Sol-Gel derived ferroelectric Pb(Z $r_{0.52}$ $Ti_{0.48}$) $O_{3}$ thin films have been fabricated on Pt/Ti/ $SiO_{2}$/Si substrate. Two kinds of fast annealing methods, F-I (six times of intermediate and final annealing) and F-II(one final annealing after six times of intermediate annealing) were used for preparation of multi-coated PZT thin films. As the annealing temperature was increased, high capacitance could be obtained, for instance, 2700.angs.-thick PZT thin film annealed at 680.deg. C had a capacitance value of approximately 20nF at 1kHz. In addition, it is found that the dielectric constant is a function of the perovskite phase fraction. In case of F-I method, PZT thin film had a remanent polarization(Pr) of 8-15.mu.C/c $m^{2}$ and a coercive field( $E_{c}$) of 35-44kV/cm according to annealing temperature, whereas PZT film fabricated by F-II method had as high as 24-25.mu.C/c $m^{2}$ and 48-59kV/cm, respectively. As a result of measuring Curie temperature, PZT thin film had a range of 460-480.deg. C by F-I method and more or less higher range of 525-530.deg. C by F-II method, which implied that different microstructures could cause the different Curie temperature. Through I-V measurement, leakage current of PZT thin film fabricated by F-I and F-II methods was 64nA/c $m^{2}$ and 2.2.mu.A/c $m^{2}$ in the electric field of 100kV/cm, respectively.y.y.y.

In terrestrial wireless optical communication links, atmospheric effects including turbulence, absorption and scattering have significant impact on the system performance. Based on the analysis of transmission in atmospheric channel concerning 830[nm] wavelength diode laser beam, performance of free space optical (FSO) link utilizing Galilean optics as a laser beam transmitting and receving optics, PIN photodiode as a detecting device. In this paper we designed optical link equation for received optical power and we analyze the atmospheric effects on the signal to noise ratio (SNR) and bit error rate (BER) of an terrestrial FSO system. We show that the possible communication distance for BER=10<sub>-9</sub> in proposed adverse atmospheric conditions.

This study was done in order to present clinical trial method for safety and efficacy of Pharmacopuncture. The results were summarized as follow: Objective : The purpose of this study is to verify about safety and effectiveness of pharmacopuncture. Methods : We use questionnaire created by expert group. Survey was conducted to target clinicians who using pharmacopuncture more then 5 years. Results & Conclusion : Pharmacopuncture is effective. and that is widely used in the musculoskeletal diseases. but treatment method has not been organized to objectivity. Some pharmacopuncture causes specific symptoms, but no serious side effects. Generally, pharmacopuncture is effective and safety.
가변송신격자를 이용한 이동 입자의 속도 및 크기 동시 측정

We can obtain a particle velocities using a transmission grating techniques, which has fixed spatial frequency. But this techniques gives us only the velocity information about the particles. In this case, we can use an optical variable frequency transmission grating technique. We can make Moving particles image on the VFG and detects signal using an PMT. From this we can find a size information about particles. We can arrange the TG and VFG properly, then particles velocities and sizes will be measured simultaneouly.

Objects : This study is desinged in order to clinical applications of the new acupucture method : embedding therapy. Conclusions : 1. Emdedding therapy apply to many disease through the effect of physical stimulation and chemical stimulation. 2. Facial muscles belong to one or more meridian muscle. 3. Emdedding therapy can be used in facial disease through meridian muscle system.
동병하치 개념의 삼복구법을 평가하기 위한 질환 발굴과 평가도구 활용방안

Objectives : There was propose of development of tool for evaluation of Sambokgu-Therapy(三伏灸法) and concept of DongbeongHachi(冬病夏治) for preventing winter disease in the summer. Methods : Details on programs preventing winter disease in the summer such as clear concept, theoretical basis, current status, intervention or available prescriptions and indication/contraindication/ caution were prepared through the related journal review, upon which an observational study was devised and done for simulation to find out even a trivial problem and to guarantee the safety beforehand. This study was to understand DongbeongHachi(冬病夏治), to find out the diseases related to DongbeongHachi(冬病夏治) and to develop evaluation tools of each diseases. In addition we meaned to understand Sambokgu-Therapy(三伏灸法) sorts and necessity and to discover side effects or validity related factors. Results : We selected air-conditioningitis, asthma, chronic bronchitis, common cold and allergic rhinitis as DongbeongHachi(冬病夏治) related diseases. And some questionnaires are developed, which they could show the general characteristics and each diseases specifics Discussions : I expects to enhance status of the oriental medicines as preventive medicine, if we continue to supplement effectiveness and safeties about Sambokgu-Therapy(三伏灸法) through clinical reserches based on this study.
삼음교(三陰交)(Sp6) 전침자극(電針刺戟)이 fMRI상 뇌활성변화(腦活性變化)에 미치는 영향(影響)

Objective : Recently, many studies have showed the evidences of the effect of the acupunture treatment through scientific methods. One of these methods is functional MRI. We performed electro-acupunture on Sp6 and observed the changes of brain activation using fMRI. Methods : To see the effect of electro-acupunture stimulation on Sp6, the experiment was carried out on 12 healthy volunteers, using the gradient echo sequence with the 3.0T whole-body MRI system(ISOL). After the needle insertion on right Sp6, 2Hz of electric stimulation was given for 30 seconds, repeated five times, with 30 seconds' intervals. The Image analysis including motion correction, talairach transformation, and smoothing was done with SPM99. Results : 1. Group averaged brain activation induced by bilateral eletro-acupunture stimulation on Sp6 activates Brodman Area 3, 7, 13. 2. Group averaged brain deactivation induced by bilateral eletro-acupunture stimulation on Sp6 activates Brodman Area 6, 38, 47. 3. Group averaged brain activation induced by unilateral(right side) eletro-acupunture stimulation on Sp6 activates Brodman Area 5, 6, 13, 17, 18, 19, 31, 38, 40 ptoms, back pain(32.5%) was the 4. Group averaged brain deactivation induced by unilateral(right side) eletro-acupunture stimulation on Sp6 activates Brodman Area 3, 4, 18, 21, 36, 38, 39. 5. Brain region activated by motor stimulation activates Brodman Area 3, 4, 6, 18, 19.
