      • 남해 소라 및 북소라 소분지 일대의 탄성파단면 해석

        국내 대륙붕 6-2광구 내 소라 및 북소라 소분지 일대의 반사법 탄성파탐사 자료 해석을 통하여 분지 발달사에 대한 연구를 수행하였다. 소라 및 북소라 소분지는 크게는 도미 분지에 속하는 분지로 위치상으로는 일본의 후쿠에 분지와 함께 동중국해 분지의 북동쪽 경계에 위치한다. 분지 내 층의 연령을 결정하기 위해서 일본측의 탄성파해석 자료를 중심으로 시추공자료를 이용하였다. 이를 통해 4개의 층준을 해석하였으며 이 층준들은 분지 내 퇴적물을 다음과 같이 총 5개의 구간으로 나누었다; Y구간(기반암), Q구간(에오세$\sim$중기 올리고세), M 구간(중기 올리고세$\sim$초기 마이오세), L 구간(초기 마이오세$\sim$후기 마이오세), D 구간(후기 마이오세$\sim$현재). 이와 더불어 소라 및 북소라 소분지의 주 분지경계단층과 퇴적구조를 해석하였다. 주 분지경계단층의 주향, 분지 내 퇴적층의 경사방향, 분지의 분포 그리고 성장단층의 발달 유무 등의 차이를 관찰하였는데 이를 통해서 소라 소분지가 북소라 소분지 보다 먼저 발달한 것으로 추측된다. The seismic interpretation was carried out to understand the evolution of the Sora and North Sora Sub-basins, South Sea of Korea. Both sub-basins belong to the Domi Basin, which is located in the northeastern margin of East China Sea Basin with Fukue Basin of Japan. Age assignment of each strata in this study was based on the data of boreholes and seismic interpretation in NW Japan. Four regional horizons were identified, and five geological units; Y(basement), Q(Eocene$\sim$Middle Oligocene), M(Middle Oligocene$\sim$Early Miocene), L(Early Miocene$\sim$Late Miocene) and D(Late Miocene$\sim$Present) groups in ascending order. Structural trends of the main boundary faults and the basin-fill sediment are different between the Sora and North Sora Sub-basins; i.e., trend of the main boundary-faults, dip of horizons, distribution of basin and development of growth fault. These results imply that the Sora Sub-basin would have opened earlier than the North Sora Sub-basin.

        前方地域住民의 營養 및 食習慣 實態調査 (第1報)

        This survey was carried out to obtain an information for the improvement of nutrition and the enlightment of dietary life in a near by area of DMZ during the later part of July, 1981.<br/> A total of 50 households were selected from Tonghyun-ri, Yunchun-eup, Yunchun, Gyunggi province.<br/> As a results of survey, the average intake of vegetable food was as high as 98% and that of the protein intake of good quality was not sufficient. Generally energy and nutrients intakes were higher than the recommended dietary allowances and national nutrition survey data of Korean. There were no remarkable clinical symptoms related with nutritional deficiency on the entire target, but were some clinical symptoms related with vitamin deficiency on the children. The housewives lived at targe1 area have a tendency to like the food which they are used to eat daily, and that food was mostly self-supplyed.

        인삼부산물이 (人蔘副産物) 흰쥐의 심장 및 역환 Cholesterol 함량에 미치는 영향

        Out country has been produced much amounts of panax ginseng roots which has a stimulating effects on the metabolism of protein, lipid and nucleic acids in the body. And the leaf trunk of panax ginseng were also produced a considerable amounts as the by-products. Therefore, this study was devised to observe the nutritional effect to rats feeding of rice diet supplemented with by-products of panax ginseng, male Albino rats of pure strain weighing 73.8±0.7g were used as experimental animal to investigate the changes of cholesterol in heart and testis. The animals were divided into sixteen diet group, they were the protein contents of 9%, 12%, 15% and 18% supplemented with 2% panax ginseng roots and its by - products respectively. The group without the supplements were used as the control. The diet group were again divided into 」 groups according to the feeding terms 4 weeks and 8 weeks. It is concluded that the free from cholesterol and total cholesterol contents in the heart and testis with the supplements of panax ginseng roots and its by - products showed significant difference compared to the control group.

        보리잎 분말차의 제조와 그 품질특성

        다양한 생리활성을 함유한 보리잎을 이용하여 관능적으로 우수한 보리잎 분말차를 제조하는 방법을 개발하고 분말차의 기능성 성분함량을 분석하였다. 다양한 실험조건으로 보리잎차를 제조한 후 관능적으로 우수한 제조조건을 선발하였다. 그 결과 보리잎 분말차를 제조하는 공정은 보리잎을 절단, 세척하는 전처리 공정, 100℃에서 30초간 가열하는 증열공정, 130℃에서 40분간 처리하는 조유공정, 실온에서 25분간 처리하는 유념공정, 60℃로 30분간 덖음하는 중유공정, 55℃에서 25분간 재덖음하는 정유공정, 60℃로 20분간 건조하는 건조공정, 85℃에서 20분간 회전 덖음하는 가향공정 및 분쇄공정으로 최적화되었다. 이상의 방법으로 제조된 보리잎 분말차는 식이섬유 33.8%, 아미노산 12.9%, 무기질 4.7%, β-carotene 6.9 ㎎% 등이 함유되어 있었다. This study was carried out to establish the manufacturing process of barley leaf powder tea. The optimal manufacturing process among many trials was determined with sensory evaluation. Finally established process and operation conditions were as follows: pretreatment (cutting and washing), steaming (100℃, 30 sec), primary drying and roasting (130℃, 40 min), rolling (RT, 25 min), middle drying and roasting (60℃, 30 min), final drying and roasting (55℃, 25 min), drying (60℃, 20 min), roasting (85℃, 20 min), and powdering (120 mesh). The barley leaf powder tea produced by this process mainly consisted of dietary fiber (33.8%), amino acids (12.9%), minerals (4.7%) and β-carotene (6.9 ㎎%).

        한약제의 약리작용에 관한 - 항암작용에 관하여 -

        Various Korean medicinal herbs have been used for the treatment of cancer patient in the orient. This study was devised to observe the potential antitumor activity of 10 kinds of Korean medicinal herbs against L 1210 and P 388 murine tumor cells in roitro, and against Sarcoma 180 cells in vivo. Ten kinds of herbs used in this experiment are as follows; Pa-doo, Dae-geuk, Kam-soo, Won-hwa, La-bok-ja, Sam-neung, A-chool, Dae-hwang, Hoi-hyang and Do-in. The growth rate, doseiesponse and size distribution of L 1210and P 388 cells cultured in the medium with or without each herb water extract were determined, and also the effects of incubation time in same medium determined. The antitumor effects of each extract were estimated by the measurement of the increased survival time of the Swiss mice inoculated with Sarcoma 180 cells in vivo test. The experimental results obtained are summarized as follows; 1. in vitro test; a) Antitumor activity of each water extract of medicinal herb was much more active in the P 388 cells than in the L1210 cells(except Dae-hwang extract). b) In the culture medium of P 388 cell, the activity (1 unit) of each extract, Pa-doo, Dae-geuk, Kam-soo, Won-hwa, La-bok-ja, Sam-neung, A-chool, Dae-hwang and Hoi-hyang was applicable to 0.14, 0.11, 0.13, 0.18, 0.62, 0.13, 0.35, 0.15 and 0.45 ㎎, respectively. c) In the culture medium of L 1210 cells, the activity (1 unit) of each extract was applicable to 0.22, 0.13, 0.15, 0.24, 0.93, 0.14, 0.91, 0.11 and 1.38 ㎎, respectively. d) The numbers of the P 388 cells were significantly decreased by incubation with each herb extract for 9 to 12 hours. e) The size distribution of P 388 cells incubated with each herb extract for 6 to 9 hours were shifed to direction of the small size region. 2. in vivo test; The survival time of Swiss mice inoculated with Sarcoma 180 cells was slightly extended at early stage (until the 50 % death), compared with control group, by peritoneal injection of the extract of Kam-soo, La-bok-ja, and Sam-neung although the effects were not appeared at last stage (100 % death). In the case of the oral administration of the extracts, the effects were not appeared.

      • 한약제의 약리작용에 관한 연구 -항암작용에 관하여-

        우리나라 한방에서 처방되고 있는 10종 생약제를 물로 추출하여 물액기스를 암세포의 일종인 L1210, P388 및 sarcoma 180 세포 등에 대해 in vitro와 in vivo에서 screening test하여 항암 활성 및 수명연장 효과를 측정하였다. In vitro에서의 항암 활성은 각 생약제 모두(대황 제외) L1210 보다 P388 세포에서 더 높게 나타났으며 동일 세포에 대한 각 생약제의 활성은 대황과 대극이 가장 높았고 감수와 삼능, 파두의 순으로 나타났다. 또한 각 추출물을 농도별로 첨가한 후 배양 시간 별로 항암 활성을 측정한 결과 일반적으로 일정농도 이상에서 9~12시간 배양 후 세포의 감소율이 가장 높았다가 24시간 후에 는 그 수준을 유지하거나 증가되는 경향을 보였다. 이러한 세포수의 감소 원인을 규명하기 위해 추출물 첨가 후 배양시의 세포 size 분포도 변화를 농도별, 시간별로 관찰하였다. 이 결과 추출물 첨가 직후에는 size 분포가 대조군과 일치하다가 6시간 배양 후 diameter가 적은 쪽으로 이동하였다. In vivo test에서 sarcoma 180 세포를 접종시킨 swiss mice에 각 추출물을 경구적 또는 복강내 주사로 투여한 결과 경구적 투여시의 수명연장 효과는 볼 수 없었다. 복강내 주사시는 초기(50% 사망시까지)에서는 감수, 나복자, 삼능, 도안 등에서 수명연장 효과가 인정되었으나 말기(100% 사망시까지)에는 별 효과를 나타내지 못하였다.
