In this page. we developed the inspection system for automobile parts using the laser vision sensor. Laser vision sensor has gotten 2 dimensions information and third dimension information of laser vision camera using the vision camera. Used JIG and ROBOT for inspection position transfer. Also, computer integration system developed that control system component parts and manage data measurement information. Compare sensor measurement result with CAD Data and verified measurement result effectiveness taking advantage of CAD to get information of measurement object.
외부 네트워크와 기업성과 : 미국 바이오산업을 중심으로

본 연구는 바이오기업의 외부 네트워크 전략을 공동연구 협력, 제조/마케팅/판매 제휴, 자금지원, M&A 등 4가지로 구분하고, 이와 같은 바이오기업의 외부 네트워크 전략이 기업의 성과에 미친 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 미국 바이오기업 패널자료를 사용하여 분석한다. 첫째, 기술개발 이후의 제조/판매/마케팅 제휴는 단기간에도 모든 기업성과를 증진시키는 역할을 하였다. 둘째, 기술개발단계에서의 연구개발협력 중 제약회사와의 협력은 1~2년 이후의 기업성과에, 그리고 타 바이오기업과의 연구개발협력은 2년 이후의 기업성과에 정의 효과를 가져왔다. 셋째, 가장 장기적이며 기초연구에 주목적을 두고 있는 공공기관 및 대학과의 공동연구 협력은 단기적인 기업성과에 부정적으로 작용하여, 향후 2~3년이 아닌 보다 장기적인 관점에서 재조명되어야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 실증분석 결과는 국내 바이오산업의 발전을 위하여 외부 네트워크 전략을 통하여 기술혁신을 경주하는 노력이 필요하며, 또한 주로 기초기술에 집중된 공공기관과 대학과의 공동연구를 지원하는 정책적 고려가 필요함을 시사한다. Firm`s social network has been known as an important firm strategy because it could promote technological innovation and also minimize economic uncertainty. In this study, we identify four types of firm`s social network activities such as Collaboration, Manufacturing/Marketing/Distribution Agreements, Financing, and M&A, and analyze how these activities affect firm performance using U.S biotechnology firm data. We found that Manufacturing/Marketing/Distribution Agreements increased firm performance in short-run. Also, collaboration with pharmaceutical and biotechnology firms had a positive effect on firm performance, too. However, collaboration with public institutes or universities had a negative effect on firm performance in short run, which implies its collaboration would be mainly focused on research in pure science area. These empirical results provide two policy implications. First, social network strategy should be encouraged in the Korean biotechnology industry. Secondly, governments should consider developing polices that support collaboration of biotechnology with public institutes or universities, to promote technological innovation.
기술혁신과 고용 간의 관계 분석 -우리나라 제조업을 대상으로-

본 연구는 1993년~2011년 기간 우리나라 제조업 중분류 기준 19개 산업을 대상으로 한 산업별 패널자료를 이용해 기술혁신이 고용에 미치는 영향을 실증 분석 하였다. 이때, 효율성 측정에 있어서 시간의 흐름에 따른 움직임을 고려하였고, 고용을 전체고용, 상용직 고용 및 임시직 고용으로 구분해 그 영향을 비교 하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 고용형태 및 기술혁신 변수의 선택에 관계없이 모든 모형에서 산출량이 많을수록 고용이 확대되고, 임금이 오를수록 고용이 감소하는 전통적인 경제이론에 부합하는 결과가 나타났다. 둘째, 생산성이 향상되면 시장을 확장시키거나 신산업을 출현시켜 고용이 증가할 수 있다는 것을 시사한 반면, 비효율성이 증가하면 기업들은 효율성을 개선하기 위해서 고용을 감소시키는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 고용형태에 따라 생산성이 향상될 경우 임시직 고 용은 줄이고 상용직 고용을 확대하는 것으로 나타난 반면, 비효율이 발생할 경우 상용직은 큰 영향을 받지 않지 않았고, 임시직은 소폭 증가하는 것으로 나타났다. This study examines the effect of technical innovation on the employment using panel data of 19 manufacturing industries in Korea during 1993~2011. We consider the variation of efficiency over time and total employment as well as permanent and temporal employment. First, our results conform to the economic theories; that is, the more output produce the more employment, and the higher wage produce the worse employment. Second, the improvement of productivity could raiseemployment by extending the market or creating a new product while the increase of technical inefficiency could reduce employment. Third, the higher productivity yields more permanent employment but less temporal employment, while the higher technical inefficiency doesn``t affect the permanent employment but the temporal employment although the magnitude of the effect is small.

During the shift from gasoline vehicles to electric ones, auto parts manufacturing companies have realized the importance of improvement in the manufacturing process that does not require any layout changes nor extra investments, while maintaining their current production rate. Due to these reasons, for the auto part manufacturing company, I-company, this study has developed the simulation model of the PUSH system to conduct a process analysis in terms of production rate, WIP level, and logistics work’s utilization rate. In addition, this study compares the PUSH system with other three manufacturing systems -KANBAN, DBR, and CONWIP- to compare the performance of these production systems, while satisfying the company’s target production rate. With respect to lead-time, the simulation results show that the improvement of 77.90% for the KANBAN system, 40.39% for the CONWIP system, and 69.81% for the DBR system compared to the PUSH system. In addition, with respect to WIP level, the experimental results demonstrate that the improvement of 77.91% for the KANBAN system, 40.41% for the CONWIP system, and 69.82% for the DBR system compared to the PUSH system. Since the KANBAN system has the largest impacts on the reduction of the lead-time and WIP level compared to other production systems, this study recommends the KANBAN system as the proper manufacturing system of the target company. This study also shows that the proper size of moving units is four and the priority allocation of bottleneck process methods improves the target company’s WIP and lead-time. Based on the results of this study, the adoption of the KANBAN system will significantly improve the production process of the target company in terms of lead-time and WIP level.

N/A To elucidate a possible secondary gastric hypersecretion due to the lack of secretin response after biliary diversion from the duodenum, gastric acid outputs and serum secretin concentrations, basal and in response to feeding, were measured before and after diversion of bile from the duodenum to the jejunum in dogs prepared with Heidenhain pouches. Both 24-hour and postprandial Heidenhain pouch acid outputs increased significantly after biliary diversion compared with the preoperative controls(p<0.01). Increases in serum secretin concentrations caculated as integrated responses after feeding were also greater after biliary diversion compared with the preoperative controls(p<0.01). It is suggested that the changes in serum secretin levels after biliary diversion seem to be the result, rather than the cause, of gastric hypersecretion and if the mechanism of gastric hypersecretion after biliary diversion is considered in view of the loss of gastric inhibitory hormones, some hormones other than secretin should be suspected and studied.
