The addition of a limestone filler(LF) to fill into the voids between cement and aggregate particles can reduce the cementitious paste volume. This paper aim to evaluate the influence of LF contents on the hydration kinetics and compressive strength. Hydration kinetics were evaluate using heat of hydration, ignition loss and thermal analysis. The heat of hydration was measured using Isothermal Calorimetry. The degree of hydration was measured using ignition loss. Hydration product analysis was carried out by Thermal Gravimetric and Differential Thermal Analysis. The results show that the addition of LF reduces not only the initial setting time and heat of hydration peak, also degree of hydration and rate of strength development at early age increase with the addition of LF. It can be concluded the LF fills the pore between cement particles due to formation of carboaluminate, which may accelerate the setting of cement pastes.

본 논문은 운동기구에 장착할 수 있는 와이파이 모듈을 이용하여 운동시 운동량에 대한 데이터를 스마트기기에 전송할 수 있는 관리 모듈을 개발한다. 본 연구에서는 스틱(Stick)형 운동기구를 대상으로 운동기구에서 측정되는 운동량을 센서에서 측정한 후 무선통신을 통해 스마트 기기에 데이터를 보낸다. 스마트 기기에서는 사람별로 분류화된 데이터 목록에 운동량 데이터를 저장하여 추후 사용자에게 과거에 운동한 기록들을 보게 해준다. 제작된 앱(App)은 안드로이드와 iOS에서 모두 동작할 수 있도록 제작되었으며, 성능평가의 결과로서 내환경 시험 및 전자파 인증 시험을 외부전문기관의 챔버내에서 진행하여 성능을 만족함을 확인하였다. 개발된 운동량관리 모듈은 다양한 형태의 운동기구에 적용 가능하여 추후 많은 확장성을 갖는다. In the paper, we propose a method for developing a physical training management module which sends physical data to smart devices using an wireless module attached to physical appliances. In the proposed stick-type physical appliance, the physical amount of data measured from sensors inside the appliance is sent to a smart device via wireless communication. And then the smart device records the physical amount of data categorized in person-based data and shows useful information about the user"s physical training on the dedicated display. For the performance evaluation, indoor environment and electro magnetic wave tests are taken from national specialized organizations, and their results was very efficient. The proposed physical training management module is highly extensible since it is easily applicable to other physical appliances and useful to both Android and iOS platforms.
플라이애쉬와 고로슬래그 미분말을 혼입한 지오폴리머 페이스트의 반응특성 분석

지오폴리머의 반응성은 원재료의 구성성분 및 Si/Al비, Na/Al비, 물-결합재비, 비정질 요소 등을 고려하여 명확한 메커니즘을 규명하는 것은 매우 중요하다. 따라서 원재료 및 알칼리 활성화제의 구성성분을 고려한 %Na<sub>2</sub>O, Ms는 반응성을 결정하는 중요한 요소가 된다. 하지만 다수의 연구에서는 알칼리 활성화제의 농도와 양생 조건 등의 기본적인 요소만을 고려하는 한계점을 나타내고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 %Na<sub>2</sub>O, Ms 및 고로슬래그 미분말의 혼입량에 따른 지오폴리머 페이스트의 강도특성, 반응열, 길이변화, 미세구조 분석을 실시하였다. This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the influence of nano-silica in the relative humidity and autogenous shrinkage in hardening cement mortar. The water-binder ratio was used 0.3 and two types of mortar were used in this study; mortar made with ordinary portland cement and ordinary portland cement with 3, 7, 10% nano-silica added. The increased autogenous shrinkage, as a consequence of a reduction of relative humidity at early ages.
보강재 수리시 리벳 배열이 응력 변화에 미치는 영향 연구

보강재 수리는 항공무기체계 구조물에서 발생하는 각종 균열결함을 수리하기 위한 수리기법 중의 하나이다. 최근 들어 일부 장기운영 항공기에 대한 균열수리 소요는 증가추세에 있으나, 수리기법에 대한 군내에서의 연구는 미비한 실정이다. 본 연구는 보강재 수리방법에 따른 균열수리효과 검증을 목적으로 수행되었다. 특히 수리효과에 직접적으로 영향을 미치는 리벳 배열과 응력집중과의 상관관계를 고찰하였다. 상용 유한요소해석 프로그램을 사용하여 수리방법에 따른 응력의 변화량을 정량적으로 산출하였다. 연구결과 수리강도에 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 요소는 피치와 줄 수임을 확인하였다. 또한 본 연구를 통해 보강재 크기별 최적으로 리벳 배열 방법을 제시할 수 있었다. Doubler repair is one of the frequently applied methods to repair cracks which occur at the structure of aircraft weapon systems. The requirement of the doubler repair for some of aging aircraft has increased more recently. However very few researches have been conducted until now. In this paper, the effect of the various doubler repair methods was evaluated. Especially, the relationship between the array of revet and the effect of stress concentration was investigated. To calculate variation of the stress with different repair methods, commercial FEA program was utilized. As a result, it was shown that the main factor for the variation of stress is pitch and number of revet line. Furthermore the optimized array of revet for the specific geometries of doubler was suggested.
Hard Landing이 항공기 구조물에 미치는 영향성 연구

Aircraft MLG and wing structures have been recognized as fatigue critical structures and exposed to the risk of fatigue crack initiation and propagation. Furthermore, these structures are frequently subjected to serious dynamic loading condition during a Hard Landing which may lead to their failure. Especially, structural integrity of MLG and wing components is decreased as the flight time increased because of the fatigue damage accumulated on the aircraft. In this study, the effects of Hard Landing on the MLG and wing components of aging aircraft were evaluated by using numerical approach. To achieve the aim, a finite element model has been developed and simulations were conducted by varying the landing conditions. As a result, it was revealed that the high stress concentration phenomenon was occurred at the lower Side Brace of MLG. Thereby, the intensified inspection for the lower Side Brace should be considered to prevent unexpected aircraft mishap.
한국형 전투기 개발을 위한 전투기 임무격렬도 모델 연구

The aim of this paper is to propose fighter aircraft's mission severity model which can be used as one of key factors for designing a structure and determining design life of KF-X. The mission severity is a quantitative data of flight loads and expressed by Nz(Vertical Load Factor) exceedances or occurrences. The severities of the flight loads depended on the circumstances of the countries which operate fighter aircraft. In this paper we have studied on Nz occurrences/exceedances of ROKAF fighter aircraft to generate mission severity model for the KF-X. The analyses of flight data were accomplished by using the Matlab.
