The purpose of this research is to examine the ettect of the aerobic exercise duration on blood lipids. Total 14 divided into two groups 7, for the control group and the other for the experimental group 7. The subjects of experimental group had 8 weeks aerobic program in the given intensity, during which the changes in blood lipids were measured three times, at each end of 0th, 8th week. The research is comcluded as follows. We found out aerobic exercise, reduced TG, LDL-C and T-C has decreased similarly in the 8 weeks(p<.05), HDL-C has increased in the 8 weeks(p<.05). According to the results above we should research more into strength of exercise and training period by weight
두꺼운 적층 복합재료 구조물 해석을 위한 3차원 복합재 적층 육면체 요소의 개발

3차원 적층 복합재 구조물의 해석을 위한 3차원 다적층 복합재 육면체 요소가 적층정보 자동 입력 모듈과 함께 제안되었다. 개발된 요소는 요소내에 다양한 물성치 정보를 포함하며 가장자리에 적층 절단면이 존재하는 요소의 해석이 가능한 ply-drop-off요소이다. 요소의 정확도가 엄밀해와의 변위 및 면내응력의 비교를 통해 검증되었다 개발원 요소는 전형적인 유한요소법에 손쉬운 정식화 및 적용이 가능하며 개발된 요소와 제안된 적층정보 인식 모듈은 엄밀해와 비교, 검증되었다. 본 요소를 사용함으로써 정확도의 변화없이 해석시간과 저장용량 및 요소를 현저히 줄일 수 있다. A three-dimensional multilayered brick element with automatic input module of layup information in the element is developed to analyze the behavior of complicated three dimensional laminated composite structures. The developed element can contain the varying material properties within the element and allow the ply-drop-off along the element edges. The accuracy of the displacement using the element is well verified with the analytical solution. The computer time and memory space can be significantly saved using the ply-drop-off element. This method is easy to formulate and apply for the conventional finite element method. Exact solution is compared with the results using the developed element and proposed method. While the number of element is quite reduced, the results still have a satisfactory accuracy.

We made a research on the sports facility managers who manage the commerical swinning center in seoul, Kwang Ju, Pusan and Taegu, The results are as follows: (1) The competive strategy of swimming center consists of inner-differentiation strategy, out-differentiation strategy and low cost strategy. (2) Inner-differentiation strategy is emphasized by the swimming center which sets the goal for growth maintenance. (3) Competitive stratgy of swimming center is dertermined by each stage in the life cycle theory ① Introduction stage : The emphasis of strategy is laid on inner-differentiation strategy. ② Growth stage : The emphasis of strategy is laid on both inner-differentiation strategy and out-differentiation strategy ③ Decline stage : The emphasis of strategy is laid on out-differentiation strategy with the aim to maintain.

Abstract The optimization is performed to reduce the mass of CNG pressure vessel reinforced with composite materials in the hoop direction. An axisymmetric shell element which takes into account the layered liner and hoop composite materials is thus developed and incorporated into a program Axicom. The accuracy of the program is then verified using the 4 noded element in ANSYS. Three different cases of optimization are then performed using the Axicom: (1) uniform hoop thickness, (2) varying hoop thickness, and (3) varying the ply angles and accordingly the thickness. Compared with a traditional method, cases (2) and (3) were found to be very effective in reducing the thickness and cost of the hoop composite materials by about 80% without sacrificing the safety factors.

A shape estimation is needed to control actively a smart structure. A method is, hence, proposed to predict the deformed shape of the structure subjected to unknown external load using the signal from sensors attached to the structure. The shape estimation is based on the relationship between the deformation of the structure and the signal from the sensors. The matrix containing the relationship between the deformation and signal is obtained using fictitious force or eigenvector of global stiffness matrix. Then the deformed shape can be predicted using the linear matrix and signal from sensors attached to the structure. To verify this method, experiment and FEM were performed and it was shown that the shape estimation method based on the fictitious force predicts deflections well and more accurately than that based on eigenvector.

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of the aerobic exercise duration on cardiorespiratory function and blood lipids. Total 14 divided into two groups 7, for the control group and the other for the experimental group 7. The subjects of experimental group had 8 weeks aerobic program in the given intensity, during which the changes in cardorespiratory function to body fat and blood lipids were measured three times, at each end of 8th, 8th week. The research is concluded as follows. 1. After 8 Weeks, aerobic exercise brought the decrease of maximum HR with statistically significant(p<.05). 2. After 8 Weeks, aerobic exercise brought the increase of VE with statistically significant(p<.05). 3. After 8 weeks, aerobic exercise reduced TG, LDL-C and T-C with statistically significant(p<.05). In conclusion, aerobic exercise helps overweight women to reduce their weights and the amount of fat and to get rid of elements that cause various geriatric diseases. Therefore, overweight women as well as common adults are advised to take aerobic exercises.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the variation of physiological function before and after weight reduction. Surveyed were 12 middle and high school wrestlers whose blood composition(RBC, WBC and PLT) and electrolytic concentration(Na^(+) and K^(+)) were analyzed. The findings of the investigation are as follows: 1. After weight reducction, both middle school and high school groups of wrestlers have not shown any statistically significant decrease in RBC, WBC and PLT. 2. After weight reducction, the group of middle school wrestlers didn't reveal any statistically significant decrease in Na^(+) and K^(+), while that of high school wrestlers indicated statistically significant decreases in Na_(+)(p< .10) and K_(+)(p< .05). From these outcomes, it is concluded that further studies shold follow in order to complement this study since there are big differences between individuals in the result of weight reduction and no significant changes in blood composition after weight reduction may be detected from such degree of weight reduction as was made for this experment.
