중학교 체육과 STEAM 융합을 통한 창의·융합 수업 모듈 요소 도출 및 수업 모듈 제시

본 연구의 목적은 체육과 신체활동 영역별(건강, 도전, 경쟁, 표현) 내용요소와 STEAM과의 융합을 통해 창의·융합 수업모듈 요소를 도출하는 것이며, 아울러 창의·융합 수업 모듈을 제시하는 것에 있다. 이를 위해 문헌연구, 포커스 그룹 인터뷰(FGI), 전문가 협의 방법을 실시하였으며 이를 통하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 도출하였다. 먼저 창의·융합 수업 모듈 요소와 관련하여 첫째, 건강 영역의 창의·융합 수업 모듈 요소는 자세 분석을 통한 위험성 도출, 신체활동량 분석과 설계 등 총 11개로 제시되었다. 둘째, 도전 영역의 모듈 요소는 총 6개로 목표 달성 저해 요인 예상, 효율적 운동을 위한 모델링 등의 내용이 도출되었으며, 경쟁 영역의 융합 요소는 17개로 경기 기록 분석, 경기데이터 저장을 위한 어플 제작 등의 내용이 제시되었다. 마지막으로 표현 영역의 창의·융합 모듈 요소는 총 10개로 움직임 표현 기술 향상을 위한 모델링, 움직임 표현 기록을 위한 기호화 등의 내용이 도출되었다. 아울러 수업 모듈은 건강 영역에서는 공학(E: Engineering) 분야와의 융합과 관련된 내용이 제시되었으며, 도전 영역에서는 기술(T: Technology)과의 융합, 경쟁 영역에서는 예술(A: Art)와의 융합, 표현 영역에서는 예술(A: Art)와, 수학(M: Mathematics)기호와)과의 융합을 통한 내용이 제시되었다. The purpose This study aimed at proposing class module elements for creativity and convergence and class models for creativity and convergence by integrating content elements by physical activity field(health, challenge, competition,) for physical education and STEAM. For this, literature review, focus group interview(FGI) and discussions with experts were conducted, and the following study results have been drawn up: First, concerning the class module elements for creativity and convergence, total 11 class module elements in the health field were suggested including detecting risks by posture analysis and analyzing and designing amount of physical activity. Second, total 7 module elements in the challenge field were deduced such as anticipation of obstacles to target achievement and modeling of effective exercise. There were 17 convergence elements in the competition field including game record analysis and creation of game data storage application. Third, total 9 creativity and convergence module elements in the field include modeling of technology improvement for motion and symbolization for motion records. In addition, class modules related to convergence with engineering in the health field, convergence with technology in the challenge field, convergence with art in the competition field and convergence with art and mathematical symbols were proposed.

신체 표현 능력의 하위 요소 및 신체 표현 능력 함양을 위한 실천 활동 제시

The purpose of this study is to first present the sub-competency elements of physical expression ability, and second, to present practical activities to cultivate physical expression ability. For this study, the Delphi method and the focus group interview method were used as research methods. The Delphi research method was conducted to derive the sub-competency elements of 'body expression ability'. The FGI method was used to present practical activities for each sub-element of physical expression ability. The results of the study are as follows. Through this study, a total of 27 sub-competency elements related to physical expression ability were presented. Practical activities were presented in a range of 1 to 4 for each sub-element of physical expression competency. Physical activity is related to cre ation, expression, and appreciation activities, and consists of contents that can be performed not only directly but also indirectly. This can also enable balanced learning of students' cognitive, affective, and psychological domains.

예비체육교사를 위한 표현활동 수업 모형 및 수업전략 개발

자유학기제 예술·체육 활동: 진로 교육을 위한 신체 표현활동의 직업 분야별 핵심역량 및 내용요소 도출

본 연구의 목적은 자유학기제 수업에서 일반 중학교 학생들이 신체표현 활동 관련 직업분야를 폭넓게 탐색할 수 있도록 첫째, 신체 표현활동 관련 직업을 구조화 하며 둘째, 각 직업군별 핵심역량과 교육내용 요소를 도출하는 데 있다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌분석과 총 3회의 델파이 조사를 실시하여 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출하였다. 첫째, 신체 표현활동의 직업분야는 총 21개의 직업군으로 분류되었으며, 세부 직업은 총 75개로 제시되었다. 둘째, 신체 표현활동의 각 직업분야별 핵심역량은 각 직업군별로 4개 ~ 17개 범위내로 제시되었으며, 교육내용 요소는 각 직업별로 3개 ~ 15 범위내로 제시되었다. 본 연구에서 제시된 신체 표현활동 직업별 핵심역량과 교육내용 요소는 자유학기제 진로교육을 위한 교육 자료로써 다양하게 활용될 수 있을 것으로 본다. The purpose of this study is, first, to structure jobs related to physical expression activities and second to derive the core competencies and educational content elements by occupational group so that ordinary middle school students can widely explore the field of occupation related to physical expression activities in free-semester classes. For this purpose, the following study results were obtained by conducting a total of three Delphi surveys with the literature analysis. First, the occupational fields of physical expression activities were classified into a total of 21 occupational groups, and 75 detailed occupations were presented. Second, the key competences of physical expression activities for each occupational field were presented in the range of 4 to 17 for each profession, and the training content elements for each profession were suggested within 3 to 15. The core competencies and educational content elements by each occupational group of physical expression activities presented in this study may be variously used as educational materials for career education in free semester.

여성 인재 데이터베이스 분석을 통한 활용 방안에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 공공부문에서 여성의 참여를 확대하기 위해 구축한 여성 인재 데이터베이스의 현황에 대해 살펴보고, 활용을 위한 방안을 도출하는 것이다. 이를 위해 여성가족부가 구축 및 관리하고 있는 여성 인재 데이터베이스와 인천광역시의 사례를 분석하였다. 그리고 인천광역시에서 여성 전문인을 대상으로 실시한 설문조사 결과를 분석하여 정책적 시사점을 도출하였다. 여성 인재 데이터베이스 활용을 위한 정책적 시사점은 첫째, 여성 인재 데이터베이스의 재정비, 최신정보 업데이트 등 체계적인 관리가 필요하다. 둘째, 여성 인재 현황 및 활용 추이 등을 홈페이지를 통해 자세히 공개할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 국가 차원의 적극적인 모니터링을 통한 사후점검이 필요하고, 가능하다면 결과를 기관 성과 평가에 반영할 필요가 있다. 넷째, 여성 인재 데이터베이스가 경력단절 여성 뿐 아니라 신진 인재들에게도 활용이 될 수 있도록 정기적이고, 장기적인 관점의 홍보 전략이 필요하다. 이 연구를 바탕으로 향후 여성 인재 데이터베이스를 통해 사회에 진출한 여성이 사회적 소수자로써 어떻게 대표성을 발휘하는지에 대한 후속연구가 필요할 것이다. The purpose of the study is to look at the status of the women's leaders databases designed to expand women's participation in the public sector, and to come up with measures for the utilization of the women's leaders databases. For this purpose, this study analyzed the current status of the women's leaders databases that have been established and managed by the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family and Incheon Metropolitan Government. And In order to find ways to utilize the database of women leaders, the results of a survey conducted by the Incheon Metropolitan Government were analyzed and policy implications were drawn. The policy implications for utilizing the women's leaders database are as follows: First, systematic management such as the reorganization of the women's leaders database and the updating of the latest information are necessary. Second, it is necessary to disclose the current status of women's leaders and trends in utilization through the website. Third, the follow-up is needed through active monitoring at the national level. And if possible, the results need to be reflected in the agency performance assessment. Fourth, regular and long-term public relations strategies are needed so that the women's leaders database can be used not only for career-breaking women but also for emerging talent. Based on this study, further research on how women who entered the society through the women's leaders database will be representative as social minorities will be needed.
