        정보(SW·AI) 교수효능감 측정도구 개발

        본 논문은 정보(SW·AI) 교수효능감 측정도구를 개발하기 위한 연구로, 연구의 목표를 달성하기 위해 세부적으로 기초 연구와 측정도구 타당화를 위한 연구로 절차를 구분하여 수행하였다. 기초 연구에서는 관련 연구 탐색을 통한 측정도구의 구성요인 도출, 전문가 검토를 통한 문항 초안 개발 등을 수행하였다. 측정도구 타당화를 위한 연구에서는 현직 중등 정보교사, 초등교사 및 예비 정보교사 211명을 대상으로 문항 초안에 대한 응답을 수집하고 탐색적 요인 분석 및 구성요인별 신뢰도 분석을 실시하여, 최종 측정도구를 개발하였다. 연구 결과 ‘정보 수업 가치관’, ‘정보 교수 전략’, ‘정보 인프라 활용’의 3개 요인 및 18개 문항으로 구성된 정보(SW·AI) 교수 효능감 측정도구를 개발할 수 있었다. The purpose of this study is to develop an instrument for informatics(SW·AI) teaching efficacy. To achieve the goal of the study, the study was conducted by dividing the procedure into a fundamental study and a study for the validation of instrument. In the fundamental study, the factors of instrument were derived through exploration of related research, and a draft item was developed through expert review. In the research for instrument validation, questions were targeted at 211 informatics teachers, elementary school teachers, and prospective informatics teachers, and exploratory factor analysis and reliability analysis by factors were conducted, and the final instrument was developed. As a result of the study, it was possible to develop a tool to measure the efficacy of informatics(SW·AI) teaching consisting of three factors – i. e. values of informatics(SW·AI) teaching, strategy of informatics(SW·AI) instruction, and utilization of informatics(SW·AI) infrastructure - and 18 questions.

        환자 교육이 류마티스관절염 환자의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 교육 시행자에 따른 무작위 임상 시험

        Objective. To examine the impact of patient education (PE) on patients’ satisfaction in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and to compare nurse-led education with medical doctor (MD)-led education. Methods. Patients were enrolled by categorizing in two groups, nurse-led and MD-led education, randomization was performed. Face-to-face education was conducted two times, and changes in patient satisfaction before and after PE were assessed using the visual analogue scale (VAS; 0 to100 mm) and patients’ satisfaction questionnaire (PSQ). Changes in patients’ reported outcomes (PRO) were measured using disease activity score with 28 joint-erythrocyte sedimentation rate (DAS28-ESR), health assessment questionnaire (HAQ), and European quality of life-5 dimension (EQ-5D). Changes in patients’ satisfaction and PRO between before and after PE were compared using paired t-test, and the comparison between nurse-led and MD-led education was analyzed using independent t-test. Results. A total of 120 patients, 60 patients from each group, were randomized to receive either nurse-led or MD-led education. Among them, 113 patients completely received education and final assessment. In total patients, patients’ satisfaction was significantly increased from 87.8±13.1 mm to 92.3±8.8 mm in VAS (p<0.01), and from 3.7±0.4 to 4.0±0.4 in PSQ (p<0.01). There was no improvement in DAS28-ESR, HAQ, but there was mild improvement in quality of life (QOL) after PE. Improvement of patients’ satisfaction by PSQ after nurse-led education was 0.4±0.4 and it was higher than 0.3±0.5 after MD-led education, but it was not statistically different (p=0.25). Conclusion. PE for RA patients improved patients’ satisfaction and QOL. Nurse-led education showed comparable improvement in patients’ satisfaction with MD-led education. (J Rheum Dis 2016;23:109-117)

        유아교사의 교수창의성, 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식과 놀이지원역량과의 관계

        본 연구에서 유아교사의 교수창의성, 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식과 놀이지원역량과의 관계에 기초하여 놀이지원역량에 대한 교수창의성과 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식의 상대적 설명력을 살펴보았다. 유치원과 어린이집에 재직 중인 만3-5세 담임교사 150명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 수집된 자료로 상관관계 및 회귀분석을 하였다. 연구결과, 유아교사의 놀이지원역량과 교수창의성 및 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식 간의 비교적 높은 정적인 상관관계를 확인하였다. 다음으로, 유아교사의 놀이지원역량에 있어 교수창의성과 테크놀로지 유아교수내용지식이 독자적으로 중요한 설명력을 지니는 요인임을 확인하였다. 특히 유아교사의 인지적, 정의적, 실천적 놀이지원역량 모두에서 가장 높은 설명력을 지니는 요인은 교수창의성 하위 요인 중 인성적 요인으로 나타났다. 유아교사의 놀이지원역량에 있어 인성적 창의성의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었으며 유아교사의 놀이지원역량을 향상시키기 위한 다양한 재교육 프로그램 및 교사 연수의 필요성과 방향성에 관해 제안하였다. This study examined the relationship among early childhood teachers’ teaching creativity, technological early childhood pedagogical content knowledge, and play support competency, and the relative explanatory power of teaching creativity and technological early childhood pedagogic content knowledge for play support competency. The subjects of the study were 150 homeroom teachers aged 3-5 working in kindergartens and day care centers. The collected data were analyzed for correlation and regression. The results of the study are as follows. First, a positive correlation was confirmed among early childhood teachers’ play support competency, teaching creativity, and technological early childhood pedagogical content knowledge. Second, it was confirmed that teaching creativity and technological early childhood pedagogical content knowledge are important explanatory factors for early childhood teachers’ play support competency. In particular, it was found that the factor with the most explanatory power for the cognitive, affective, and practical competencies of early childhood teachers’ play support competency was the personality factor of teaching creativity. Based on these results, the necessity of various teacher training and education programs to enhance the play support capacity of early childhood teachers was suggested.

      • 기업의 재택근무 현황과 특성분석 연구

        Most of Companies in modern society are seeking various ways to innovate human resource management to compete with domestic companies and improve competitiveness in the global market. Since the 2000s, with the development of IT technology and full-fledged networks, the environment in the external market of companies has changed rapidly, but the internal human resource management structure of companies has not made any significant changes. The worldwide epidemic of COVID-19 has provided an opportunity for rapid changes in the corporate structure of human resource management in terms of external changes in companies and internal human resource management. COVID-19 was a shock big enough to fundamentally change the internal changes of companies. As a result, corporate smart work has emerged as an important alternative to the paradigm shift of organizational members' work environment and human resource management activities. In the COVID-19 situation, each company introduced a smart work system as a way to solve social distancing measures in the form of face-to-face organizations. Currently, many companies are conducting smart work through telecommuting. Telecommuting is recognized as a new management innovation in business activities in that companies and organizational members can facilitate interactive communication beyond time and space through various IT technologies and network infrastructure. In this regard, this study aims to analyze the various achievements occurring in the field of human resource management as companies' telecommuting is in full swing, and to examine the impact and changes of the telecommuting status on individual characteristics and companies. In terms of corporate human resource management, the non-face-to-face paradigm shift of organizational members and the performance of telecommuting and the current status of companies were analyzed. By comprehensively examining the influencing factors that telecommuting has on the individual characteristics of organizational members, we have looked at the basis on which telecommuting can be activated as a positive role for both companies and organizational members.

      • 기업의 CSR 활동과 ESG 지표가 경영성과에 미치는 영향 연구

        In modern society, CSR activities are no longer a choice but a necessity. The CSR activities are being carried out in the direction of increasing corporate value in various ways beyond the level of volunteering or contribution. Accordingly, the ratio of companies investing in CSR activities is also increasing, and the interest of consumers and society is also growing. Various CSR activities carried out by companies will be evaluated as ESG of Korea Governance Service. The details of the evaluation of corporate responsibility and contribution to society are in the areas of environment, society, and governance, and the evaluation is generally conducted by ESG. ESG refers to a company's environment, society, and governance. ESG is recognized as a key factor that allows various factors to be considered when making investment decisions in companies conducted by the UN PRI (UN Principles for Socially Responsible Investment). In order to enable sustainable growth and management of a company, a company must establish a transparent governance structure and fulfill its social responsibility for activities that enhance the soundness of the company and for various factors in the environment and social aspects surrounding the company. Therefore, this paper analyzes the concept and current status of corporate CSR activities and ESG indicators, and examines the relationship of the results to the impact on the company. The purpose of this study is to examine whether the ESG evaluation factor that evaluates a company fulfilling its social responsibilities is effective as information in the decision-making of the company's stakeholders. Lastly, since corporate CSR activities cost a lot of money, in order to continuously carry out corporate voluntary CSR activities, we will examine the linkage between CSR activities and corporate management performance (financial and non-financial) together.
