To find elements which enable improving Quality of image of chest radiography, we attempted to make comparison between chest radiography used currently with that of the past, and following conclusion was reached: 1) It could be confirmed that a dependance on chest radiography was declining, because proportion of chest radiography against overall radiography decreased. 2) There was a change of kVp to a high voltage in a chest radiography, and use of high kVp became a generalization 3) Exposure time was reduced and exposure dose was curtailed accordingly. 4) Apparatus was mainly comprised of 3-phase rectifier circuit and inverter type. 5) It could be confirmed that frequency of applying additional filters for high kVp radiography was insufficient. 6) There was almost no difference in the condition of exposure between hospitals using film/screen and hospitals using CR. But when CR is used for radiography, it was increase in exposure dose due to increase in tube current and it will be necessary to have continuous study on exposure dose by an increase use of CR in the future.

Nonablative skin rejuvenation encompasses a wide spectrum of noninvasive techniques using laser, noncoherent light, or radiofrequency to improve the appearance of aging skin RF application has recently been used for facial tissue tightening. Although RF devices have their own rationales and reports of their effectiveness, there is some controversy about their effectiveness among physicians Among RF devices, I will deal with monopolar RF treatment, Themage Because thermage is the best studied and has been developed into 3rd generation form, CPT(Comfort Pulse Technology) Radiofrequency tissue tightening was first cleared in 2002 for the treatment of periorbital wrinkles and rhytids. The first device to use monopolar RF energy for skin tightening was the ThermaCool device(Thermage) by FDA. Monopolar RF treatment has generated considerable interest among physicians and patients seeking nonsurgical skin tightening procedures. Several recent studies have reported improvements in facial tissue tightening using subjective clinical grading systems to assess improvements in facial features after RF treatment. But no measurable objective quantification of improvements in the face have been reported. Many doctors still have doubt about the effectiveness of thermage. Although the efficacy of RF tightening has been established by some studies, widespread adoption of the technology has been limited by seemingly inconsistent results Now I will review the articles about thermage and evaluate the evolution of thermage(CPT, total tip) Continued refinement of techniques, including the use of multiple treatments, multiple passes, and adjusted energy levels, may carry results to a level that will satisfy patients and physicians alike. As physicians better understand the efficacy of RF skin tightening, an interesting concept is being developed to consider using monopolar RF as a laxity prevention tool.

The clinical characteristics of primary cutaneous CD3O-positive large cell lymphoma are solitary or localized skin lesions, frequent relapses, spontaneous regression and a favorable prognosis. These relapses and spontaneous regressions occur frequently in borderline cases between CD30-positive large cell lymphoma and lymphomatoid papulosis. Regression and relapse, which occurs in both cutaneous CD30 positive large cell lymphoma and lymphomatoid papulosis, dose not help distinguish one from the other. We report two cases diagnosed as clinically and histologically primary cutaneous CD30-positive large cell lymphoma, recurred respectively on the same anatomic site and on the different anatomic site.

The on-board computer for LEO satellites being developed by KARI adopts the LEON2-FT/AT697F processor to achieve high performance, and various communication devices such as SpaceWire, MIL-STD-1553B, DMAUART and CAN Master are integrated to the separated communication FPGAs within the OBC. Where they can be controlled by the processor and flight software through PCI interfaces. The interrupt service routines of flight software under VxWorks 5.4 RTOS are newly designed and implemented for processing interrupts from various devices in the communication FPGAs which are forwarded to the PCI bus. The exception handlers of AT697F have also been newly developed. This paper presents the architecture of processor board in the next-generation OBC and describes the exception and interrupt handling methods of flight software with VxWorks 5.4 for the next-generation LEO on-board computer from KARI.
