413 kcal/kg and the estimated values in response to the equations of Steuer, Dulong and Japan's experienced were 1,936, 1,724 and 3,372 kcal/kg, respectively.

        人蔘이 卵巢摘出로 誘發된 흰쥐의 骨多孔症 예방에 미치는 효능

        Objectives : The present study has been undertaken to investigate the effects of Ginseng Radix on prevention of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods : In this experiment, the rats were ovariectomized. Rats were administered by 2 kinds of medicine, Estradiol, Ginseng Radix. The levels of bone mineral density, osteocalcin, ALP, phosphorus, calcium in serum, deoxypyridinoline in urine, calcium, phosphorus, ash weight of bone, body weight and uterus weight were measured. Results : The levels of spinal bone mineral density was significantly increased in comparison with OVX group at 8 weeks in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of serum didn t show significant change in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of urine deoxypyridinoline showed significant decrease in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of femoral and fibula-tibial ash weight didn t show significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of femoral and fibula-tibial calcium showed significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of femoral and fibula-tibial phosphorus showed significant increase in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of body weight didn t show significant changes in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. The levels of uterus weight didn t show significant changes in comparison with OVX group in Ginseng Radix group. Conclusions : Reviewing these experimetal results, it appears that Ginseng Radix have efficacy on prevention of osteoporosis. And further study should be conducted to illustrate in depth the curing and prevention of osteoprosis.

        韓國産 紅花子와 中國産 紅花子가 鎭痛 , 消炎 및 關節炎에 미치는 效果

        This experimental study was done to compare the efficacy of Korean and Chinese Carthami Semen on analgesic effect and remedy of inflammation and arthritis. The results were as follows; 1. In analgesic action on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by 0.7% acetic acid, Korean and Chinese Carthami Semen extract group showed significant decrease in comparison with control group. And in analgesic action on the writhing syndrome in mice induced by Acetylcholine HC1, Korean and chinese Carthami Semen extract group showed significant decrease in comparison with control group. 2. In Anti-inflammatory effects, Chinese Carthami Semen extract group showed significant decrease at 150 and 180 minutes after inducing paw-edema in comparison with control group. 3. In the method of adjuvant arthritis, orally administered for 21 days, Korean Carthami Semen extract group showed significant inhibition of the hind paw edema after 1 day and 21 days. Whereas Chinese Carthami Semen extract group showed some reduction, but the results didn's show significant decrease. 4. In the level of leucocytes count, Korean and Chinese Carthami Semen extract group showed significant decrease in comparison with control group. And in the level of total protein. CRP and glucose, Korean and Chinese Carthami Semen extract group didn't showed significant change in comparison with control group.

      • 선회류 유동층 소각로를 이용한 폐백토 소각

        The fluidized bed incinerator has been successfully applied to solid waste incineration. However, in case of high volatile solid waste, for example mixture of waste oil and porous solid wasre, for example mixture of waste oil and porous solid waste, fluidized bed incinerator could not provide sufficient residence time for complete comvustion of gasified volatile matter. Thus, itis aim of this study to indentify the applicabiliy of the swirl-flow fluidized bed incinerator to incineration of high volatile solid waste which contains large amount of waste oil and porous solid material. From the experiment. it was found that combustion efficiency weakly denpended on air-fuel ratio and bed temperature and showed maximum value in the rangle of primary superficial air velocity from 0.2 m/s to 0.3 m/s. From the measured temperature distributions, there exited an active combustion region is the freeboard and this region moved up as the primary superficial air velocity increased. Concentrations of SO₂and NOⅹ showed negligible values throughout the whole rage of the experiment but CO concentration showed minimum value in the range of primary superficial velocity from 0.2 m/s to 0.3 m/s.
