        강직성 척추염 환자의 질병활성도와 불확실성이 불안과 우울에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to understand how disease activity and uncertainty influence anxiety and depression in patients with ankylosing spondylitis Methods: Participants were 125 patients with ankylosing spondylitis who had attended the rheumatology division of a university hospital. A structured questionnaire was used to assess disease activity, uncertainty, anxiety, and depression. The data gathered were analyzed using t-tests, ANOVAs, Pearson correlation coefficients, and a multiple regression. Results: Differences were observed in anxiety based on job status, and in depression based on age, marriage, and job status. Uncertainty and disease activity predicted patients' anxiety and explained 40% of the variance in this measure, and the relative influence of uncertainty (${\beta}=.38$, p<.001) was larger than that of disease activity (${\beta}=.30$, p<.001). Furthermore, uncertainty and disease activity predicted depression and explained 36% of the variance therein, and the relative influence of uncertainty (${\beta}=.27$, p=.002) and disease activity (${\beta}=.27$, p=.003) was similar. Conclusion: This study confirmed that disease activity and uncertainty influenced anxiety and depression in patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Therefore, efforts to decrease anxiety and depression in patients with this condition must take into consideration disease activity when implementing nursing interventions and should include strategies to lower uncertainty.

        대학생의 학습몰입, 자기주도학습, 학습성과가 비대면 온라인 수업만족도 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 대학생의 학습몰입, 자기주도학습, 학습성과가 온라인 수업만족도에 미치는 영향요인을 파악하여 비대면 온라인 수업의 효과를 극대화하고, 활성화할 방안의 기초자료를 제공하고자 시도된 서술적 조사연구이다. 대학생의 학습몰입, 자기주도학습, 학습성과, 온라인 수업만족도는 유의한 정적인 상관관계를 보였고, 온라인 수업만족도에 학습몰입, 학습성과는 정적인 영향이 있었으나 자기주도학습은 직접적인 영향은 없었다. 온라인 수업만족도에 대한 설명력은 49%였다. 본 연구결과에 따라 온라인 수업만족도를 높이기 위해서 온라인 수업에 대한 대학생의 학습몰입, 학습성과를 향상시킬 방안이 필요하다. 또한 교수자와 대학은 온라인 수업의 질적인 향상을 위한 적극적인 노력과 지원이 요구된다. This study is a descriptive research study to verify the relationship between university students' learning flow, self-directed learning, learning outcomes, and online class satisfaction, and to identify factors that influence online class satisfaction. There was a significant positive correlation between university students' learning flow, self-directed learning, learning outcomes, and online class satisfaction. Online class satisfaction had a positive effect on learning flow and learning outcomes, but self-directed learning had no direct effect. The explanatory power of online class satisfaction was 49%. Based on the above results, in order to increase online class satisfaction, a plan is needed to improve university students' learning flow and learning outcomes for online classes. In addition, instructor and university are required to actively endeavor and support to improve the quality of online classes.

        중년기 직장여성의 직무스트레스와 삶의 질의 관계에 대한 갱년기 증상의 매개효과

        Purpose: This study was conducted to explore the mediating effect of menopausal symptoms in the relationship between occupational stress and quality of Life in middle-aged working women Method: Data collection was conducted from May 2019 to July 2019. A sample of 130 middle-aged working women was recruited from three cities in Korea. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-tset, ANOVA, Scheffé test, pearson correlation, and a three step regression analysis. The mediating effect was analyzed using PROCESS macro with a 95.0% bias corrected bootstrap confidence interval (5,000 bootstraps resampling). Results: Quality of life had a negative correlation with occupational stress and menopausal symptoms, while there was a positive correlation between occupational stress and menopausal symptoms. Menopausal symptoms showed a direct effect on quality of life through occupational stress as a mediating variable. Conclusion: These results suggest that menopausal symptoms should be considered when developing interventions to improve quality of life through occupational stress control of middle-aged working women

        자율실습에서의 상호동료 교수법 적용경험에 대한 융합적 연구: 핵심기본간호술 투약간호를 중심으로

        본 연구의 목적은 상호동료 교수법을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 자율실습(투약단원을 중심으로)이 간호대학생의 학습에 미치는 영향을 심층적으로 이해하기 위함이다. 연구참여자는 간호학과 4학년 학생 15명이었으며, 심층면담을 통해 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 자료를 분석한 결과, '학습동기 유발', '자기주도 학습', '성취도 향상', '학습요구 불충족'의 4개의 주제가 도출되었다. 상호동료 교수법을 적용한 핵심기본간호술 자율실습은 참여자들에게 편안한 환경과 자신감 향상으로 학습동기를 유발하고, 주도적인 사전학습 및 학습자의 언어로 학습할 기회를 얻는 긍정적인 경험이 있었다. 하지만, 추가적인 지식확장이 어렵고 충분하지 않은 학습요구로 불안감을 느끼는 경험도 있었다. 이에 상호동료 교수법을 자율실습에 적용할 때, 교수자는 학습자의 학습요구를 충분히 만족시키는 방안을 적용하면 효과적일 것으로 생각된다. The purpose of this study is to understand in-depth the effect of self-directed practice in for core fundamental nursing skills applying reciprocal peer tutoring on the learning of nursing college students. The study participants were 15 students in the 4th grade of the department of nursing, and data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results of analysis resulted in four themes: 'motivation of learning', 'self-directed learning', 'improving achievement', and 'insufficient learning requirements'. The core fundamental nursing skills applying reciprocal peer tutoring has a positive experience of inducing motivation of learning for participants through a comfortable environment and improving self-confidence, and gaining opportunities to lead prior learning and learn in the learner's language. However, there have been experiences where additional knowledge expansion is difficult and feelings of insecurity is felt due to insufficient learning requirements. Therefore, when applying the reciprocal peer tutoring method to self-directed practice, it is considered to be effective if the professor applies a method that can sufficiently satisfy the learner's learning needs.

        The test method for biologics of lot release system is based on 'Test procedure and specification for biological products,' generally, thimerosal content is measured by chemical analysis using O.D. In this study, the comparative analysis was carried out using the gold amalgamation method for thimerosal content was compared to the existing methods, which are described above. The gold amalgamation method, which uses atomic absorption spectrophotometry, was meets all the method validation acceptance criteria. It is considered to be proper as the assay and identification test for thimerosal. In this study, the comparative analysis was performed three times. As a result, gold amalgamation method is more convenient and easy to perform as this assay doesn't have pre-treatment procedure. Also this assay showed good precision and reproducibility compared to the conventional method. Therefore, it is appropriate to alternate the assay method of thimerosal from the conventional chemical analysis to gold amalgamation method to improve the credibility of lot release system and the quality control of biologics, by standardizing test method.

        국내 대학생에게 적용한 플립러닝의 체계적 고찰 및 메타분석 - 자기주도학습, 학습동기, 효능감, 학업성취도를 중심으로 -

        Purpose: This study aimed to provide a systematic review and meta-analysis of research on flipped learning effects applied to university students. Methods: The random effect model was applied to 21 papers to calculate the effect size. To verify the moderation effect, a meta regression analysis and meta ANOVA were performed. Publication bias was verified through a funnel plot, and then an Eggers regression test was conducted. Results: The overall average effect size was .69 (95% CI: .51-.87), showing a median effect size, which was statistically significant. The outcome variables were in the order of learning motivation (Hedges’ g=.83), self-directed learning (Hedges’ g=.78), learning achievement (Hedges’ g=.66), and efficacy (Hedges’ g=.50), which were statistically significant. Conclusion: Flipped learning was found to be statistically significant in improving self-directed learning, learning motivation, efficacy, and learning achievement amng university students. It is suggestd that this method be actively applied in university education.

        간호대학생의 평가두려움과 시험불안이 사회불안에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 간호대학생을 대상으로 평가에 대한 두려움과 시험불안이 사회불안에 미치는 영향을 파악하기 위해 실시한 서술적 조사연구이다. 연구 대상자는 일개 대학교의 간호학과 학생 383명으로 2015년 6월부터 7월까지 평가에 대한 두려움, 시험불안 및 사회불안에 대해 구조화된 설문지를 사용하여 조사하였다. 연구결과, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움, 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움 및 시험불안이 사회불안에 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었고, 이들 변수는 간호대학생의 사회불안을 30% 예측 설명하였다. 간호대학생의 사회불안은 경제상태, 간호학 전공만족도, 학업스트레스에 따라 차이가 있었으며, 긍정적 평가에 대한 두려움(r=.45, p<.001), 부정적 평가에 대한 두려움(r=.29, p<.001) 및 시험불안(r=.29, p<.001)과 정 상관관계가 있었다. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 평가에 대한 두려움과 시험불안이 사회불안의 영향요인임을 검증하였다는데 의의가 있다. 간호대학생 대상의 사회불안 중재 프로그램을 개발 및 적용해 볼 것을 제안한다. 또한 간호대학생의 사회불안을 사전에 스크리닝하여 중재프로그램을 적용하는 방안도 필요하다. This study is a descriptive research study conducted to investigate the influence of fear of evaluation and test anxiety on social anxiety among nursing students. The subjects were 383 nursing students in a university and surveyed the structured questionnaires for evaluation fear, test anxiety and social anxiety from June to July 2015. As a result, it was found that fear of positive evaluation, fear of negative evaluation and test anxiety were found to affect social anxiety, and these variables predicted social anxiety of nursing students by 30%. The social anxiety of nursing students verified differences according to the economic condition, satisfaction of major in nursing, and academic stress, and that there was a positive correlation between fear of positive evaluation (r=.45, p<.001), fear of negative evaluation (r=.29, p<.001) and test anxiety (r=.29, p<.001). This study is significant in that fear of evaluation and test anxiety of nursing students are verified to be factors affecting social anxiety. We suggest that a social anxiety intervention program be developed and applied for nursing students. Also, it is necessary secure a strategy to apply the intervention program by screening social anxiety of nursing students in advance.

        수두생바이러스백신 국가표준품 (2차) 제조 및 확립에 관한 연구

        수두 생바이러스 백신과 같은 생물의약품은 다양한 물질이 복합적으로 구성되어 있어 단순한 물리·화학적 분석방법만으로는 그 특성을 규명할 수 없다. 따라서 이러한 생물의약품의 품질을 평가하기 위해서는 표준품이 필수적이다. 2002년과 2003년에 제조 및 확립한 1차 국가표준품의 재고량 소진 및 역가 감소에 따라 식품의약품안전평가원에서는 수두 생바이러스 백신의 2차 국가표준품을 확립하기 위하여 2008년 용역연구사업을 통해 국내의 수두 생바이러스 백신 제조회사에서 표준품 후보물질을 제조하였으며, 국가표준품후보물질의 역가산정을 위하여 국내 제조사 및 식품의약품안전평가원에서 공동연구를 수행하였다. 국내제조사를 포함한 3개의 공동연구 시험소에서 7회 이상의 반복시험을 수행하여 얻은 공동연구 결과를 통계학적으로 분석한 결과 3곳의 공동연구 시험소의 통합역가에 대한 변이계수 (coefficient variation, CV)는 1.24%로 각 시험소간의 기하평균 (GMT) 변동 수준이 매우 낮음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한, 수두 생바이러스 백신의 2차 국가표준품의 표시역가는 4.26 log10 PFU/0.5 mL로 산정하였다. Biological products, such as live varicella vaccine, are composed of biological substances derived from biological organisms. It is very difficult to identify these biologics’ characteristics by analysis of simple physical and chemical methods alone. So the reference material is essential in order to evaluate the quality of bilogics. The 1’st national standard for varicella live vaccine was manufactured, established in 2002 and 2003, and have been used for the manufacturer’s quality control and national lot release since then. As the lack of its availability and the decrease of its stability, this study was initiated by National Institute of Food and Drug Safety Evaluation (NiFDS) in 2008 to manufacture and establish the 2nd national standard for varicella live vaccine. The candidate material was manufactured from one of domestic manufacterers and the joint research of the NiFDS and manufacturers of varicella live vaccine was conducted to estimate of the reliable virus content. In the collaborative study, 3 laboratories including NiFDS performed the virus content test more than 7 times and all assay results were statistically analyzed. The mean coefficient of variation (CV) was 1.24%, and the geometric mean titre (GMT) variation range of each laboratory was low. On the basis of the results of this study, the candidate material of 2nd national standard for varicella live vaccine was assigned a potency of 4.26 log10 pfu/0.5 mL, when reconstituted in 0.7 mL.
