This study investigated the Oriental medicine knowledge and educational requirement of medical staff working in Oriental-Western collaborative medicine hospitals(except for Oriental and Western medicine doctors) based on the recognition that not only mutual understanding and cooperation between Oriental and Western medicine doctors but also the knowledge of Oriental medicine of medical support staff such as nurses, medical technologists, pharmacists and administrative staff are very important to promote Oriental-Western collaborative medical treatment. The study results are summarized as follows : First, it was found that the ratio of nurses who took Oriental medicine education was much higher than those of other groups. They took Oriental medicine education in the types of school curriculum (27.0%) and special lectures in workplace(20.4%). Second, many of the people who took Oriental medicine education were found to be not satisfied with the education in general - 32.7% of them answered the education content was "so so" and 48.4% of them answered "unsatisfactory." Third, the general necessity of Oriental medicine education was found to be an average of 3.60 out of 5, and the number was higher "after employment"(average=3.85) than "before employment"(average=3.04). Fourth, the study found that Oriental-Western collaborative medicine hospital staff are well aware of the necessity of the knowledge of Oriental medicine in the cases of communications between different occupational types, consultations with patients or their guardians, treatment and nursing and the establishment of the practice of specialized Oriental medicine institutes. Fifth, the levels of Oriental medicine knowledge showed a difference in average value according to the role range(p<0.000), and it was found that there is an interaction effect between occupation type and role range(p<0.015).

최근 네트워크 상에 새롭고 다양한 어플리케이션들이 생겨나면서 이에 따른 적절한 어플리케이션별 서비스 제공을 위한 패킷 분류 방법이 요구되고 있다. 이로 인하여 딥 러닝 기술이 발전 하면 서 이를 이용한 네트워크 트래픽 분류 방법들이 제안되고 있다. 따라서,본 논문에서는 접 러닝 기 술 중 Convolution Neural Network 와 Recurrent Neural Network 를 동시에 활용 한 네트워크 패킷 분류 방법을 제안한다.

Training data of the deep learning model for the control of the above-knee prosthesis should have a sufficient amount of data to fit with the model. Also, this data can be used for gait classification to control the prosthesis. However, in real-time control, the number of the gait dynamics data counted by the sensor is only measured to the level that the deep learning model is difficult to learn., In this study, the most efficient deep learning model case was developed to resolve this problem in the case of a real-time control situation where data measurement time is insufficient. The data is collected through a hall sensor, load cell and Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) mounted on the above-knee prosthesis. Subsequently, the collected data is divided into 5 phases (Loading Response (LR), Mid Stance (MS), Push Off (PO), Early Swing (ES), and Late Swing (LS)) of the gait cycle according to the point of inflection of hall sensors and load cells. Afterward, training data of the deep learning were generated by sliding window algorithm and the treated data was exercised on four deep learning models by changing the value of width and depth configurations. The results are assessed on accuracy, loss and F1-Score. In conclusion, the loss function statistically decreased in the case of the values of width and depth of the deep learning model were low. Accuracy and F1-Score were not shown significant difference statistically. Therefore, the results provided an efficient deep learning model for above-knee prosthesis to gait analysis and expected to lead to a more reasonable gait model for the control of the above-knee prosthesis via a more detailed gait classification study in the future.

Japenses encephalitis (JE)는 동아시아에서 가장 흔한 뇌염의 원인 중 하나이며 사망률과합병증 발생률이 높은 질환이다. 그러나 최근 국내에서는 국가차원의 예방접종 및 숙주 조절로 인해 JE의 발생빈도가 급격히 줄었으며, 특히 최근 10년간 9세 이하의 소아에서는 보고된 예가 없다. 따라서 소아에서 발생한 뇌염의 원인으로 먼저 고려하지 않는 것이 일반적이나 특징적인 MRI 소견과 함께 혈액 및 뇌척수액의 일본뇌염바이러스 항체 양성으로 진단된 소아의 JE 1례가 발견되었다. 환자는 발병 당시 생후 9개월로, 발열 및 열성경련을 주소로 내원하였으며 이후 경련 및 의식저하가 지속되고 호흡부전 및 자율신경계 기능이상을 동반한 나쁜 경과를 보였으나 스테로이드 및 면역글로불린 치료를 병행하면서 서서히 호전되었다. 이와 같이 특히 접종 이전의 소아에서 특히 특징적인 MRI 이상을 동반한 뇌염의 경우 JE를 반드시 감별해야 하며 의심되는 경우 예후 향상을 위해 스테로이드 및 면역글로불린 등의 치료를 고려할 수 있겠다. Japanese encephalitis is one of the leading causes of acute encephalitis in Asia. But in Korea, the number of Japanese encephalitis cases has dropped considerably due to mass vaccination and vector control. Especially, there were no case reports under the age of 9 years during the last ten years. We will describe a case of a previously healthy 7-month old boy who presented with fever and seizure. The patient was diagnosed with Japanese encephalitis, based on the cerebrospinal fluid and serum antibody analyses for the Japanese encephalitis virus. Typical brain magnetic resonance image findings of Japanese encephalitis were observed. The patient received extensive conservative treatment including high dose intravenous corticosteroid treatment and immunoglobulin. In spite of severe hemodynamic instability, the patient survived, and he is currently in a vegetative state with respiratory assist by a home ventilator. Although the incidence of Japanese encephalitis dropped dramatically in Korea, pediatricians should always consider the diagnosis as one of the possibilities for patients with encephalitis, especially if the patient is not immunized for JEV. Since there is no specific treatment for JEV, timely and comprehensive conservative care is critical to reduce the mortality and morbidity.
국내 소재 글로벌 제약사의 연구개발 규모 및 현황 : 2016~2020년 5년 간 설문조사

While the importance of the global pharmaceutical industry is growing owing to continued new drug developments and R&D investments, the scale of global pharmaceutical companies in Korea remains unclear. We therefore investigated the R&D status of global pharmaceutical companies in Korea through an annual survey from 2016 to 2020. We assessed five factors annually and their trend over the 5-year period: costs, personnel, number of clinical trials, number of clinical trial subjects, and others. We then examined the correlation among factors and further compared the trend between each factor and the gross domestic product (GDP). Of 35 companies that responded, 25 responded for five consecutive years and showed a steady increase in the cost, personnel, and the number of clinical trials. While costs and personnel increased more than the GDP over the 5-year period, the number of clinical trials remained similar; number of clinical trial subjects highly fluctuated year-by-year. Moreover, a high correlation was found for cost and personnel (r>0.8852), and cost and the number of clinical trials (r>0.8452). In conclusion, costs, personnel, and the number of clinical trials of global pharmaceutical companies in Korea steadily increased from 2016 to 2020 and thus, have continuously contributed to the domestic economy.
