        황련해독탕(黃連解毒湯)이 Dextran Sulfate Sodium 유도 마우스 대장염에 미치는 영향

        Objectives : Hwangyeonhaedok-tang(HHDT) has been traditionally used for various clinical symptoms associated with gastrointestinal disorder, cardiovascular diseases, and inflammation in the Oriental medicine. However, little is known for antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of HHDT on dextran-sulfate sodium(DSS)-induced colitis in mice. Methods : In this study, we investigated an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects of HHDT on DSS-induced colitis in mice. An experimental colitis was induced by daily treatment with 5% DSS. HHDT was orally administrated the various concentrations(25-100 mg/kg, body weight/day) for 7 days with one time per day. Results : HHDT reduced significantly clinical sign of DSS-induced colitis, including body weight loss, shorten colon length, disease activity index(DAI), and histological colon injury. HHDT also inhibited significantly serum NO and prostaglandine $E_2(PGE_2)$ productions in DSS-induced colitis mice. Furthermore, HDDT increased significantly an superoxide anion(SOD), catalase, and glutathione peroxidase(GPx) activity of the colon tissue in DSS-induced colitis mice. Conclusions : These results suggest that HHDT administration could reduce significantly the clinical signs and inflammatory mediators, and increase antioxidant activity in DSS-induced colitis model mice and is a good candidate for further evaluation as an effective anti-ulcerative agent.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 형개(荊芥)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This report describes 86 prescriptions related to the use of Herba Schizonepetae main blended from Dongeuibogam. The following conclusions were drawn through investigations on the prescriptions that use Herba Schizonepetae as a key component. Prescriptions that Herba Schizonepetae was taken as a monarch drug are utilized for22 therapeutic purposes, for example, eye disease, abscess disease, head and tooth, and woman disease. In particular, 16.3% of prescriptions appear in the chapter of eye. Prescriptions that utilize Herba Schizonepetae as the main component are used in the treatment of eye, abscess and woman disease, head disease, tooth disease and they are also used for treating 56 different types of disease. Herba Schizonepetae is used in pathogenic factors such as wind and used in pathology related to the liver and stomach system. The dosage of Herba Schizonepetae is 1pun 3li(about 0.49g) to 4don(about 14g), however 5pun 3li(about 1.99g)~1don(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. Bangpungtang and Saenglyosamultang are the most useful base prescriptions which use the Herba Schizonepetae as the main ingredient.

        동의보감(東醫寶鑑) 중(中) 패모(貝母)가 주약(主藥)으로 배오(配伍)된 방제(方劑)의 활용(活用)에 대한 고찰(考察)

        This report describes 48 studies related to the use of Bulbus Fritillariae main blended prescriptions from Donguibogam. The following conclusions were reached through investigations on the prescriptions that use Bulbus Fritillariae as a key ingredient. All kinds of infection in a cough and the malignant tumor recorded the largest number of clinical frequency of the prescriptions in therapeutic use when Bulbus Fritillariae was taken as a principle medicine. The Prescriptions are compounded with Bulbus Fritillariae as a principle medicine can aplly to respiratory disease, eye disease, nose and ear disease, throat disease, a boil. Various pathogenic factors such as consumptive disease, phlegm, phlegm-fire, invasion by wind, affective by cold, fire, dyspepsia-fire are put to practical use. The dosage of Bulbus Fritillariae is 5 bun (about 1.88g) to 1 lyang(about 37.5g), however 1 jeon(about 3.75g) has been taken the most for clinical application. With examination the formulae of presciptions containing Bulbus Fritillariae, I found the basic prescriptions as well as the medicines are in conjunction with Bulbus Fritillariae and the theoretic grounds of formula in combining Bulbus Fritillariae as a group of medicine for presciption through this reseach.

        내무생활관의 난방시 쾌적성 향상 방안

        The purpose of this study is to find out how a thermal environment for the military barracks can be improved from an inequality of a room temperature and discomfort of the residents with the existing radiator heating. The thermal comfort of a radiator heating and a radiant floor heating are compared and analyzed by means of CFD simulation (Airpak 2.1). The simulations for two cases are conducted : radiator repositioning and the application of a radiant floor heating. The results are as follows: The existing heating that three radiators are installed along the external wall is more comfortable than the radiator repositioning that one radiator is moved to the internal wall. The latter shows low temperature due to the inadequate management of infiltration load. But both of radiator heating is not more comfortable than a radiant floor heating for the military barracks. A radiant floor heating can maintain the comfortable condition owing to a relatively high temperature and uniform room temperature distribution. But, it needs to design a proper perimeter zone to prevent a discomfort of the residents adjacent to the external wall due to cold draft. On the basis of this study, it is suggested that the radiant floor heating system should be adopted for the thermal comfort for the military barracks.

        전위된 관절 내 종골 골절에 대한 Essex-Lopresti 변형 정복술

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effectiveness and indications of the modified Essex-Lopresti reduction in calcaneal fractures. Materials and Methods: We reviewed retrospectively 41 cases of displaced intraarticular calcaneal fractures. The fracture was reduced with Essex-Lopresti technique with modification in compression of the lateral wall with the specially designed compression device instead of the operator's hands. We evaluated the results of treatment by AOFAS scale and the radiographic parameters including the Bohler's angle, calcaneal width, calcaneofibular distance and the congruency of the posterior facet. Results: Boler's angle was restored from 11 to 29.6 degrees on average, heel width was reduced to 112% of contralateral value, the calcaneofibular gap was restored up to 87.9% of contralateral side, and the articular surface of the posterior facet was restored less than 2 mm of step off and less than 2 mm of gap. AOFAS scale averaged 87 points. The quality of reduction was best in Sander's type II fractures. Small sized fragments in type III fractures could not be reduced. The results were better when the reductions were performed within 24 hours of injury. Conclusion: The modified Essex-Lopresti reduction was less invasive, easy to perform, and the results of treatment were similar to those of open reduction; it seemed to be a reasonable alternative for the selected intraarticular calcaneal fractures.

        성인 여성에서 체중 부하에 따른 발 크기 변화

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to assess the amount of changes in the foot size on weight bearing in adult women, which might help in choosing an appropriate size of the shoes. Materials and Methods: The authors measured the length and width of the feet of 200 healthy women on weight bearing and non-weight bearing, and the size of the shoes they wore. Results: Foot length and width differences between right and left sides were 2.53 mm and 2.16 mm respectively on non-weight bearing, and 2.47 mm and 1.77 mm respectively on weight bearing. Foot length and width increased by 2.89% and 7.50% respectively on weight bearing than those on non-weight bearing. Shoe width was 6.82% longer and 9.54% narrower than the weight bearing foot size. There were 25 women who had shoe-related foot pain, all of them wore shoes that were 13.01 % or more narrower than the weight bearing foot width. Foot pain was significantly correlated with the shoe-foot width difference(p=0.0001). Conclusion: The foot size was increased by 2.89% in length and 7.50% in width with weight bearing. The width of their shoes was narrower. than the weight bearing foot width. Shoe-related foot pain was correlated with the foot-shoe width difference.

        터널막장 단층피쇄대의 지반특성 분석에 대한 사례연구

        연구지역은 옥천변성대에 속하며 단층파쇄대가 터널굴착방향과 평행하게 존재하여 막장면의 자립성 저하 및 이에 따르는 터널 주변지반의 이완 등으로 터널 내에 과도한 변위가 발생하였다. 이에 따라 단층파쇄대의 영향범위를 파악하고 특성을 분석하기 위하여 TSP(Tunnel Seismic Prediction)탐사를 수행하였다. 또한 막장면 조사와 시추조사를 병행 실시하여 거동원인을 분석하고 전방 파쇄대의 예측을 통하여 터널 굴착 및 지보에 영향을 주는 지질구조대나 용수대의 위치와 규모를 확인하였다. 조사결과를 토대로 터널형상 및 그에 따른 지층상태를 3차원으로 모델링 하였다. 모델링된 개체 내에 포함된 여러 변수(함유량, 물성치, 암반등급 등 모든 정량적인 수치)는 지구통계학적 기법을 통해 분석하였다. 모델링 결과를 분석하면 단층파쇄대에 의한 풍화대의 분포가 티널우측을 중심으로 발달하면서 좌측으로 그 범위가 감소하고 있다. 단층파쇄대는 주향 N0-5°E, 경사 NW의 방향성을 가지며, 여러 개의 지질이상대를 포함한 대규모의 파쇄대로 이루어진 것으로 확인되었다. 터널내 과대변위는 해당구간에 밀집된 불연속면의 상호교차 및 단층대에 의한 터널 좌우측 암반강도 불균형으로 편하중이 발생한 것으로 판단되며 그라우팅 등의 터널보강공법이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. The area of investigation belongs to Okchon metamorphic zone and the fault fractured zone runs parallel to the tunnel direction. It causes the independent decline of tunnel face and the slackness of the tunnel surrounding base so, after all, the severe displacement has occurred within the tunnel. Accordingly, the TSP(Tunnel Seismic Prediction) survey has been performed to investigate the extent of fault fractured zone and to analize its characteristics. Also, we have analized the behavior causes by performing the tunnel face mapping and drilling investigation, and confirmed the position and scale of geological anomaly area and front fractured zone which influences tunnel excavation and supporting. Collected data analyzed ground layer condition through 3 dimensional modeling. Several variables included in the modeling were analyzed by geostastistics. The analysis of the modeling data shows that the belt of weathering by fault fractured zone is developing on the basis of the right side of tunnel and that is decreasing to the left side. The fault fractured zone was confirmed that it has strike NO - 5°E, dip NW, and it is consisted of large-scale fractured zone including several anomalies. The severe displacement in tunnel is probably caused by asymmetrical load that was generated by the crossing of discontinuity and the rock strength imbalance of tunnel's both side by fault fractured zone, and judge that need tunnel reinforcement method of grouting etc.
