Mathematics has originally intemationality and temporality in its nature. The objectives of math educa-tion, therefore, is changing according to the. social development and its growth. Consequontly it is needed to develop the contents and methods:of math education. Math education, that is, must be modernized according Jo the social needs. It was needed for its mode-rnization not only to study the teacher education guiding its growth but also to study the curriculum. This thesis intends to study the math curriculum for the teacher edut-aion in primary school as follows; 1. to study foreign trends in math education. 2. to study the orientation of math education in Korea. 3. to analyze the math curriculum in Korea. 4. to study the situations of primary school teachers in Korea. 5. to study the orientaon of teacher education in Korea. In conclusion, on the basis of these results the pre-service math curriculum for the students and the in-service math curriculum for the teachers are made to guide them new math curriculum.
유전성 구상적혈구증환자에서 Parvovirus B19 감염에 의한 일과성 골수무형성증 1예

Hereditary spherocytosis is a kind of hemolytic anemia caused by defect of RBC membrane and show symptoms such as anemia, jaundice and splenomegaly. The disease become serious problem when the symptom of it become severe after infection and parvovirus B 19 are known to cause transient aplastic crisis in this disease. Human parvovirus B19 is a small, non-enveloped, single-stranded DNA virus. The virus is spread by respiratory droplets, and infects within erythroid progenitor cells, which results in the arrest of erythropoiesis. Erythema infectiosum is the primary clinical presentation linked to parvovirus B19 infection in childhood. The clinical features of this infection in healthy individuals are asymptomatic infection, acute arthritis and transient anemia. But, individuals with a history of hematologic abnormalities, including increased RBC destruction (eg, sickle cell disease, hereditary spherocytosis) or decreased RBC production (eg, iron deficiency anemia), can present with transient aplastic crisis. Patients with congenital or acquired immune deficiencies are at risk of developing chronic infection and lead to pure red cell aplasia. We report the case of transient aplastic crisis due to parvovirus BI9 infection in hereditary spherocytosis.

생성물 수율과 반응성을 고려하여 선정한 원료를 이용하여 수열합성법으로 BaTiO_(3) 미세 분말을 제조하였으며 합성시 반응 원료, 온도 및 시간 변화에 따른 영향을 조사하였다. Ba(NO_(3))_(2)와 TiO_(2)ㆍxH_(2)O를 출발물질로 사용할 경우는 광화제 없이도 80℃부터 BaTiO_(3)가 합성되었다. BaTio_(3)의 합성은 반응혼합물의 pH가 높을수록 유리하였으며 전화율은 반응시간보다는 반응온도에 더 큰 영향을 받았다. 이상의 실험 결과로부터 BaTiO_(3) 입자는 수열합성시 용액 중 OH^(-)기의 친핵 공격에 의한 함수 티타니아의 용해와 Ba이온과의 탈수 반응을 통한 핵생성 및 성장 경로를 통해 합성된다고 제안하였다. BaTiO_(3) fine powder was prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with various precursor materials selected in view of yield and reactivity. The effect of reaction temperature, time and raw material was investigated in the above process. While a(NO₃)₂ and TiO₃·xH_(2)O were used as starting material, it was not possible to prepare BaTiO_(3) without mineralizer, however the same can be synthesized at 80℃ without mineralizer using Ba(OH_(2))·8H₃O and TiO₃·xH₃O. The synthesis of BaTiO₃ was favored by higher pH of the reaction solution and conversion was found dependent on the reaction temperature instead of time. Experimental data suggested that BaTiO₃ seemed to be synthesized hydrothermally through reaction pathway that included dissolution of hydrous titania by nucleophilic attack of OH^(-) group in aqueous medium, nucleation by dehydration between Ba ion and titanium complex dissolved and the growth of nuclei.
CuO-ZnO-Al₂O₃촉매상에서 메탄올의 수증기개질반응에 관한 연구

The steam reforming of methanol was studied over CuO-ZnO-Al₂O₃catalyst at the range of temperatures between 150℃ and 300℃, the atmospheric pressure, the contact times between 0.04g cat h/mL and 0.1g cat h/mL and mole ratios of water/methanol between 0.67 and 1.5 in a fixed bed continuous flow reactor. The conversion of methanol and the yield of H₂increased with the increase of pH in the precipitate solution and mole ratio of water/methanol. In the precipitate solution of pH 10, as the temperature increases especially above 250℃, the yield of H₂increased but the selectivity of H₂decreased due to side reaction. The activation energy of steam reforming of methanol was found to be 4.44 kcal/mol over CuO-ZnO-Al₂O₃catalyst at the mole ratio of Cu/Zn, 8:1.
의류 중의 미생물에 대한 소비자의 지식과 세탁습관 실태조사 분석

Microorganisms living in clothing cause damage to fabric as well as unhygienic conditions with unpleasant odor for wearers. Removal or growth of microorganisms are affected by the conditions during washing and storage. The purpose of this research was to study the consumer's knowledge and habits in laundering with respect to microorganisms in clothing. For survey method, questionnaires were administered to 580 housewives, age of 20~60s living in Seoul. Employing 479 respondents, the data were analyzed by using deseriptive statistics. The results are as follows; The level of knowledge about microorganisms of clothing was high in general, but wasn't expert level. Many people had experienced damages of textiles, clothing and unpleasant odor due to microorganisms. Fabric softeners and bleaches were rarely used for disinfection but usually used for antistatic. whitening or removal of stains. There was no relationship between laundering habits the knowledge of microorganism, and experience of clothing damage by microorganism
