        한발서기 동안 동측, 반대측 방향의 상지부하가 다리근육의 근활성도에 미치는 영향

        Background: The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of ipsilateral and contralateral load changes during single-leg standing on the leg muscle activities of healthy people. Design: Randomized controlled trial. Methods: For all the subjects, a load was randomly applied to the ipsilateral or the contralateral side. While the load was applied, the subject raised a hand and then performed single-leg standing for 10 seconds using the dominant side. Results: During single-leg standing, the muscle activity of the gluteus medius, peroneus longus on the supporting side increased statistically significantly when an upper limb load was applied contralaterally, but no statistically significant differences were detected in the muscle activities of the tibialis anterior and the gastrocnemius using a test of within-subjects effects. Conclusion: It can be seen that muscle activities increase during exercise when the amount and frequency of a load are increased and when the same load is applied to different sides of the body. Such muscle activity increases may be applied to change the intensity of exercise when one is in a static posture, such as during single-leg standing.

        수도의 증발산량 추정방법에 관한 연구

        Evapotranspiration is a major factor determining the water consumption in the rice fields. Therefore, realistic evapotranspiration estimates are important to the agricultural water resources planning. In Korea, however, the Blaney-Criddle formula, which was developed under the meteorological condition of western arid United States and the upland cultivation, has been widely used to estimate evapotranspiration from paddy fields. Hence, it has considered that the Blaney-Criddle formula would not be the proper method for the Korean paddy condition. The purpose of this study is to select the most appropriate and realistic method for estimating evapotranspiraion from paddy field in Korea and to derive crop coefficients using the chosen method. The results are summerized as follows. 1. Total seasonal-average evapotranspiration by the field observation was 660mm for Tongil and 621. Ornm for the Japonica variety of rice. The amount of evapotranspiration for Tongil variety was 6% larger than that of the Japonica variety. 2. There was no significant differences in the amount of evapotranspiration among early, middle and late mature varieties, that is, early 638mm, middle 627mm and late 630mm for the whole growing season. 3. The rate of peak evapotranspiration appeared at the beginning of August and was in the range of 7.7-8. Omm/day according to the different mature varieties. 4. The correlation between pan evaporation data and the calculated evapotranspiration using related meteorological data from various methods suggested such as Radiation (FAO), Hargreaves, Christiansen, Hargreaves-Christiansen, Jensen-Haise, showed high statistic significance. Therefore, it seemed to use those formulars in estimating evapotranspiration inste4 of using pan evaporation data. 5. It was concluded from the analysis of field data that the evapotranspiration estimate for Blaney-Criddle method might not be appropriate in Korea. On the other hand, Penman equation showed more accurate estimation at the flourishing stage of rice than the pan evaporation method. 6. The crop coefficients for the Penman and pan-evaporation method were obtained by graphical representation.

        원공조치를 가진 탄소섬유강화 플라스틱 적층판의 피로수명에측

        Fatigue life prediction and fatigue behavior of circular notched carbon fiber reinforced plastic laminates are presented. Point and average stress criteria by Whitney and Nuismer are generalized to fatigue fracture criteria for notched laminates. Residual strength degradation model and the assumptions on the stress redistribution are introduced during the derivation of prediction equations. S-N curve, Basquin's relation, and H and H's FLPE1 are chosen for evaluation of residual strength of unnotched laminates and six prediction equations are derived. Experiments are performed using Graphite/Epoxy laminates whose fiber orientation is $[0$^\circ$/+45$^\circ$/-45$^\circ$/90$^\circ$]s. Presented prediction equations are reasonably close to experimental data and proposed appoach is found to be suitable to predict fatigue life of notched composite laminates.

        日本語の 「タ」のム一ド的意味用法について ―韓国語との対照の観点から―

        ムード的な意味の「タ」は動きが発話時以後であっても用いられるが、これは話者の認識時や発見時が発 話時以前であるからだろう。最近の先行研究でもこのような点に注目しているようであるが、本稿で挙げてい る「発見」「決定」「未来の状況に対する確信」などの「タ」の使用条件についてはいまだに明らかにされていない ところがあると思われる。本稿では、この三つのパターンの「タ」の使用条件を見極めつつ、韓国語の「었」と の対照を行った。 まず、「発見」の場合、話者が発見した状態が認識内で「想定していた」状態か否かにより、「タ」と「었」の 許容度の差があり、「었」は発見した状態が認識内で「想定していた」状態と一致するような文脈においては「タ」 に比べて用いられにくい。一方、発見状態と認識状態との食い違いが生じるような文脈になると、「었」の許 容度が上がるようである。 また、「決定」の場合、聞き手の存在有無により、「タ」の許容度の違いが生じ、聞き手のいない場面では 「タ」が用いられない。その上、聞き手が存在しても宣言と同時に行為が開始しないと許容度が落ちてしま う。一方、「었」はこの「決定」の用法には馴染まない。 さらに、「未来の状況に対する確信」の場合、「タ」は「行為者=話し手」という前提条件を満たさないと、 許容度がかなり落ちるが、「었」の使用にはこの前提条件は不可欠なものではない。本稿では、「었」が一種 の状態化形式として機能しており、動き動詞の過去形が「発見」の用法に用いられる要因であると考える。

        移動動詞の格表示と「ている」の意味解釈との関係―韓国語との対照の観点から―

        本稿では、日韓両言語のアスペクト的意味の違いを生じさせる一つの要因として移動動詞の格パターンに注目している。移動格として起点・移動経路・着点の3分類をし、それぞれ両言語のアスペクト的意味の共通点と相違点を明らかにすることを目指す。日本語のアスペクト研究は動詞だけを中心とした動詞アスペクト論と、格や副詞などを含む動詞句アスペクト論とに分かれるが、本稿は後者の立場に立って論じていく。 まず、動作進行の解釈に関して、韓国語は起点あるいは着点の内部(領域内)での移動を捉えることができ、動作進行の解釈がされやすいが、日本語は起点あるいは着点を離れたかどうかが問題で領域内での移動が捉えられず、動作進行の解釈がされにくいようである。 また、結果解釈に関して、日本語は起点「から」格と「を」の間において若干許容度の違いが見られるが、韓国語は起点「에서」格と「를」格とが同様に捉えられる。 一方、韓国語の場合、起点「에서/를」格と共起する移動動詞の中には結果解釈がされにくいものがあるが、これは韓国語の「어 있다」にまだ存在動詞の影響が強く残っていることと関係しているものと見られる。 このような分析は動詞レベルではなく、動詞句レベルからアスペクト的意味を見ていくことにより捉えられる現象である。近年、このような動詞句レベルのアスペクトを捉えていく研究が増えていることも注目される。

        EEG Studies on Physical Discomforts Induced by Virtual Reality Gaming

        Physical discomforts, such as sickness, experienced during virtual reality (VR) gaming were analyzed using electroencephalography (EEG). Correlations between the results of a survey on the physical discomforts felt during a head mounted 360° VR gaming and EEGs were analyzed. EEGs were measured using 19 electrodes before, during, and after VR gaming. The brain was categorized into eight regions and EEGs were analyzed for each region. After gaming, a questionnaire was completed, and correlations between the scores of nausea, ocular discomfort, and disorientation and EEGs were examined. Before and during VR, there were substantial changes in the absolute power and relative power bands depending on the region of interest. The analysis of correlations with the physical discomforts classifed based on the questionnaire showed that the theta and beta waves from the occipital and temporal lobes exhibited signifcant correlations. The EEGs before and after VR gaming did not exhibit signifcant changes. In this study, a qualitative analysis on the physical discomforts occurring during VR was conducted based on EEG. We expect that EEG can be utilized in providing customized VR capable of minimizing physical discomforts by analyzing the EEG measured in real time and providing feedback to VR gaming.
