The aim of this research is to find the element that has to be considered in planning the commercial facility by using evaluation data of customer and owner of the facility in different type commercial facility. Examination and inquiry data were collected in Apkujung-dong and Echon-dong Apartment estates, and SPSS 11.0 (Statistical Package for the Social Science) was used to analyse the data. As a result, satisfaction rate of customer side criteria is access, agreeableness, safety, convenience, and owner side criteria is economic condition, safety, agreeableness, access, convenience. Considering these result of satisfaction , the qualities of neighborhood facilities might be improved. 'Building Type Facility' need to change the access types and make free opening time plan and 'Street Type Facility' need to consider the parking facility and manage the disturbance factor in the street.

Housing is one of the most important issues in the consideration of social welfare for the elderly. The purpose of this study is to offer basic research data of planning and to cope with coming aged society through architectural design proposal of proper urban type user-charged residential facilities to live continuously where they are. As a result, 1. as selecting locations for residential facilities, elderly social welfare facilities need to be located in 10 minutes on foot or by vehicle so that elderly people can access easily and to keep close connection between facilities. 2. mixed-use development is needed, 3. the type of facility is would be sheltered housing, 4. small scale facility management in urban go to local govern institution or non profit private organization for stability. 5. building layout would rather be better in one building with vertical function separation, and atrium layout which is dominate in Europe and Japan and, offer strong community need to be taken into consideration. 6. the preference of room size by survey and research is 7-9(pyung) for single and 11-17(pyung) for couple, 7. a building of 50 dwelling units or so with 2-3 stories is ideal from a caregiving and management perspective in urban area.

동종 골수이식 후 발생하는 신기능부전은 원인이 다양하여 감별에 어려움이 있다. 만성 GVHD는 흉선의 기능저하에 따른 면역관용의 실패로 발생되는 자가면역현상에 의해 발생되는 것으로 알려져 있으며 드물게 신장을 침범하여 신증후군을 일으키기도 한다. CaA의 용량을 줄이거나 투약중지 후 발생한 만성 GVHD에 동반된 신증후군의 경우 조기에 신조직검사를 시행하여 감별진단하고 CsA의 용량을 증량하거나 재투약하여 좋은 치료 결과를 보일 것으로 기대된다. 저자들은 문헌고찰을 통해 동종 골수이식 후 발생된 신증후군이 유사한 임상양상을 보이며 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가면역현상이 연관되어 있음을 확인하였으며 동종 골수이식 후 신증후군의 임상양상을 보이는 환자에서 병리조직학적으로 lgA 신병증을 진단하고 이러한 lgA 신병증이 발생기전에 만성 GVHD와 자가 면역현상이 연관되어 있을 가능성을 최초로 확인하였으며 CsA를 이용하여 성공적으로 치료한 경험을 하였기에 보고하는 바이다. Renal insufficiency is occasionally encountered in allogeneic bone marrow transplantation and its cause is difficult to ascertain. Chronic graft-versus-host disease (GVHD) related to thymic dysfunction is immune-mediated and involves autoreactivity of T-lymphocytes derived from donor marrow to recipient's major histocompatibility complex(MHC) minor antigens. The clinical mainifestations of chronic GVHD are similar to those of autoimmune disease but kidney involvement is rare. Few cases of nephrotic syndrome with membranous nephropathy or minimal change nephrotic syndrome have been reported to be associated with chronic GVHD in allogeneic bone marrow transplant recipient especially after cyclosporine A(CsA) withdrawal, and these cases have responded well to CsA. Therefore, it is prudent to differentiate the cause of post-transplant renal insufficiency using renal biopsy and to start CsA in a case of nephrotic syndrome associated with chronic GVHD as early as possible. We report a case who had a massive proteinuria during the post-allogeneic marrow transplantation period. The cause of nephrotic syndrome was diagnosed as IgA nephropathy by renal biopsy. The patient was successfully treated with reintroduction of CsA.

<P>We investigate the polarizability of terahertz (THz) waves emitted from undoped In0.2Ga0.8As nanowires (NWs). THz emission amplitude shows strong enhancement in vertically aligned NWs compared to less-aligned NWs. In particular, polarized THz waves are clearly demonstrated in aligned NWs via a drastic variation of amplitudes as a function of the axis angle in polarization-sensitive photoconductive antenna. In addition, phase reversal between aligned and less-aligned NWs substantiates the geometrical dependence of electronic diffusion in generating the transient THz electric fields.</P>

<P>We devised directionally controllable THz emission sources based on lateral composition modulation (LCM) structures. LCM structures were composed of In-rich Ga0.47In0.53P and Ga-rich Ga0.51In0.49P layers whose period was in quantum scale of ~`5 nm. The inherent type II band alignment in these structures leads to electron-hole (e-h) separation and plays a key role in generating later- ally polarized dipole ensembles, thus concomitantly emitting enhanced transmissive THz waves as compared to bulk sample. On the other hand, in lateral geometry, changes in THz fields between LCM and bulk structures turned out to negligible since the vertical electronic diffusion was allowed in both samples.</P>

Replacement of cement by admixture which is one of the methods to improve concrete performance has contributed to improvement of concrete strength and durability. On this study, the mechanical properties of Ternary cement made from replacement of cement by various admixtures such as Blast Furnaced Slag, Fly Ash and CKD was compared by replacing cement by Silica fume and Meta kaolin fundamentally. Especially this study was focused on establishing mechanical properties of ternary cement made from replacement of cement by CKD what is collected dust from the Kiln manufacturing cement. CKD having high fineness and alkalinity that can accelerate pozzolan reaction was effective for improving strength of Meta kaolin more than any other admixtures.
Inhibition of poly(I:C)-induced inflammation by salvianolic acid A in skin keratinocytes

Background: Skin keratinocytes participate actively in inducing immune responses when external pathogens are introduced, thereby contributing to elimination of pathogens. However, in condition where the excessive inflammation is occurred, chronic skin disease such as psoriasis can be provoked. Objectives: We tried to screen the putative therapeutics for inflammatory skin disease, and found that salvianolic acid A (SAA) has an inhibitory effects on keratinocyte inflammatory reaction. The aim of this study is to demonstrate the effects of SAA in poly(I:C)-induced inflammatory reaction in skin keratinocytes. Methods: The keratinocytes were pretreated with SAA then stimulated with poly(I:C). Inflammatory reaction of keratinocytes, then we verified using RT-PCR, ELISA and Western blot. Results: When skin keratinocytes were pre-treated with SAA, it significantly inhibited poly(I:C)-induced expression of inflammatory cytokines including IL-1β, IL-6, IL-8, TNF-α, and CCL20. SAA inhibited poly(I:C)-induced activation of NF-κB signaling. And SAA also inhibited inflammasome activation, evidenced by decrease of IL-1β secretion. Finally, SAA markedly inhibited poly(I:C)-induced NLRP3 expression. Conclusion: These results demonstrate that SAA has an inhibitory effect on poly(I:C)-induced inflammatory reaction of keratinocytes, suggesting that SAA can be developed for the treatment of inflammatory skin diseases such as psoriasis.
메타카올린과 시멘트 킬른 더스트를 사용한 경량골재콘크리트에 관한 실험적 연구

In this study, we analyzed properties of lightweight aggregate concrete using Meta Kaolin(MK) and Cement Kiln Dust(CKD) by way of lightweight and strength promotion. A decision of basic mixing ratio is needed at the time of lightweight aggregate concrete production using MK and CKD. A decision of basic mixing ratio has been done based on the strength special quality test of mortar. It was changed MK 10, 20, 30%, CKD 5, 10, 15, 20% by the admixture of the cement. According to results, at the lightweight aggregate concrete using MK and CKD, it was confirmed that the slump and slump flow value were reduced recording the percentage of MK and CKD replacement would increase. Unit volume weight of lightweight aggregate concrete was decreased as increase of MK and CKD replacement due to the density of MK and CKD were lower than the one of cement. Compressive strength and tensile strength at batches that replaced MK with CKD appeared higher than batches that replaced only MK. And the optimum replacement rate that drew through experiment results was MK 10%, CKD 5~15%.
