일반 대중의 계몽을 그 주된 목적으로 하는 세계박람회에서는 문명의 욕구를 충족시키기 위하여 인간이 활용할 수 있는 수단을 전시할 수 있고 또한 특정 분야 또는 제반 분야에서 인류의 노력으로 성취된 발전상을 전시하거나 미래에 대한 비전을 제시할 수 있다. 즉, 세계박람회는 인류가 이룩한 문명의 발전 성과를 특정한 주제에 맞추어 한자리에 비교, 전시함으로써 이전까지 축적한 인류 사회의 지식과 기술을 함께 나누고 다가오는 미래에 대한 비전을 제시하고 새로운 인류 문명을 창조해 가는 경제, 문화 분야의 종합 올림픽이라 할 수 있다. 이러한 인류의 대축제인 엑스포에서 특히 최대 규모로 진행하고는 상해 엑스포에 전시된 한국과 이태리와의 전시관의 문화적, 주제별, 표현기술, 시공기법 등의 공통점과 차이점을 분석, 고찰함으로써 문화적, 역사적공통점을 찾아내고 한국의 문화를 알리는 차기 엑스포에 발전적 모습으로 표현되기 위한 연구 자료로 제시되기를 기대한다. Specially, study of space that can use various materials efficiently with bodily size government official because various of man and woman old and the young etc.. are using in occasion of the train is urgently required. Specially, railroad chair is a product that material and standard, structure, human body engineering, a finish etc. is studied variously. In the case of advanced nation, in case of design a chair operating time of railroad, is placed as all standards orderly and harmonious because is considered exercise dynamics etc.. and designs. The other side, in the case of our country, study expert of chair is short real and is depending on technological data of overseas railway vehicle. Chair for railroad must consider removal of short-range, long distance. That have to be consider to a lot of uncomfortable such as psychological satisfaction of user because the domestic Motor Companies are defining in fair development study and many researchers but the railroad chair company are not accumulated professional manpower and technological know-how. Railway vehicle can recognize that overseas visitors as well as native is important element as space that space is exposed internationally by product that Public personality which used cultural value is strong. Therefore, wish to plan valid spec relationship presentation of various design and specification, function etc.. and contribute to railroad chair development design process lists and analyzes van instances of railway vehicle chair of inside and outside of the country through this study.

Nowadays, prevention and management of acute esophageal variceal bleeding have been established with powerful evidence and plenty of experience. Endoscopic variceal ligation is playing a pivotal role and evolution of drug therapy has being progressed in prevention and management for acute esophageal variceal bleeding. Various treatment modalities have been tried for acute gastric variceal bleeding. Endoscopic variceal obliteration becomes first-line therapy and intervention radiological approaches are also effective and promising treatment. Further studies are needed to confirm a proper prophylaxis of acute gastric variceal bleeding.

노령인구의 증가로 인하여 노인 병원, 실버타운에 설치되는 유니버설키친의 보급이 필요하며 하루에 수차례 조리 및 세척 등 다양한 동작을 고려한 디자인 필요하다. 현대 주방공간의 유형이 생활환경의 개선과 주거문화의 과학화에 대한 연구가 진행되고 노인인구의 증가, 장애인의 복지에 대한 관심이 높아지면서 주방에 있어서 기존의 단순한 수납기능의 공간에서 벗어나 장애인 및 노인들의 인체 공학적 접근에 의한 규격 및 치수, 재질, 심리적 만족도를 높일 수 있는 제품들이 꾸준히 개발되고 있다. 특히 주방공간의 경우 단순한 조리를 위한 공간이기 보다 주부이외에 남녀노소 할 것 없이 다양한 대상들이 사용을 하고 있어 신체의 치수관리와 각종 식기류 및 음식물, 조리기수, 폐기물, 다양한 조리용 Tool을 효율적으로 수납, 사용할 수 있는 공간으로서의 연구가 절실히 요구되고 있다 노인, 장애자의 행동 분석을 통한 규격화한 디자인을 제시하여 건강한 노후생활을 영위하도록 지원해야하며 동작의 최소화된 제품 개발하여 정보와 인지의 직관적 작동이 가능하도록 설계되어야한다. 조작이 단순하고 간편하여 적은 힘으로 작동이 가능한 제품 개발해야한다. 국내의 유니버설 주방 공간 System의 선진사례들을 나열, 분석하여 유니버설 키친의 설계에 유효한 규격의 제시를 도모하고 장애인, 노인들의 사용자들을 위한 사례분석과 평가를 통한 다양한 제품들의 사례를 제시하고자 한다. I need design that need universal kitchen’s supply that establish to old man hospital due to augmentation of aged population, silver town and considers various action such as cooking and wash at the kitchen a day. Modern universal kitchen’s type researches about improvement of living environment and science of residing culture proceeds and depart in space of existent simple receipt function in the kitchen as elderly population’s augmentation, interest about disabled person’s welfare rises and products that can enhance spec by ergonomic vicinity of disabled person and old mans and dimension, material, psychological satisfaction etc. developed steadily. In particular, receive bodily spec and various table wares and food, cooking tools, waste, tool for various mesh dipper etc. efficiently because man and woman old and the young’s various targets are using except housewife rather than there is space for simple logic in universal kitchen’s occasion, research of usable space is urgently required Should supports so that run healthy duty life because project design formalizing through old man, disabled person’s behavior analysis and develops minimize product of action and should be designed so that intuitive operation of information and human wisdom is possible. Because manufacturing simple and simple, should develop product that operation is possible by force that is less.
