취약 노인 긴급상황 대처를 위한 ICT기반 비대면 돌봄서비스 활용에 관한 탐색적 차원에서의 분석 연구

In order to prepare for universal community care, this study promotes a pilot project of ICT-based emergency response non-face-to-face care service for local vulnerable seniors in collaboration with local governments, private companies, and care institutions, and shares the results of analyzing the operation of the project. By doing so, the analysis was conducted at an exploratory level with the purpose of reducing trial and error by other organizations pursuing similar projects. In this study, we analyzed the satisfaction level of ICT-based care services through a survey after installing ICT-based care devices on 250 vulnerable elderly people in town, township, and dong areas, and analyzed the details of emergency care operations through interviews with participating personnel such as care workers. was analyzed. The results of the analysis showed that satisfaction with service use increased as the user received basic livelihood assistance or had a lower income level, and in response to emergency situations at care service sites, there were many cases of emergency calls due to malfunction or sensitive operation of the user's device. In conclusion, the direction and implications of service improvement for community care services based on integrated community care policies and the needs of the elderly were presented.

This study was undertaken to evaluate the effect of different gramoxone spray rates and various spray/planting intervals on establishment of red clover(Trifolium L.), dry matter yield and botanical composition of grasses when seeded into sod of timothy(phleum pratense L.) Timothy sod sprayed 28 days prior to planting and no spraying reduced red clover establishment and seedling development as compared with planting 3 days after spraying and 400 or 800㎖ of spraying. In timothy sod, a spray/planning interval of the 3 days and 400㎖ of spraying was necessary to attain the many number off establishment.
효율적인 영상압축을 위한 개선된 임베디드 부호화기의 아키텍쳐 설계

본 연구에서는 영상데이터의 효율적인 압축과 전송을 위하여 EZW(embedded Zerotree wavelet)의 개선된 방안을 제안하였다 즉, 하위의 비중요계수들을 중요계수의 종속부호화에 사용함으로써 부호화 효율을 높였으며, 계수를 검색할 때 하위검색으로 미리 부호화하여 부호화시간을 단축하였다. 제안된 알고리즘은 상응하는 아키텍쳐로 설계하였으며, 이의 시뮬레이션을 기존의 EZW방법과 비교한 결과, 약 1dB정도의 PSNR 성능의 개선이 있음을 확인하였다. In this work, an improved method of EZW is suggested for efficient compression and transmission of image data. Here, coding efficiency is accomplished by embedded coding of significant coefficients using lower-level insignificant coefficients, and coding time is decreased by pre-coding of lower-level coefficients in coefficient detection. In simulation of designed architecture, the performance improvement of 1dB PSNR is confirmed compared with the results by the original En method.
