현장에서 시공되고 있는 규산질계 액상형 침투성 방수재가 콘크리트 방수 목적으로 널리 사용되고 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 규산질계 침투성 방수재의 물리적 화학적 특성을 각각 검토하여 건설현장에 적용함으로서, 콘크리트 구조물의 표층부 내구성을 향상시키고, 침투성 방수제에 대한 건설시장에서의 효과적인 활용 방안을 제시 하고자 한다. 규산질계 액상형 방수제를 도포하였을 때 방수층 형성에 따른 물의 침투 저항성(방수성)이 양호한 것으로 측정 되었으며 콘크리트 표면 도포 공법에 적용되었을 때 소요의 내구성능을 개선시킬 수 있을 것으로 판단되어진다. It is recognised that a permeability waterproof agent have been extensively used for concrete, in these days. In present paper shows effective practical scheme of a permeability waterproof agent in construction market that is to develope durability of concrete structure as apply to job site through the examination physical and chemical property of a permeability waterproof agent. It is indentified that can be maintain waterproofing performance, moreover it makes satisfactory result of permeation resistance as applying siliceous waterproof agent.

KS standards mostly relate to single component material evaluation, so in cases of underground structure environments, most cannot predict the existing composite forms of deterioration, resulting in the applied waterproofing materials becoming unable to respond to these damaging factors. Current domestic waterproofing market in Korea mainly uses single-ply waterproofing materials comprised of coatings or waterproof sheets and two or more-ply composite waterproofing methods. In order to evaluate these types of composite waterproofing systems, a new test equipment and method that incorporates various deterioration conditions (joint displacement, chemical exposure, water pressure etc) was developed. In a comparison testing, the results showed that flexible type materials have higher response performance towards joint displacement than the hardened material.

The test method to be developed is to determine whether the waterproof layer applied to the leak-prone part such as cracks and joints has defects such as tearing or lifting of the waterproof layer due to the influence generated from the behavior of the structure under complex deterioration conditions. This is to evaluate the performance of the waterproofing method afterwards. Therefore, by notifying only the pass or fail, the unique mechanical properties of the material or method used are notified to the test client to limit the physical properties of the test body, thereby determining and supplementing the weaknesses of the user material in advance to improve the high quality. We want to prevent damage from water leakage through production and distribution of materials.
