재한 중국인 유학생의 성취관련 자기불일치가 진로정체감과 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 : 자기효능감의 매개효과를 중심으로

재한 중국인 유학생은 현재까지 재한 외국인 유학생 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하여왔으나 낮은 진로정체감과 학습부진등의 원인으로 지속적으로 감소추세를 나타내고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 감 소와 관련하여 학습자의 외적요소보다는 내적인 요소에 초점을 두고 재한 중국인 유학생의 성취관 련 자기불일치가 진로정체감과 학습만족도에 미치는 영향 관계를 분석하였다. 그리고 자기효능감이 이들 관계에서의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 실증연구를 위한 조사 자료는 Wechat를 활용하여 수집된 328명의 재한 중국인 유학생들에 대한 설문결과를 활용하였다. 연구결과는 성취관련 자기불일치가 높을수록 자기효능감이 낮으며, 자기효능감은 성취관련 자기불일치와 진로정체감 및 학습만족도간 의 관계에서 완전 매개효과를 가지고 있음을 검증하였다. 연구결과에 근거하여 중국인 유학생의 선 발에서 성취관련 자기불일치에 대한 심리적인 측정의 필요성을 제기하고 유학생 교육에서 진로정체 감과 학습만족도를 높이기 위한 자기불일치에 대한 심리상담과 자기효능감을 높이기 위한 교육프로 그램의 개발과 활용의 필요성을 제안하였다. 결론과 논의에서 이론적인 의의와 실무적인 시사점을 제시한 외에 본 연구의 한계점 및 향후의 연구 과제를 논하였다. Chinese students in Korea have consistently accounted for the largest portion of foreign students, but the number continues to decline due to low career identity and poor learning. In relation to this reduction, the study analyzed the impact of achievement-related self-discrepancy on career identity and learning satisfaction of chinese students in korea, focusing on internal factors rather than external factors of learners. And self-efficacy was tested the mediated effects in these relationships. The survey data for empirical research were used the results of a survey of 328 Chinese international students in korea, collected by using WeChat. The results of the study confirmed that the higher the achievement-related self-discrepancy, the lower the self-efficacy, and that the self-efficacy has a perfect mediating effect in the relationship between achievement-related self-discrepancy and career identity and learning satisfaction. Based on the research findings, it Suggested that the need for psychological measurement of achievement-related self-discrepancy in the selection of Chinese students, and proposed the need for psychological counseling and educational programs to enhance self-efficacy in the education of international students. In addition to presenting theoretical significance and practical implications in the conclusions and discussions, we discussed the limitations of this study and future research challenges.
초등학생의 토요스포츠데이 참여에 따른 공격성 차이 분석

This study aimed to find out the differences between participation and non-participation in Saturday sports day on aggression and appreciate the importance of the Saturday sports day. For this, survey was conducted 160 elementary school students of four elementary school in Seoul. Students were chosen by accidental sampling. Experimental group was 80 students who were participate in Saturday Sports Day. And control group was also 80 students who were not participate in Saturday sports Day. Because there were 8 improperly answered questionnaires, they were removed. So actual survey was progressed with 72 experimental group and 80 control group. The result were following. Firstly, in terms of aggression composite index, participation in Saturday sports day brought difference on aggression. There were significant differences in post aggression test between participation and non participation. The aggression composite index of experimental group was significantly lower (p<.001) than control group. Experimental group was participated in Saturday sports day during 12weeks and there were significant differences in preliminary and post test about aggression(p<.002). But in control group, there were not significant differences in preliminary and post test. Secondly, participation in Saturday sports day brought difference on sub-factors of aggression like behavioral aggression, hostility, anger. There were significant differences in post aggression test between participation and non participation. Sub-factors like behavioral aggression(p<.013), hostility(p<.001), anger(p<.001) of experimental group were significantly lower than control group. And there were significant differences in preliminary and post test of experimental group. Behavioral aggression(p<.010), hostility(p<.020), anger(p<.001) were significantly different. But there were not statistically significant differences in control group(p>.05). Taken the above result together, it is evident that participation in Saturday sports day brought difference on 3 sub-factor like behavioral aggression, hostility, anger.

Historically, the end-users' acceptance of the expert systems(ES) have generally been used as a proxy for the ES' implementation success by both practitioners and academicians. However, with regard to bank loan decisions, most loan officers approach the acquisition of an ES with apprehension. In order to overcome this skepticism, more research should focus on the behavioral aspects related to systems acquisition and usage. This research applied Vroom's (1964) expectancy theory in an effort to predict end-users' motivation to use an ES in a bank loan decision context. Because human behaviors and judgements are nonlinear rather than linear functions, accurately predicting human behavior is very difficult. To increase the prediction power for end-users' motivation to use an ES in a bank loan decision context, this research used an artificial neural network (ANN) model. In this research, an attempt was made to evaluate adequacy of the surrogates by analyzing differences between real bank loan officers and student surrogates in applying expectancy theory to estimate bank loan officers' motivation to use ES in a bank loan decision context.
