Background : This study was carried out to secure technology for stable production of ginseng by developing technology to reduce the high temperature in response to climate change. Methods and Results : Polyethylene film (PE film), scattering film and blue-white double-sided film (85% shading rate) were tested for ginseng rain-shielding materials. The shading materials used were a black shading net (90% shading rate) in the first, and an aluminum screen (40% shading rate) in the second. The first shading materials were installed on April 10 with PE film + black light shielding net, and scattering film + black light shielding net. As the treatment for high temperature injury relief, an aluminum screen was installed under a scattering film + black light shielding net and a blue-white double-sided film at a high temperature. The amount of transmitted light was 12.9% at scattered film, 14.5% at double sided film, and 12.5% at PE film when the primary rain-shielding material was covered. In secondary shading, scattering film + aluminum screen and blue-white double-sided film + aluminum showed 8.6% and 7.6% of light transmitting, respectively. In the case of temperature, the average temperature was lower than the outside temperature at the scattering film + aluminum screen, clear double sided film + aluminum screen and PE film recovery. The differences among the cultivars were significant in plant height, stem height, stem diameter, leaf length, leaf width and leaf area. There were significant differences in the plant height, stem height, leaf length, and leaf width between treatments, but there was no interaction effect between varieties and treatments. The interactions between treatments were found only in the number of brach root. Conclusion : High temperature damage was influenced by the amount of irradiation in the facility rather than the temperature, which was presumed to be due to the accelerated aging of the ginseng leaf as the light transmittance increased.

This paper tries to figure out the way a negation sentence are formed based on Aristotle’s description about opposition. Also we focus on the factors that make some NPIs occur in non-negation sentence. According to Aristotle, the opposition of meaning gives a logical and semantic foundation. Especially it is the privation and the contradiction that form the typical oppositions related to forming a negation sentence. On the other hand, even though it is not the general case, there are some NPIs that occur in a non-negation sentence that belongs to contrary opposition. We have two reasons as follows. First, when elements such as ‘mollae’(몰래), ‘moreusoy’(모르쇠), ‘mushinkyungha-’(무신경하-), etc. have diachronically lost their negative properties, the above situations may happen in a non-negation sentence. Second, when the above elements appear in a certain context which induces negative implicature, they activate their original negative properties. Through this process, it can be argued that some NPIs appear in the non-negation sentence.
Sea Carriers' Liability for Default.
이은섭,김선옥 한국무역학회 2005 Journal of Korea trade Vol.9 No.2
Intractable problems in applying the Hague Rules arise from conflicts between two kinds of default by sea carriers, that is, the commercial default and the vessel management default, which are often difficult to separate. Establishing a standard to distinguish the two defaults is desirable both for the risk management as well as clarifying whether the carrier or the cargo insurer is liable. This paper attempts to define a distinguishing standard for commercial default and vessel management default by analyzing the relevant theories and precedents. The purpose or nature of the act causing the fault allows lines to be drawn between commercial default and vessel management default. When the purpose of an act is for the navigation or safety of the vessel, for example, negligence should be considered as vessel management default. In determining the purpose or nature of an act, one of the most persuadable methods of interpretation is to apply the supplementary term, such as "primary" or "sole" purpose.
