비공기압 방식 소형 산업용 바퀴의 설계를 위한 수치해석과 진동실험에 관한 연구

This paper presents a numerical study for the development of a low-noise low-vibration industrial wheel for non-pneumatic wheel to significantly reduce vibration and noise. For this, design, injection molding and performance testing were performed. Various geometric shapes and materials were taken into account. For numerical analysis, ANSYS, LS-Dyna, and ABAQUS were used to predict the behavior of the wheel under different loadings based on various design changes. Based on this, 4 prototypes were fabricated by changing the design of wheels and molds, and various vibration and noise tests were carried out. A vibration tester was developed and tested to perform the vibration noise test considering durability. A prototype and test of the final wheel was performed. In the case of the vibration test, the vibration levels were 81.16dB and 80.66dB, which were below the target 90dB. Noise levels were 53.20 dB and 52.55 dB below the target 65dB. In the case of the impact resistance test, it was confirmed that there was no change in appearance after impact. The product weight was measured to be 174g compared to the target of 190g

국제적으로 높은 수준의 우리나라 전자정부를 정부경쟁력과 국가경쟁력과의 전략적 연계가 중요하다. 체계적인 전략적 연계를 위해서는 정보화사업에 따른 효율성의 경제적 효과의 측정이 매우 중요한 요소가 된다. 경제적 효과를 측정하기 위해 정보화 사업의 유형분류와 측정지표의 선정 및 분류에 따른 데이터의 정리 체계와 분석 방법론이 정비되어 사업간 및 기관간 효과의 비교가능성을 향상시켜야한다. 본 연구는 전자정부의 효율성 측정방법론에 대한 탐색적 연구와 측정지표 체계를 제시한다.

This study identifies the determinants of firm’s technological development scheme with a focus on the firm’s decision between insourcing and outsourcing of technological development. This study considers transaction costs to determine a threshold that induces the firm to switch from insourcing to outsourcing decisions. Based on the survey of business activities conducted by the National Statistics Office of Korea, this study uses the censored regression model. The results indicate that the ratio of research and development investment to revenue is likely to increase the outsourcing activities for technological development. The results also represent that the quadratic term is negative and statistically significant, which shows a inverted U-shape curve between R&D investment and outsourcing. Moreover, the whole industry tends to switch from outsourcing to insourcing activities if the ratio of research and development investment to revenue is greater than 0.72%, whereas the manufacturing industry tends to switch it if it is greater than 1.15% 기업은 기술이나 제품을 자체적으로 연구하고 개발할 수도 있고 외부로부터 기술을 구매하거나외주를 통하여 연구개발을 수행할 수도 있다. 기업의 연구개발 활동을 자체적으로 수행하는 방식과 외주를 통한 방식에 대한 결정에 영향을 미치는 요소는 다양하다. 전통적인 연구들은 크게 두 가지 흐름으로 정리될 수 있다. 하나는, 자체수행과 외주에 대한 결정도 위험요소 등을 고려하여 포괄적인 의미의 거래비용을 최소화하는 방식에 기초한 연구흐름과, 다른 하나는 기업의 역량을 의미하는 자원준거의 기업이론에 근거한 두 가지 흐름에 기초한 연구흐름이 있다. 본 연구에서는 거래비용이론과 자원준거이론을 통합하여 연구개발의 자체수행과 외주에 대한 결정요인을 식별하고, 자체수행과 외주수행의임계점을 찾는다. 본 연구에서는 기업역량에 따라 외주 여부를 선택하며, 규모가 증가하면 자체수행으로 전환한다는 가설을 설정하고 통계청의 기업활동조사 자료를 이용하여 검증하였다. 분석결과 매출액대비 연구개발투자 비중이 증가할수록 외주가 증가하며, 전체 산업의 경우 매출액 대비 연구개발투자가 0.72%, 제조업의 경우 1.15%가 되면 외주에서 자체수행을 전환되는 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 전략적 측면에서 매출액 대비 연구개발투자비중이 1.15% 수준이 되었을 때, 내부개발에 대한 고려 및 기획이 필요함을 의미하는 것이다. 정부가 기업의 연구소 설립을 지원하는 과정에서 그 규모를 고려할 수있는 지표로 매출액 대비 연구개발투자비중 1.15%를 고려할 수 있다는 정책적 함축성도 있다.

본 논문의 목적은 공공정보자원의 활용도 제고 및 지식정보산업 육성을 통한 국가경쟁력 강화의 기반으로서, 공공정보자원의 상업화 모델을 개발하고 이를 적용하기 위한 주요 이슈를 점검하고 정책적 시사점을 제공하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 미국∙EU∙영국∙캐나다의 공공정보자원 활용 제고를 위한 상업화 정책과 상업화 모델로서 자금조달(Funding Model), 비용회수(Cost Recovery Model), 수익창출(Revenue Generation) 모델을 검토하였다. 이를 토대로 공공정보자원의 생명주기와 가치사슬 모델을 활용하여 ⅰ) 공공기관 직접 상업화, ⅱ) 민간계약 상업화, ⅲ) 민∙관 공동생산 상업화, ⅳ) 민간완전위탁 상업화라는 네가지 모델을 개발하고 장단점을 살펴보았다. 그리고 이러한 모델을 우리나라의 공공정보자원 상업화에 적용하기 위해서 선결되어야 할 주요 이슈로서 공공정보 상업화의 비전과 목표, 상업화의 대상 및 범위, 상업화의 주체, 공공정보 저작권, 요금부과 방식과 이윤배분∙활용 및 예산지원, 관련 법제도 정비 등을 검토하였다. This study formulates a strategy for commercial utilization of the public sector information(PSI) to promote efficient provision and effective utilization of information. Models for commercialization of the PSI are suggested in consideration of the life cycle perspectives and the commercial arrangements of the PSI. As to the life cycle perspectives, three stages of commercialization - Funding, Cost Recovery, and Revenue Generation - are proposed based on the analysis of cost structure and the economic viability of the public sector information. This paper also considers various types of commercialization scheme and suggests four types of business arrangement for commercialization of the PSI as a sustainable mechanism. Reviewing the literature on the major countries and organizations relevant to commercialization of the PSI, we examine each of four types of commercialization arrangement in the context of an information resource life cycle along a value chain of the PSI. The study also identifies key issues such as copyright and suggests relevant policies for PSI commercialization such as pricing scheme, related legal and institutional requirements. The suggestions in this study can be the foundation for further detailed researches and practical policies regarding the PSI commercialization.
