        12주 유산소 운동프로그램이 비만 여성의 염증단백질, 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study is to evaluate the effects of aerobic training on inflammatory protein, insulin resistance in middle-aged obese women. In this study, jumping aerobic training(HRmax 55-80%. 60min/day, 5day/week) was performed and 32 subjects were participated for study during 12 weeks, one group as experimental group(n=16) and the other as control group(n=16). The untrained obese women in I city volunteered to participate in this study. Analytical items were C-reactive protein, Interleukin-6, % body fat, insulin and glucose. Analysis for variables was performed between pre and post after exercise intervention for next 12weeks. All data were expressed as mean±sd by using SPSS package program(win 9.0). The results of this study were as follows. Interleukin-6, C-reactive protein were significantly decreased in exercise group. Plasma glucose, insulin levels and HOMA-IR were significantly reduced, % body fat, was significantly decreased in exercise group, too. In conclusion it was found that 12weeks jumping aerobic exercise has a good affect on preventing cardiovascular disease by improving body fat.

        점핑 에어로빅댄스 운동이 중년 비만 여성의 아디포넥틴, HOMA-IR에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of 12weeks jumping aerobic dance exercise on adiponectin, HOMA-IR and % body fat in obese middle-aged women. Subjects with over 30% body fat were classified into two groups; exercise (n=15) and control group (n=15). Blood sample were drawn before and after 12 weeks exercise, and plasma glucose, insulin, adiponectin, HOMA-IR were measured. The exercise protocol was conducted 60 minute/day, 5days a week for 12weeks. The results were summarized as follows. Plasma glucose, insulin levels and HOMA-IR were significantly reduced, % body fat, was significantly decreased in exercise group, too. Adiponectin were significantly increased in exercise group. The results of this study indicate that h jumping aerobic exercise help the insulin resistance prevention and may lessen risk of inflammatory response.

        필라테스운동이 비만여성의 adiponectin, 체지방률 및 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향

        본 연구의 목적은 필라테스 운동이 비만여성의 아디포넥틴과 인슐린저항성에 미치는 영향을 알아보는데 있다. 연구대상으로는 체지방률 30%이상 되는 비만여성 22명을 무선표집하여 운동집단 11명, 통제집단 11명으로 나누어 필라테스 운동을 12주 동안 실시하였다. 분석변인으로는 아디포넥틴, 체지방률, 인슐린, 글루코스 및 HOMA 지수를 분석하였으며 모든 데이터는 SPSS12.0을 이용하여 평균과 표준편차를 구하였으며 반복측정에 의한 이원분산 분석(two-way ANOVA repeated measures), independent t-test를 이용하여 통계처리 하였다. 그 결과 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째 아디포넥틴는 운동 군에서 유의한 증가를 보였으나 통제군 에서는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 둘째 체지방률은 운동 군에서 유의한 감소를 보였으나 통제 군에서는 유의한 변화가 없었다. 셋째 HOMA 지수는 운동 군에서 유의한 감소를 보였으나 통제 군에서는 유의한 변화를 보이지 않았다. 본 연구결과 필라테스 운동은 비만처치를 통한 아디포넥틴과 인슐린 저항성에 긍정적인 영향을 미친 것으로 보이며 이를 통해 성인병 예방에 기여할 것으로 사료된다. It was conclued that pilates exercise favorably effects the adiponectin, %body fat and HOMA index during 12weeks. Therefore, change of above variables was helpful to prevent and improve cardiovascular disease and metabolic syndrome.

        12주간 복합운동이 FTO유전자 다형성에 따른 비만남자대학생의 신체구성 및 사이토카인에 미치는 효과

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of combined exercise program on body composition and cytokine according to FTO polymorphism in the obesity male college students. The subjects when it is performed as submaximal exercise with 50~70%HRR as karvonen and Kuramoto & Payne method. BMI 27 of males college students in Ⅰ City W university were selected as subjects. The subjects were random assigned into the two group 8 people for a AA+AT gene group and 10 for a TT gene group. The variables in body composition and cytokine were calculated by two-way ANOVA with repeated measures(SPSS win ver. 11.5). The results obtained from this study were as follows: First, In the change of the fat mass ratio, and the BMI of body composition was lower significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as the period of exercise treatment became longer(p<.001). Second, In the change of the TNF-α hormone was lower significantly the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as the period of exercise treatment became longer(p<.001), In the change of the adiponetin was higher the TT gene group than the AA+AT gene group as the period of exercise treatment became longer, but In the IL-6 was higher the AA+AT gene group than the TTgene group.

        수영운동이 중년비만여성의 Interleukin-6, 혈중지질 및 동맥경화지수에 미치는 영향

        The aims of this study were to investigate the change of interleukin-6, blood lipid, athergenic index. Participants were randomly assigned an exercise group(n=11) or control group(n=11). Exercise group(40- 70% of HRR) has performed 5times a week for 12 weeks. All variables were measured at before and after 12 weeks from each group. The results of this study were as following; 1. In the change of Interleukin-6 and % body fat , exercise group were significantly improved after treatment but, control gorup was no showing significantly change after 12weeks. 2. In the change of TC, TG, HDL-C and TC/HDL-C , exercise group were significantly improved after treatment, but control group were no showing significantly change after 12week.C The results suggest that the swimming exercise could be helpful to improve inflammtion marker and to prevent cardiovascular disease risk by weight reduction.

        12주간 수영이 비만여성의 맥파전달시간 염증인자 및 체지방률에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of 12weeks swimming exercise on pulse transmit time, inflammatory factors and % body fat in obese middle-aged women. Subjects with over 30% body fat were classified into two groups; exercise (n=12) and control group (n=12). Analytical items were pulse transmit time(ptt), inflammatory factors(CRP, Interleukin-6) and % body fat. The swimming exercise program was conducted 60 minute/day, 5days a week for 12weeks. The results were summarized as follows. As the arterial stiffness, ptt of upper(right and left hand) and low limb(right and left foot) were significantly improved in exercise group. As the inflammatory factors, CRP, Interleukin-6 were significantly decreased in exercise group. % body fat, as the body composition, was significantly decreased in exercise group, too. The results suggest that the body fat reduction in obese individuals through swimming exercise help the blood circulation and may lessen risk of inflammatory response.

        수처리 구조물은 처리조별 복합 구조로 계층화되어 조합되어 있고, 이와 함께 처리조별 다양한 화학 · 물리학적 환경이 구조체 내부에 장기적으로 작용하고 있다. 이러한 사용환경은 콘크리트 구조체에 장기적으로 작용하여 부식 및 열화를 발생시키고 성능저하를 가져온다. 따라서 본 연구는 기존의 수처리 구조물에 적용되고 있는 방수/방식재료 중 다양한 수처리 계통에 사용 빈도가 높은 에폭시 수지계 방수/방식재를 대상으로 오존 사용환경에 따른 물리 · 화학적인 재료 특성 변이를 정량적으로 도출하고자 한다. In airtight concrete structure, waterproofing phase as well as water are affected by strong oxidative O3 in the long-term For this reason, material stability against O3 is examined Consequently, the purpose of this study is to find out material stability an object of epoxy resin by way of accelerated O3 testing.

        12주간 유산소운동이 비만여성의 염증성 사이토카인 및 혈중지질비율에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of walking exercise on Inflammatory cytokine, blood lipid ratio in obese women. In this study, 26 subjects were participated for this study during 12 weeks, one group as exercise group(n=13) and the other as control group(n=13). The untrained obese women in I city voluteered to participate in this study. Analytical items were Inflammatory cytokine (adiponectin, TNF-⍺), blood lipid ratio(TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C) and % body fat. Analytical items were performed at pretest, 12weeks. All data were expressed as mean±sd by using SPSS package program(win 12.0). The results of this study were as follows ; 1. Inflammatory cytokine( adiponectin, TNF-⍺) showed significance after 12weeks waling exercise in exercise group, but showed no significance in control group. 2. Blood lipid ratio(TC/HDL-C, TG/HDL-C, LDL-C/HDL-C) showed significance after 12weeks waling exercise in exercise group, but showed no significance in control group. The results suggest that the walking exercise could be helpful to improve obesity and to prevent cardiovascular disease risk by body fat.
