The sirocco fan is used to get low noise, and it has been applied to a lot of industry field like the heat engine, the fluid instrument power plant, the food industry, environment industry etc... because there are not problems even it is mixed with a any kind of liquid, gas, and solid. The flow characteristics in sirocco fan are investigated by PIV. The experiment using PIV measurement for Test section's flow characteristics acquired velocity distribution, Condition : when sirocco fan in automobile air controller maximum 1450RPM, and a revolution is a variation (l)950RPM, (2)l100RPM, (3) 1250RPM. The agreement a experiment shows the validity of this study and the results of this study would be useful to the engineers who design for the flow systems

This study aimed to evaluate the usefulness of four microRNAs (miRNAs) in an acute pancreatic injury dog model. Acute pancreatitis was induced by infusion of cerulein for 2 h (7.5 μg/kg/h). The levels of well-known miRNAs, microRNA-216a (miR-216a) and microRNA-375 (miR-375), and new candidates microRNA-551b (miR-551b), and microRNA-7 (miR-7), were measured at 0, 0.5, 1, 2, 6, 12, and 24 h with serum amylase and lipase, and histopathological examination was performed. Among the four miRNAs, miR-216a and miR-375, and serum enzymes were significantly increased by cerulein treatment. The expression levels of miRNAs and serum enzymes peaked at 2–6 h with a similar pattern; however, the overall increases in miR-216a and miR-375 levels were much higher than those of the serum enzyme biomarkers. Increased levels of miR-216a and miR-375 were most highly correlated to the degree of individual histopathological injuries of the pancreas, and showed much greater dynamic response than serum enzyme biomarkers. Twenty-four-hour time-course analysis in this study revealed time-dependent changes of miRNA expression levels, from initial increase to decrease by predose level in acute pancreatitis. Our findings demonstrate that, in dogs, miR-216a and miR-375 have the potential to sensitively detect pancreatitis and reflect well the degree of pancreatic injury, whereas miR-551b and miR-7 do not.

Objectives: The purpose of this study was to review previous clinical studies on underlying mechanisms of sleep-related type-specific pathophysiological symptoms among the Sasang types. Methods and Procedure: We reviewed seven research databases from December 2003 to August 2015 with the keywords Sasang typology, constitution and sleep. The Sasang type-specific sleep-related symptoms were analyzed based on seven categories, including subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, habitual sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances, use of sleep medications and daytime dysfunction. Results: Total of twelve studies were included in the analysis. The Tae-Yang type showed low subjective sleep quality, long sleep latency and frequent awakening, and the So-Yang type showed long sleep latency. The Tae-Eum type presented high subjective sleep quality, short sleep duration, frequent snore, toss and turn during the sleep, and insomnia and low frequency of dream. The So-Eum type showed long sleep latency in male and high frequency of dream. The Eum type combining Tae-Eum and So-Eum types had higher subjective sleep quality, longer sleep duration and higher frequency of dream than the Yang type combining Tae-Yang and So-Yang types. Conclusions: This study reviewed type-specific sleep-related characteristics and discussed possible pathophysiological mechanisms involved. Differences in sleep characteristics among the Sasang types might stem from type-specific temperaments and require further study.

In this paper, we consider secure communications in multi-hop relaying systems, where multiple decode-and-forward (DF) relays are located at each individual hop and perform cooperative beamforming to improve physical layer security. In order to determine the cooperative relay beamformer at each hop, we propose an iterative beamformer update scheme using semidefinite relaxation and bisection techniques. Numerical results are presented to verify the secrecy rate performance of the proposed scheme.
Malignant melanoma on a thermal burn scar
Lee, Han Byul,Han, So Eun,Chang, Lan Sook,Lee, Soo Hyang Korean Cleft Palate-Craniofacial Association 2019 Archives of Craniofacial Surgery Vol.20 No.1
Chronic burn scars often cause various skin malignancies at rates of up to 2%. These lesions are usually squamous cell carcinomas, but rarely, malignant melanoma is reported. We report a 67-year-old male with a malignant melanoma on a burn scar with regional metastasis. This patient presented an ulcerative lesion only in 2 weeks. After histopathological diagnosis, we performed only palliative surgery on patient's demand, and followed up the subsequent deterioration course. Our case reemphasizes the need for rapid diagnosis and treatment when suspect lesions are present on chronic burn scar. Also, physician should be in mind and inform the patient about malignant melanoma and its aggressive course.

Objective To evaluate the usefulness of 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography/computed tomography (18F-FDG PET/CT) in the management of cervical dystonia (CD) with botulinum toxin type A (BoNT-A) injection.Method Thirty two subjects with CD were included. A BoNT-A injection was provided either by clinically targeting method (group 1) or by 18F-FDG PET/CT-assisted, clinically targeting method (group 2). In group 2, selection of target muscles and dosage of BoNT-A were determined according to the increased 18F-FDG uptake, in addition to physical examination and functional anatomy. The outcomes of BoNT-A injection was compared between the two groups, in terms of the number of subjects who had reinjection before and after 6 months, the number of reinjections, the interval of reinjections, the duration to the minimal Toronto Western Spasmodic Torticollis Rating Scale (TWSTRS), the number of adverse events, the reduction rate of TWSTRS at 1-3 months and 3-6 months after injection, and the probability of reinjection-free living. Results The number of subjects who had reinjection within 6 months was significantly lower in group 2 than in group 1 (10 in group 1 vs. 3 in group 2). The reduction rate of TWSTRS after 3-6 months (37.8±15.7% of group 1 vs. 63.3±28.0% of group 2) and the probability of reinjection-free living were significantly higher in group 2 than in group 1.Conclusion These findings suggest that 18F-FDG PET/CT study could be useful in management of CD in terms of the identification of dystonic muscles if there is an increase in the 18F-FDG uptake in the cervical muscle of the images.
