청국장파우더를 첨가한 베샤멜소스의 품질 및 관능적 특성

This study was intended to develop a value-added and functional sauce with addition of Chungkukjang powder. This study was conducted as the following procedure. 10%, 20%, 30%, and 40% of Chungkukjang powder was respectively added to make different Bechamel sauces. And then, physical testing (moisture, color value, viscosity, salinity, spreadability and pH) and sensory testing (a quantitative descriptive analysis and an acceptance test) were performed. After that, the correlation between the physical testing and the sensory testing was investigated to choose an optimal mixture ratio. The study results are presented as follows. As the addition percentage of Chungkukjang powder increased, a-value, b-value, salinity, spreadability, and pH significantly increased (p<0.001), but moisture content, L-value and viscosity decreased. The QDA result indicated that, regarding color intensity(5.89), Chungkukjang flavor(5.32) and Chungkukjang taste(6.26), the 40% addition group had the highest value, and that, regarding thickness(6.42), milk flavor(5.00), oily taste(5.21), mouth feel(5.32), the control group had the highest value. As a result, as the addition percentage of Chungkukjang powder increased, color intensity, Chungkukjang flavor, and Chungkukjang taste increased, but thickness, milk flavor, oily taste, and mouth feel decreased. According to the result of acceptance test, the 20% addition group had the highest value in terms of appearance, flavor, taste, glossy and overall acceptance. As shown earlier, it is considered that proper addition of Chungkukjang powder positively affects the overall acceptance, and that the 20% addition of Chungkukjang powder is most suitable to improve the sensory and physical quality-characteristics of Bechamel sauce.
주가지수의 시간 가변적 샤프-최적 포트폴리오와 포트폴리오 성과 평가지표

본 연구는 3개의 질문을 하였다. 코스피 주가지수가 마코위츠 효율적 포트폴리오라고 할 수 있는가? 구성된 주식 종목의 수를 알 수 있는 주가지수들을 대상으로 포트폴리오의 성과 지표를 구하여 비교할 때, 일관되게 우월한 성과를 보이는 주가지수가 있는가? 포트폴리오의 성과 지표와 포트폴리오의 집중도 변수들이 어떤 상관관계를 가지고 있는가? 포트폴리오의 성과 지표로 샤프 비율, 젠센 알파, 트레이너 비율, 정보 비율과 포트폴리오 집중도 변수로 누적비율, 허쉬만-허핀달 비율, 지니계수, HT 지수를 이용하였다. 포트폴리오 성과 지표를 종속변수로 포트폴리오 집중도 변수를 독립변수로 하는 정적 패널회귀분석을 하였다. 일별, 주별, 월별 포트폴리오 성과지표에 따른 주가지수의 순위가 매번 달랐다. 정적 패널회귀분석에서 샤프 비율과 트레이너 비율을 종속변수로 하는 경우 일관되게 유의한 관계를 보여주는 포트폴리오 집중도 변수들이 없었다. 한편, 포트폴리오 집중도 변수들은 젠센 알파와 정보 비율과는 유의한 관련성을 보였다. 포트폴리오 집중도 변수들이 샤프 비율 또는 트레이너 비율과 관련성이 낮은 점은 쉽게 이해되기 어렵다. 이유는 포트폴리오 집중도 변수들은 포트폴리오 구성과 관련되고, 이는 포트폴리오의 성과와 연관되기 때문이다. This paper asks three questions. Whether can KOSPI be mimicking a Markowitz efficient portfolio? How well can stock indexes function in the view of portfolio performance variables in case that a stock index has the number of comprising stocks in its name? What is the relation between portfolio performance variables and portfolio diversification variables? Sharpe ratio, Trenyor ratio, Jensen alpha, and Information ratio are considered as portfolio performance variables while Cumulative ratio, the Hershman-Herfindahl index, the Gini index, and the Hall-Tideman index are regarded as portfolio concentration variables. Static panel regression methodology is adopted. The ranks of stock indexes are different depending on daily, weekly, and monthly portfolio performance variables. There is little consistent relation between portfolio concentration variables and Sharpe ratio and Treynor ratio in any cases of daily data, weekly data, and monthly data. However, Jensen alpha and Information ratio show consistent relation with portfolio concentration variables. It is hard to understand little relation between Sharpe (Treynor) ratio and portfolio concentration variables because portfolio concentration relates with the composition of portfolio, leading to the performance of portfolio.
청소년기 야구 선수에서 자기공명영상상의 견관절 후방 관절와 병변

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the characteristics of posterior glenoid lesion (PGL) on magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in adolescent baseball players. Seventy-two adolescent baseball players (mean age, 15.1 years) who underwent MRI scan for dominant shoulder pain were enrolled and the location and morphologic features of PGLs were assessed on MRI. All players were divided into three groups based on the physeal status of proximal humerus: group I, open; group II, partial closure; and group III, complete closure. Of the 72 players, posterior glenoid rim rounding (69%) and periosteal thickening (88%) were the main PGL on axial imaging. Osteochondritis dissecans (OCD) of glenoid (10%), Bennett lesion (6%), and posterior labral tear (21%) were also identified. On oblique sagittal imaging, bony PGL including OCD involves mid-portion of posterior glenoid consistent with the level of the infraspinatus muscle, but Bennett lesion was located relatively lower than PGL. Posterior glenoid rim rounding was more prevalent in younger players (group I, 86%; group II, 78%; group III, 43%; p=0.015), and posterior labral tears were in older players (group I, 0%; group II, 19%; group III, 38%, p=0.027). Factors related with prevalence of posterior glenoid rim rounding were increased body mass index (p=0.016), pitchers (p=0.024), and players with posterior shoulder tightness (p=0.023), but career length was not statistically significant (p=0.089). Decreasing the rate of posterior glenoid rim rounding with skeletal growth implies that it may be recovered through the remodeling process, and labral tears are increasing internal impingement lesion after physeal closure.
