Field experimental study was performed to examine characteristics of nutrient export from paddy rice fields with irrigation practices. Experimental fields with surface-water and ground-water irrigation were monitored and analyzed during rice culture period. The water balance showed that outflow generally balanced the inflow showing that about half (58∼68%) of total outflow was lost by surface drainage. Water and nutrient export are more in surface-water irrigation paddy than in ground-water irrigation paddy. The reasons might be more irrigation water available and easy to use in surface-water irrigation. If irrigation water reduced, it could result in reduction of nutrient export in paddy rice fields, which can save water and protect water quality. However, deviation from conventional standard practices might affect the rice yield and further investigations are necessary.

지역공동체가 정부와 파트너쉽을 형성하여 공공서비스의 생산과 전달에 참여하는 것은 서구 선진국가에서는 이미 일반화된 현상이다. 그러나 이 서구중심의 민관파트너쉽 모델이 한국사회에 적절한가에 대해서는 자성직(self-reflective)인 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구는 현재 서구선진국가에서 주목받고 있는 지역사회구축이론의 내용과 사례를 소개하면서 우리사회로의 도입을 위한 핵심적 변수들을 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 우리나라의 주민자치센터가 다양한 지역공동체들이 정부의 정책파트너로서 성장하는데 중요한 역할을 수행할 수 있다는 가능성을 전제로 지역사회구축을 궁극적인 지향점으로 하는 주민자치센터 운영의 개선방안을 제시하고 있다. 이 연구를 통해 우리나라에 적합한 점진적이고 주체적인 지역사회구축의 가능성을 모색하고자 한다. 지역사회구축에 관한 이론과 사례에 관한 연구는 문헌조사와 사례 연구를 통해 수행하였으며, 주민자치센터의 개선방안에 관해서는 관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 3차에 걸친 델파이 기법을 활용하여 결론을 도출하였다. It is a widespread phenomenon that local communities are involved in producing and delivering public services as policy partner of government in many western countries, But the west-oriented model of the partnership between government and local communities should be Put into a self-reflective study to make sure if the model would fit for the relationship between government and local communities in Korea. This study introduces the theory and best practices of community building in western countries. Based on the preliminary research, this study attempts to draw out core factors of community building to find a possibility of adjusting the theory and practices to Korean situation. Upon the premise that the citizen community center could play a significant role in stimulating local communities to grow as policy-partners of government this study suggests a plausible model of managing the citizen community center. Through the effort, this study aims to establishing a Peculiar model of community building in the korean society. An extensive literature review and case study on community building are conducted and the research conclusion and policy implication arc constructed via three-round policy delphi survey

This thesis investigate Disadvantages of traditional Port Logistics EDI, and introduce how to design and implement XML/EDI system on based Microsoft's Biztalk Framwork in order to solve it. The foundational structure of this system constructed application and Biztalk server. Also flow of data is following: Datas input through application and store to XML-document. The next step transmit XML-document to BizTalk server. BizTalk server work mapping XML-document to standard EDI-document. And standard EDI-document transmit to custom house.

In this study, a method based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process for systematizing the maintenance and securing the safety of the reinforce concrete bridges using an appearance inspection and state evaluation was proposed. It would be possible for general structure engineers to appraise the bridges with this method. Results from periodical inspections are mostly qualitative because of the inspector's subjective judgment. Therefore, for more objectivity of the results from the safety inspections. quantitative standardization processes of the appraisal items areessentially required. Properties of the selected items were standardized with reference to the existing research results and actual data. As for the item thatis difficult to represent quantitatively, word variable of the Analytic Hierarchy Process was introduced and standardized so that the objectivity of the subjective valuation was acquired. Results from this study are as followed. It is possible to acquire very reliable appraisal results of the reinforce concrete bridges according to the Analytic Hierarchy Process defined in this study. Result from this study can be applied practically through the application and analysis of the appraisal technique and the procedure with actual data. Verification through the practical uses and improvements are required for the development in this field.

There are several causes, the Percussion from the exterior, the decline of capacity by circumstances, the crack occurred in the interior, the carbonation and soon, that can shorten the span of the concreted construction. And crack density of bridge structures gets higher when they are deteriorated because the concrete crack is the problem of usability. Higher crack density cause the higher bending moment and lower load carrying capacity. In this reason, crack investigation was executed to understand the relation among the degree of degradation caused by the crack occurred on reinforced concrete structures and deflections ratio and load carrying capacity. Deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity of the structures were statistcally analyzed when medium crack which has crack width over O.lmm generated. However, the crack itself, as the primary factor of the life-curtailment of concreted construction, is principal and should bring about the erosion of the reinforcing rod and the span of life.

As the human material life style growth and the industrialization have been taking place, the overland transporting system also has been growing with its size, mass, and velocity. Especially, since domestic overland transporting system is rapidly growing, the smooth function of highway is very important in economic and military matters. To meet these requirements, the bridge's usage, safety, and durability have to be revaluated very carefully. But by focusing only on the quantity of the public basic facility has brought many tragedies to us. To prevent such incidents, there are many steps we can take such as careful planning, careful designing, careful constructing, using good materials, and steady maintenance; the most important thing is the maintenance.Taking all this in consideration, in this thesis ra like to construct a system related to the safety of ferroconcrete bridge according to fuzzyidea, and at the same time creating a scientific maintenance system would be very important to gain credibility from regular citizens.

위암수술 환자에서의 cp 개발과 cp적용에 따른 질 향상 활동에 관한 연구

Background : In an era of increasing medical costs, safe reduction in postoperative stay has become a major focus to optimize utilization of healthcare resources. The authors aimed to evaluate the clinical significance of the critical pathway(CP) for gastrectomy patients by implementing standardized postoperative management and electronic medical records. Method : From August 2006 to April 2007, critical pathways were introduced to inpatients and outpatients with gastric cancer. 60 consecutive patients undergoing distal gastrectomy were randomly divided into two groups; 30 CP group(A) and 30 non-CP group(B). Simultaneously, we also retrospectively reviewed the records of 438 patients(C:control group) who were able to be enrolled in CP program. We compared group(A) with (B), (C) in terms of hospital stay, complication rate, use of antibiotics and hospital costs. Patient satisfaction was surveyed by questionnaires. Result : There was no significant demographic difference between group(A) and (B). Of 30 patients in group(A), 5 drop-outs and 14 variances occurred. The mean postoperative hospital stays(Laparoscopy-assisted distal gastrectomy: LADG/Open distal gastrectomy: ODG) were 7.6/10.5 days for the group(A), 8.9/12.7 days for the group(B) and 12.6/14.5 days for the group(C) (p=0.02 in LADG). The total hospital cost of group(A) had a tendency to be less than that of group(B) and the amount of hospital cost per day in group(A) was significantly higher than that in group(B). The usage rates of the first generation antibiotics were 73.33%, 63.33%, and 59.2% in group(A), (B), and (C), respectively. Patients’ satisfaction had a tendency to be higher in the CP group than non-CP group. Conclusion : The mean hospital stay in LADG patients was shortened meaningfully and hospital cost per day was enlarged after introduction of clinical pathway. It is necessary to apply a number of patients to the critical pathway and to make an effort to reduce the variation and drop-out rates.

New cephalosporin antibiotics, 7-[(3,4-dihydro-6-methoxycarbonyl-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1,4-thiazin-3-yl 1-oxide) -acetamido]-3-heterocyclothiomethyl-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid derivatives (2a-2d) were synthesized. Anti-bacterial activities of these new cephalosporin derivatives and the relationship between their stucture and their activities were examined. Among them, 7-[3,4-dihydro-6-methoxycarbonyl-2,2-dimethyl-2H-1,4- thiazin-3-yl1-oxide)acetamido]-3-[(2-methyl-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5-yl)thiomethyl]-3-cephem-4-carboxylic acid exhibited the broad antibacterial activities against Gram(+) and Gram(-) bacteria.

Through the exterior features on reinforced concrete slab, crack density and crack originate deflections ratio crack density, decrease percentage of load carrying capacity, crack originate deflections ration and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity were statistically analyzed. Crack density, crack originate deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity are very closely related each other with 0.724, 0.821 and 0.317 of correlation coefficient within 95% of mind level. However, the correlation between crack originate deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity was low. Through the regression equation curve method in which crack density selected as independent variable, crack originate deflections ratio and decrease percentage of load carrying capacity as dependent variable, regression equations were presumed. Equations exist in mind level range of F(0.05, S-curve showed the highest, conformance with 79.5%, 72.2%. The regression equation between CRD or LCCD and CD was also shown. The overall judgement of load carrying capacity of bridges can be possible through the moreover investigation of crack density, the time needed precision could be valuable data for lower maintenance cost, the degree of deterioration of bridges and safety judgement.
