      • 팔로워십이 혁신행위에 미치는 영향 : LMX의 조절효과 중심으로

        혁신행위에 대한 선행연구에서 팔로워십이 미치는 영향에 대한 연구는 간과되어 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 팔로워십이 혁신행위에 미치는 영향을 밝히고 리더와 팔로워의 교환관계(LMX)의 조절효과를 검증하기 위한 것이다. 국내 대기업, 중소기업, 공기업에 근무하는 종업원 246명을 대상으로 실증분석을 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 팔로워십은 혁신행위에 34.9%의 설명력으로 혁신행위에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 리더와 팔로워의 교환관계(LMX)는 조절효과는 나타나지 않았다. 추가적으로 팔로워십의 특성을 구분하여 조절효과 검증을 실시하였다. 리더와 팔로워의 교환관계(LMX)는 독립·비판적인 사고가 혁신행위에 미치는 영향을 부정적으로 조절하였고 능동적인 참여가 혁신행위에 미치는 영향은 긍정적으로 조절하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 이론적 의의와 실무적 의의를 제시하였다.

        A case of postoperative serotonin syndrome following the administration of fentanyl, palonosetron, and meperidine -A case report-

        Serotonin syndrome is an unexpected adverse reaction of serotonergic medication. Some drugs used by anesthesiologists may cause serotonin syndrome. Serotonin syndrome is known to be related to 5-hydroxytryptamine 1A and 5-hydroxytryptamine 2A agonism. However, recent research has revealed evidence that 5-hydroxytryptamine 3 (5-HT3) antagonism can also play a role in serotonin syndrome. Among the 5-HT3 antagonists, palonosetron is the most highly specific. In this study, we present the first case of fentanyl- and meperidine-induced serotonin syndrome precipitated by palonosetron in general anesthesia.

        에너지 매니지먼트 방법과 그 사례에 관한 연구 - 일본의 대규모 복합건물에서의 설계, 운용단계 수법을 중심으로

        The study proposed a method of improving the energy performance of a building in the development of a large-scale complex. In this study, a specific energy-saving method is proposed based on the case of a building in a large complex in Japan, which accomplished a high-efficiency energy performance by conducting energy management consistently from the planning stage to the operating stage. Specifically, the major energy-saving features of this facility are as follows. 1) High-efficiency district heating and cooling (DHC) energy system. 2) Energy data collection system for energy management. 3) Construction of energy management system based on the coordination between the building group and DHC business operators. 4) Energy management through energy data analysis using Building Energy Management System. Based on energy management, the achieved annual primary energy coefficient of performance (COP) was 1.35, which was the third highest among the DHCs in Japan. Furthermore, the COP has been continuously increasing after the completion of construction, and the cooling energy system showed an improvement of 10% over five years. This study quantitatively examined the energy management methods in the design and operating stages and their effects on a large-scale complex building, and demonstrated the significance of the energy management of energy savings for an entire building.

      • 연속주조내 용융금속 유동장의 수학적 모델링(Ⅰ)

        연속주조 턴디쉬 및 신주조기술인 쌍롤박판 주조기내의 응용금속장을 예측하는 수학적 모델링을 개발하였다. 그 응용금속유동장을 위한 수학적 구성식은 난류성분을 표현하는 난류 Navier-Stock식을 근거하고 K-ε난류방정식과 함께 유동장예측 및 난류성분의 결과를 제시하였다. A mathematical modelling has been developed for describing the flowfilds of molten metal in the tundish and the twin-roller procss of continuous casting. The formulation of the tundish and the twin-roll process were dased on the turbulent Navies-Stokes equation in which allowance was made for the spatially distributed turbulent velocity field of molten metal. The calculation of turbulent properites using the two equation K-E turbulence model have been applied, and predicted results are presented.

      • CrMoV 로우터강의 크리이프-피로 상호작용하에서 비탄성구성 방정식 및 수명평가에 관한 연구

        본 연구는 국내에서 제작된 증기터어빈로우터용 CrMoV강을 시료로 하여 작동온도 550℃에서 크리이프-피로상호작용하에서 선형손상누적법칙 및 변형율범위분할법에 의하여 수명평가를 적용한 결과 2정도의 안전계수를 갖는 재질로 규명되었다. In this study, elevated temperature low cycle fatigue test were performed at operation temperature 550℃ under creep-fatigue interaction using the specimens of CrMoV steel for the turbine rotor manufactured by domestic. Life predicted by Linear Damage Summation Method and Strain Range Partitioning Method therefore it shows that the CrMoV rotor steel having a safety factor over 2 was possible.

        Introduction ; By the priority of consumer economy of U. S. A. or light of the trend developed in the earliest 1980s - 1990s in our Country, it can be concluded that now the advertisement is to sell the media creating new consumption and new image as well as new idea of new item being developed. The modern concept of advertisement has been developed, advertising activities have been analyzed in detail in each field and it has been rapidly developed. We should start advertisement after establishing simple advertisement like presenting the enterprise concept of Company of contents of products to the firm advertisement policy. there should be no waste of media expense without program of objective, like I do because others do. The most appropriate advertising mean is to be executed in accordance with the followings like individual's situation, scale of store, large or small amount of capital, characteristics of products, survey on consumers, S. W. O. T. analysis, positioning strategy, customer's living standard and advertising time etc. The social and economic structure with importance attached to economic and social background of society together with the theory of visible advertising which can be seen by eyes require against the advertisement the scientific, logical and artistic nature and it si extremely sensitive to contemporaryism theory. As for the major economic structure, the production and consumption activity is individually specialized and is proceeded separately to independence with its own merit and demerit. The development of the epoch-making idea as well a firm information system and realization of new image are essential more than anything else. And communication like this can be, in a word, summarized as the word, advertisement. The advertisement played definite role in the change of production competition to marketing competition, expedited effective marketing of products of respective Company, and in consumer peoples' standpoint, it became source of life information. Thus it can be considered that this advertisement is important research sector, in communication field, of consumer's life information and activity of information disposition and accommodation. It is indispensable subject to analyze advertisement growing hugely like this, thus in this thesis I am going to manage the new effort for transferring advertisement to human consciousness based on phonomenon reflected in vision and perception, psychology and emotion of human, i.e. sense of vision and hearing.

      • 적응제어기법에 의한 Switched Reluctance Motor 드라이브의 성능개선

        SRM의 발생토오크는 회전자 위치각에 따른 가변 인던턴스 변화율과 상전류의 자승에 비례하는 특징이 있다. 회전자 위치각과 상전류에 따른 가변 인덕턴스 변화율은 자기포화현상에 의해 변하게 되며 자기포화에 따른 가변 인덕턴스 변활율은 토오크리플을 유발하게 된다. SRM 드라이브는 동적 운전조건을 결정하는 많은 파라메터가 있으므로 다변하는 시스템에 유용한 적응제어기법을 사용하여 램프형 전류를 만들 수 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전압 보상제어와 동적 도통각 및 속도제어를 이용한 적응제어기법을 도입하여 평활 토오크를 위한 램프형 보상전류를 갖게 하여 토오크리플을 현저하게 저감시킬 수 있었다. The torque in SRM is proportional to the inductance variation as the rotor position and the square of the phase current. An inductance variation according to the rotor position and the phase current is changed by the magnetic saturation. And the ripple in generated torque is resulted from the inductance variation with the magnetic saturation. SRM drive has many variable parameters to determine dynamic performance. As result, the adaptive control technique that is available for multi-variable system is used for ramp type current. This paper suggests that adaptive control technique, which consists of voltage compensating control an dynamic dwell angle and speed control, is used to reduce torque ripple and this suggested scheme is able to shape ramp type current which makes the generated torque flattened.

      • 열충격이 작용하는 취성구조의 확률적 신뢰성평가

        어떤 확률분포함수를 갖는 균열의 크기를 구조의 단위 체적당 밀도가 랜덤하게 분포한 것으로 가정하여 열충격이 작용하는 취성구조의 신뢰성 평가 방법을 제시하였다. 크랙의 불안정한 조건은 일반적인 열응력하의 취성체로써 유도될 수 있으며 확률고장모델은 불확실한 크기의 크랙을 함유한 취성체에 대한 크랙 불안저위 확률을 구하였고 취성구조의 신뢰성은 어떤 미소체적의 크랙이 불안정하게 될 때 그 구조는 파괴되는 것으로 하여 취약 링크 가설 모델을 기초로 하여 평가하였다. 그리고 세라믹 평판구조에 열충격이 가해지는 수치 해석적 예제를 통하여 제시한 방법의 유용성과 신뢰도를 구하였다. An analysis method for the reliability of ceramic structures subjected to thermal shocks is presented. Flaws with the size of given probability distribution function are assumed to be distributed at random with a certain density per unit volume in the structures. Criterions for crack instability are derived for brittle solids under general thermal stresses. A probabilistic failure model is presented to study the probability of crack instability for brittle solids containing cracks with uncertain crack size. The reliabilities of brittle structures are evaluated based on the weakest-link hypothesis, which states that a structure fails when the cracks in any differential volume become unstable. A numerical example is given to demonstrate the application of the proposed method.
