        유 · 무산소성 운동이 심폐기능과 전해질 농도에 미치는 영향

        For the purpose of this research we had selected 16 collegiate, students, 8 for the jogging exercise. 8 for the circuit weight training for the function of cardiopulmonary and change of concentration of an electrolyte following training. And we carne to the conclusions as follows. Firstly, HRrest has been decreased similarly after 8 weeks(p$lt;.001). 12 weeks(p$lt;.001), jogging and circuit weight training groups has been decreased similarly in the jogging(p$lt;.01). HRmax and Vo<sub>2max</sub> has been increased similarly after 8 weeks and 12 weeks(p$lt;.001), among the groups it has been increased similarly compared with jogging training(p$lt;.01). Secondly, K+ and Ca++ has been increased similarly after 8 weeks(p$lt;.001). 12 weeks(p $lt; .001) . K+ among the groups has been increased similarly jogging training. Ca++ has not been showed similarly differences between the jogging and circuit weight training.

        Biochemical Characterization of a Protease with Fibrinolytic Activity from Maggots of Protaetia brevitarsis

        혈전(fibrin clot)은 심혈관계 질환을 일으키는 주요 인자로서 전신의 미세동맥이나 모세혈관 내에서 형성되어 주의 조직이나 장기에 혈류의 공급방해가 생겨 허혈, 경색, 나아가 괴사까지도 발생시킨다. 혈전이 원인이 되어 발생한 심혈관계 질환을 예방 혹은 치료할 목적으로 기존으로 사용되고 있는 항혈전제(antithrombolytic drug)나 혈전용해제(thrombolytic drug)의 개발을 위해 많은 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 치료목적으로 사용할 혈전용해제를 분리하고자 Protaetia brevitarsis의 maggot로부터 ammonium sulfate 분획과 desalting column을 이용하여 fibrinolytic protease를 분리하고 생화학적 특성을 조사하였다. 활성의 최적 pH는 9.0였고 최적온도는 $50^{\circ}C$였다. pH 7.0-9.0 사이와 온도 $60^{\circ}C$이하에서는 비교적 활성이 안정성을 나타냈다. 효소활성이 phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride에 의해 강하게 저해되고 있는 것으로 보아 serine protease로 추정되며 금속이온에 의한 영향을 조사해 본 결과 $Ca^{2+}$과 $Zn^{2+}$에 의해서는 저해되지만 $Mg^{2+}$와 $Fe^{2+}$에 의해서는 저해를 받지 않았다. Fibrin clots remained in blood vessels can be one of the serious factor caused cardiovascular disease, such as ischemia, infarction and necrosis The development of an antithrombotic and thrombolysis solvent is necessary to prevent and treat these diseases. In this study, the fibirinolytic protease was prepared from the maggots of Protaetia brevitarsis using ammonium sulfate fractionation and desalting column. The optimum pH and temperature for the enzyme activity were pH 9.0 and $50^{\circ}C$, respectively. The enzyme activity was relatively stable at pH 7.0-9.0 and temperature below $60^{\circ}C$. The activity of the enzyme was strongly inhibited by phenylmethanesulfonyl fluoride. And the activity of the enzyme was inhibited by $Ca^{2+}\;and\;Zn^{2+}$, but it was not by $Mg^{2+}\;and\;Fe^{2+}$ ions. In these experimental results, we have speculated that the enzyme derived from maggots of Protaetia hrevitarsis is a serine protease with a strong fibrinolytic activity.

        Vibrio tapetis의 검출을 위한 PCR specific primer의 제작

        Brown Ring Disease (BRD) is a bacterial disease caused by Vibrio tapetis which affects cultured clam Ruditapes philippinarum and causes heavy economic losses on Atlantic coasts of france, Spain and England. In this study, to evaluate the effective detection of the pathogen, specific primer set based on 16S ribosomal RNA (rRNA) sequences designed for rapid detection of V. tapetis. Polymerase chain reaction (PCR) with this primer set produced the specific band for each V. tapetis. The length of PCR product using designed primer set of Vbts-F and Vbts-R was about 400 bp. Therefore, these primers will be provided with a basic tool for rapid detection of V. tapetis in the various cases such as examination of imported aquatic products, diagnosis of aquatic organisms, and etc.

      • 에어로빅운동이 호흡순환기능과 혈중지질에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the aerobic exercise duration on cardiorespiratory function and blood lipids. Total 14 divided into two groups 7, for the control group and the other for the experimental group 7. The subjects of experimental group had 8 weeks aerobic program in the given intensity, during which the changes in cardorespiratory function to body fat and blood lipids were measured three times, at each end of 8th, 8th week. The research is concluded as follows. 1. After 8 Weeks, aerobic exercise brought the decrease of maximum HR with statistically significant(p<.05). 2. After 8 Weeks, aerobic exercise brought the increase of VE with statistically significant(p<.05). 3. After 8 weeks, aerobic exercise reduced TG, LDL-C and T-C with statistically significant(p<.05). In conclusion, aerobic exercise helps overweight women to reduce their weights and the amount of fat and to get rid of elements that cause various geriatric diseases. Therefore, overweight women as well as common adults are advised to take aerobic exercises.

        약용식물로부터 오이흰가루병에 대한 항균성물질 탐색 및 동정

        50종의 약용식물추출액을 공시하여 횐가루병에 대한 방제효과를 검정하고 생리활성 물질을 분리, 동정하였다. 공시약용식물중에서 대황의 물추출액은 200배의 희석농도에서도 100%의 포자발아억제 효과를 나타내서 가장 효과가 있었고, 대황의 물추출액 50배, 알콜추출액 100배, 조물질 500배, 표준품 1000배 희석농도까지도 60%이상의 발병억제효과가 있었으며, 조물질 500배액에서 2회 이상 살포하면 100% 발병억제 효과가 있었다. 그리고 조물질 100배 액에서는 약해가 있었으나 500배액에서는 약해가 없었다. 대황에 함유되어 있는 생리활성물질은 anthraquinone유도체인 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-9,10-anthracenedione과 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6-menthyl-9,10-anthracenedione으로 잠정 동정되었다. This experiment was conducted to test the fungicidal activity of extracts from 50 medicinal plants to powdery mildew (Sphaerotheca fulinginea) and identify the bioactive substances. Among the medicinal plants tested, the water extract of Rheum undulatum was the most effective in spore germination inhibition, which inhibited by 100% at 200-fold dilution. Also, 50-fold dilution of water extract, 100-fold dilution of alcohol extract, 500-fold dilution of crude extract from Rheum undulatum and even 1000-fold dilution of reference chemical inhibited powdery mildew of cucumber more than 60%. 500-fold dilution of crude extract inhibited powdery mildew of cucumber 100% by twice spray treatment. There was phytotoxcity at the 100-fold dilution, but was not recognized this injury at the 500-fold dilution of crude extract. From our research to identify bioactive substance using HPLC, GLC and Mass spectrum analysis, it indicated that Rheum undulatum extract contained tentatively 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methyl-9,10-anthracenedione and 1,8-dihydroxy-3-methoxy-6-methyl-9,10-anthracenedione.
