<P><p><strong>Abstract.</strong> Microbial nitrous oxide (N<sub>2</sub>O) production in the ocean is enhanced under low-oxygen (O<sub>2</sub>) conditions. This is especially important in the context of increasing hypoxia (i.e., oceanic zones with extremely reduced O<sub>2</sub> concentrations). Here, we present a study on the interannual variation in summertime nitrous oxide (N<sub>2</sub>O) concentrations in the bottom waters of the northern Gulf of Mexico (nGOM), which is well-known as the site of the second largest seasonally occurring hypoxic zone worldwide. To this end we developed a simple model that computes bottom-water N<sub>2</sub>O concentrations with a tri-linear ΔN<sub>2</sub>O/O<sub>2</sub> relationship based on water-column O<sub>2</sub> concentrations, derived from summer (July) Texas-Louisiana shelf-wide hydrographic data between 1985 and 2007. &Delta;N<sub>2</sub>O (i.e., excess N<sub>2</sub>O) was computed including nitrification and denitrification as the major microbial production and consumption pathways of N<sub>2</sub>O. The mean modeled bottom-water N<sub>2</sub>O concentration for July in the nGOM was 14.5 ± 2.3 nmol L<sup>−1</sup> (min: 11.0 ± 4.5 nmol L<sup>−1</sup> in 2000 and max: 20.6 ± 11.3 nmol L<sup>−1</sup> in 2002). The mean bottom-water N<sub>2</sub>O concentrations were significantly correlated with the areal extent of hypoxia in the nGOM. Our modeling analysis indicates that the nGOM is a persistent summer source of N<sub>2</sub>O, and nitrification is dominating N<sub>2</sub>O production in this region. Based on the ongoing increase in the areal extent of hypoxia in the nGOM, we conclude that N<sub>2</sub>O production (and its subsequent emissions) from this environmentally stressed region will probably continue to increase into the future.</p> </P>

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to infer the prescription effectiveness that have not been recorded in the existing effectiveness and to find out how to classify. Methods : The herbal compositions of bang-yaghabpyeon, the herbal textbooks and contents related to the prescription textbooks' effectiveness were entered into the database using the 'Access 2014 of the MS'. The effectiveness are inferred using query sentences. Results : The prescription effectiveness in the bang-yaghabpyeon were inferred using the herbal classification, herbal effectiveness and herbal effectiveness inferred from prescription textbooks. Conclusions : Each information of herbal effectiveness strength was extracted using the prescription textbooks' effectiveness information. These results were efficient to infer and classify bang-yaghabpyeon prescription effectiveness.

<P>Satellite-Based Augmentation Systems (SBASs) enhance the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) to support all phases of flight by providing required accuracy, integrity, continuity, and availability. The Korean SBAS program was recently initiated to develop a single-frequency SBAS aiming to provide Approach Procedure with Vertical guidance (APV)-I Safety-of-Life (SoL) service to aviation users by 2022 within the Korean region. We assess the preliminary availability of the single-frequency SBAS which will be deployed in the Korean peninsula. The resulting system performance shall be used as a baseline to design system components and specifications. The fundamental components of SBAS architecture, SBAS monitor network, geo-stationary earth orbiting satellite parameters, and ionospheric grid point mask, are defined and their effects on system performance are investigated. Ionospheric correction and integrity algorithm parameters including an ionospheric irregularity threat model are determined using data collected from the Korean GNSS network. The coverage of 99.9 % availability for APV-I service increases from approximately 70 % for the baseline case to 100 % when SBAS monitor stations are expanded to overseas. Even with the expanded monitor network, however, 90 % and less than 95 % availability for LPV-200 service can be achieved only in a very limited region.</P>

The moral right of computer is the right to publish or not to publish, right to paternity and to the integrity of the work by computer program writers. But the degree of information communication technology and internet or violating the rights to publish or not to publish, to paternity and integrity of the work has been increased. Although the protection of copyright of computer program has discussed. there has no discussion of moral right of computer program. Therefore, this study investigates the moral right of computer program and is to seek its problems and improvement methods.
